Our drinks were always full and she answered all our questions. She brought me beer samples to figure out which one I wanted. The waiter was busy but always greeted and said goodbye to all guests coming and going. Food 10/10 For the tablet we got calamari, the Durkins famous double cheeseburger and the fried bologna sandwich. The food was extremely fresh! The cheese was melted to perfection. We left with full bellies but not feeling heavy. The food was decadent but not greasy. My husband got a mocktail, spiced cranberry and it was fabulous! My husband and I can't wait to go back. We paid approximately $100 with tip, so it's not cheap, but WORTH IT for the quality of food and service.

Upon my encounter with one of the bartenders, I was told that they only had one burger. It was a double burger and it came with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and a delicious pickle. The burger was spot-on and much better than I had anticipated. It was fairly large and filling and was cooked nicely. It came with some fries and a dipping sauce that always was a good adjunct to the burger. Burger came it to ~$25.00 which is expensive for a burger, but given inflation and the deliciousness this burger represented, I was satisfied. Ambiance-wise, it is a nice looking bar that serves food, and they make upscale drinks. Definitely was not planning on having drinks here, but the bartender was nice enough to agree to make me a royal aviation as they make regular aviations. I will definitely be back for that and I am looking forward to it. Highly recommend this place!

They were out of a lot of stuff on a Friday night during blooms day weekend. We ordered food and multiple pieces of hair in our food, yuck. Made the rest of the table not hungry. We were near the bathroom and had funky smells, bathrooms were also not clean. Only good thing was our server was polite and tried to make the best out of a good situation.

We cut cable, and it was easier to go to a solid sports bar and watch college football then pay for the privilege. The food was solid, the beer was lukewarm, but with abounding choices, and the service was solid. I can count the number of times I've been back to Waddell's post-pandemic on one hand, so when my son suggested it one Thursday night, I thought it was worth a try. When we walked in on a TNF night, there were perhaps ten people in the whole establishment . There was one fraught server, flitting from table to table, who took almost forever to make contact with us. An indeterminate number of minutes later, he produced a flat soda for my son and a beer that was best characterized as 'simmering' for me. Later (much later), we received an overcooked burger and a chicken wings that were either from an unhealthy or dehydrated chicken. I've rarely seen less appealing repast. Many establishments have had to make concessions post-Covid, but what we saw that night felt less like adjusting to staffing than not giving a crap. There were ten people there -- why couldn't you produce decent wings or a cold beer? It's too bad, because Waddell's of 2019 was a solid choice. In 2026, there are far better options less than a mile away.

Food: 4.4 Service: 4.7…read more Let me start by apologizing for this late review because this restaurant is well deserving of it! Volleyball tournament at Eastern U but decided to stay in Spokane @The Louie (check out that review too) for the weekend AND IT'S RESTAURANT WEEK, YAY US!!! Note: this may not be a long review because I put off writing this review. In short food and service is spot on. GO AND TRY! Make sure you go during happy hour so you can try a bunch of food and if you're not full yet order dinner, LOL We walk in on a Friday night not knowing restaurant week was happening and decided to walk over early since we're meeting up with friends...so happy hour just started too! Now we got SPOILED because we're looking at three different menus: happy hour, restaurant week and their everyday menu. Each had something we wanted to try so let the ordering / food fest begin! Street corn ribs, Brussels chip = super light, pokè tostada, steelhead chowder (not pictured), halibut, sea bass...many cocktails since we walked and dessert. We had dinner with friends so there was much more food on the table than in the review. And if you get to the bottom of this review and don't try Steelhead Bar & Grille when in Spokane, it'll be your loss!
