Good burritos - the brisket was delish. Also the queso is good. Great spot for a quick meal while gambling.

It is really annoying on nights the casino has events and they know they are going to be busy, they don't staff any better, and cut but the menu a lot for the event. So counterintuitive to good customer service. All the venues at the casino do it, but still annoying. Still got the issue of having the line queue up in front of where you pick up your order. All this empty space to the left where the line could be and people could get their orders without fighting to get through people. Nonsensical. At least the food is better and the crew is better.

This was hands down the worst burger experience I have ever had in all of my 60 years. We were at…read morethe casino for my Neice's birthday party in the kids arcade and wanted to grab a couple burgers, because all that was available in the party was pizza. So we checked to see if we had time before the cake cutting and her opening her presents. We knew it was going to be about 40 minutes before the rest of the family arrived and the festivities would start. We went around the corner and decided that fat burger should be a good choice. That was a huge mistake. We went to the counter and ordered two burgers with fries thinking we would get our order in less than than 30-35 minutes. WRONG!!! We watched as a good 10 people that were behind us in line keep getting their orders. We literally waited almost an hour, before we went up and asked the personnel at the burger making area what was going on. We were told our order was being put in the bags now. Well, the order that was being put in the bags also went to another person that was way behind us in line, so I asked again what was going on, and the smug employee said we will get it right out now. So they finally started cooking our food at the hour and fifteen minute mark. When we got our burgers, they obviously rushed them because they were both ice cold in the center, and on top of that they did not put the fries for our combos in the bag. So after hurrying up to get back to the party, which was pretty much over now, presents opened and cake already eaten, we had to go back again and ask for the fries we paid for. All the guy behind the counter said is "oh my bad" and put two of the wrong kinds of fries in the bag and handed them to me. At that point, the party was over, we even missed seeing her open the gifts from us and I was DONE dealing with these completely incompetent rude people. I have eaten at fat burger for years when I was transplanted by my job to the LA area and enjoyed every visit. Fat Burger, do yourself a favor and take your name off of this location. If this would have been my first fat burger experience, I can assure you I would never, ever return to any of your other locations. Looks like I would need to travel back to SOCAL to get the real fat burger experience. My advise to anyone considering eating at this location, would be DO NOT GO HERE, unless you have a handful of anxiety meds handy and a lot of time on your hands.

The staff is friendly and the place has an older feel, though it seems fairly well maintained. A few things that might bother some people: not all of the food prep staff wear hair-nets and some have longer hair or longer beards/goatees. Additionally, some servers don't always have their hair pulled back. Regarding online ordering, we've had several issues. There were many times when the website couldn't locate the restaurant and we tried both Safari and Chrome. The site wouldn't accept any of our debit cards in Safari, though Chrome eventually worked. On multiple occasions we couldn't complete our order because the site wasn't functioning properly and when we called and pressed #2 to reach staff, the automated system just kept looping and never connected us with anyone. As for the food, it's a decent breakfast. I wouldn't call it the world's best but it's good for what it is and our kids really enjoy the chocolate chip pancakes. Their berry sauce is especially good.

Everything was prepared quickly. The scramble came with more gravy than I personally prefer, though my son and husband enjoyed it. The pancakes were small and thin, but surprisingly tasty. We also ordered coffee, which wasn't great but still drinkable. Our server was very helpful and kind. When our daughter accidentally spilled her water, he handled it calmly and brought over towels and extra napkins without making it a big deal. The restaurant isn't fancy, so if you're looking for an upscale dining experience, this is not the spot. But if you want decent food with friendly service, you may enjoy it.

Well, sorta. They did add some cool new stuff, so props for that. And the service has kicked it way up since they reopened. Great folks serving. But there is still work to do. They have new plates. And they should have picked different new plates. Got a side salad and it was pretty generous. But the design of the plate has stuff falling off if you look at the plate wrong. It basically looks like the lid to something flipped over for a plate. Salad plates normally have a little room on the sides so stuff doesn't fall all over your table when you eat it. I am guessing someone thought this design looked cool without thinking about functionality. So another typical Northern Quest eating venue gaffe. They have Cubano sammiches now. Excellent! Cubanos are one of my favorite things. Except they massively overcooked it, making the bread too hard and drying out what probably would have been a great sandwich. Also, who the hell puts a Cubano in a panini press. Go see the world and find out how a proper Cubano is made ffs. I will say the onion rings at EPIC are a bajillion times better now. I feel like the food venue folks at Quest are starting to get a little more in tune with how food venues should be. Starting to. Still a lot of work to do. At least things are improving

They were nothing amazing but we were starving. We ordered our food at 5:40 pm and the onion rings came out in about 10 minutes. I ordered the fish and chips and the other meal was supposed to be pork tacos. 35 minutes pass and we finally flag down a random server because ours never came back to our table finally the fish and chips show up but not the tacos. The fish was horrible mostly breading with no seasoning (not even salt), fries were cooked well but were missing seasoning as well, the coleslaw was literally just mayo and cabbage. Another 10 minutes pass and they bring out some kind of pork salad thing so we sent it back to get the correct food. 20 more minutes go by and the "tacos" finally show up and somehow were cold and soggy. This may be our last time coming back to epic.
