Prices could be better, but the service and food were good, they did forget though when I asked for no lettuce on my sandwich, and I made it very clear I didnt want lettuce on the sandwich. Overall, good meal and would come back here- not sure I would recommend it though.

Perfect stop for a late night arrival into Spokane International Airport. The girl working the drive thru was friendly, our order was right and the fries were fresh!

I ordered Fresh, but look it this .

Perhaps a raise is in order for the middle aged gentleman who took my payment at the window, so he can buy a personality.

It is really annoying on nights the casino has events and they know they are going to be busy, they don't staff any better, and cut but the menu a lot for the event. So counterintuitive to good customer service. All the venues at the casino do it, but still annoying. Still got the issue of having the line queue up in front of where you pick up your order. All this empty space to the left where the line could be and people could get their orders without fighting to get through people. Nonsensical. At least the food is better and the crew is better.

I ordered three small Fatburgers with the works and a couple sides of the skinny fries. They gave me a puck that flashes and vibrates when your order is ready. This gave me a couple minutes to hit the restroom and get something else to drink. My friends and I were absolutely impressed with how good the burger tasted. The mix of the veggie toppings and the smashed hamburger patty were incorporated perfectly together. This is the prime example of what a greasy cheeseburger should be. And to be real, the small and a side of fries should be enough for a meal for me. Speaking of the fries, they were cooked perfectly to a nice crisp. They gave me a couple containers of fry sauce, which was a perfect addition to add to each bite of my smash burger. Definitely a fan of Fatburger!

Amazing!!!!!! This review is long overdue…read more True hidden gem of a restaurant. I am from the Tri cities and when I come I head directly here. The wings are out of this world. The fried rice is sooo good. I ordered with Shrimp and it was just yummy. And to top it off I would be remiss if I didn't mention the Indonesian dessert -Banana Lumpia. Not a big banana guy but trust me you will love it. I've been begging the owner who is so nice and so positive to come down to the Tri cities. Also their Pho is what I usually get but now with the fried rice. It is now my favorite dish.

Okay for the prices I was expecting great portions but they were just not there…read more We got two starters, bao buns and the lucky budda rolls. The lucky budda rolls were delicious! It was vegetables and herbs and pork wrapped in rice paper. It was really refreshing and the sauces; peanut, sambal, and chili were so good! But they were 14 dollars and barely had any pork... The bao buns were good, the pork belly being really great. The bun itself was not great, but the sauce in the bao made up for it. But it was 12 DOLLARS for TWO small sized bao buns! The kalbi was tender and really nicely charred. The flavors were nice with a sweetness that paired well with the smoky flavor and was probably the best dish over all. The bombay chicken also had a really nice flavor, but was so dry it was nearly impossible to eat. I got the ko moo yang which is a marinated pork dish. The flavor wasn't exceptional - it was also dry. We did get sides; marinated greens, egg, radish, and noodles but the portions sizes for them were comically small. I swear there were 6 macaroni noodles. The Thai tea was overly sweet and this was mentioned-! they only had coconut milk and told us that but it was so chunky, a sort of curdle milke texture, it was hard to suck through the straw. Our service was very slow and a member of my party had mentioned that she didn't eat spicy food and so the server didn't bring over hot sauce for the rest of the party who do eat spicy? Plus it was very slow moving which was strange because there was no one there, like it took ten minutes for two drinks which were sodas. We arrived there around 3pm and left around 5pm. It didn't have interesting decor but the windows did allow a lot of natural light out. While I didn't pay attention two members of my party noticed that while the lobby was clean - the kitchen wasn't.

The staff is friendly and the place has an older feel, though it seems fairly well maintained. A few things that might bother some people: not all of the food prep staff wear hair-nets and some have longer hair or longer beards/goatees. Additionally, some servers don't always have their hair pulled back. Regarding online ordering, we've had several issues. There were many times when the website couldn't locate the restaurant and we tried both Safari and Chrome. The site wouldn't accept any of our debit cards in Safari, though Chrome eventually worked. On multiple occasions we couldn't complete our order because the site wasn't functioning properly and when we called and pressed #2 to reach staff, the automated system just kept looping and never connected us with anyone. As for the food, it's a decent breakfast. I wouldn't call it the world's best but it's good for what it is and our kids really enjoy the chocolate chip pancakes. Their berry sauce is especially good.

Everything was prepared quickly. The scramble came with more gravy than I personally prefer, though my son and husband enjoyed it. The pancakes were small and thin, but surprisingly tasty. We also ordered coffee, which wasn't great but still drinkable. Our server was very helpful and kind. When our daughter accidentally spilled her water, he handled it calmly and brought over towels and extra napkins without making it a big deal. The restaurant isn't fancy, so if you're looking for an upscale dining experience, this is not the spot. But if you want decent food with friendly service, you may enjoy it.

All were prepared to perfection. The poke salad was perfectly balanced with a variety of sauces to add as you like... Seasoned ahi tuna, avocado, pickled ginger, wakame, sesame seeds, togarashi, green onions, and unagi sauce. Most chefs that make a poke salad add goofy things like mango salsa, slices of fruit..... leave out like Riverbank Taphouse did! The flatbread was a cabrese flatbread with basil pesto, fresh mozzarella, roma tomatoes, garlic confit, and fresh basil. The brat sliders were a nice approach, because they came with all the topping options on the side, so you can add whatever you'd like. 2 kinds of mustard, beer pickles and red 'kraut (which is bomb!) Very nice experience overall. Very high end embiance, but very relaxed atmosphere and staff. I was impressed on even on their soft opening, our waiter was well educated on each individual beer I ordered, and they were not common beers! We will frequent Riverbank Taphouse. Tons of pics to follow.
