WORST Jack in the box EVER! Received a random order and when we tried to give it back they wouldn't open the window, called customer service and we never received a refund for food that went into the trash due to how greasy the chicken patties were. They are ALWAYS out of ingredients and you can never get what you came for and half the menu is never available to order. Plus they tell you right off the bat, it's going to be 5 minutes before they can even take your order and then you can't leave because the there's a line of cars in front of you. I had came to this Jack N the Box a few weeks back and had noticed the Manager Jenny being extremely rude to the employees specifically a couple of young men. When I asked to speak with her manager she said she would take my info and have Tiffany, her manager contact me. I have yet to receive any contact whatsoever. Then this morning I was on the phone with my friend that lives in Airway Heights and she proceeded to inform me that Tiffany is Jenny's relative and Tiffany is known to intercept complaints made upon herself and Jenny. There is no way to speak with a capable manager or get anything resolved. I sincerely hope that maybe Tiffany's manager or the owner are seeing this so they can address these issues. For the record I do not usually post reviews on anyone or any place but this has been really bothering me. I believe you treat those around you with respect. Does not matter who they are. If you're looking for Fast, Efficient, This Ain't the Restaurant for you. I placed my order in the drive thru with dark brown hair, when I finally got to the window my hair had turned gray. This is the slowest location of any restaurant I've ever been to. The restaurant is always locked even during business hours so you're forced to go through the drive through. My husband and I were inside this location yesterday for lunch around 1pm, when we walked in we immediately noticed the 2 older gentlemen and child in front of us that were finishing up their ordering and we immediately noticed the Eminem song Purple Pills blaring in the background.. all you could hear was the lyrics "please won't you please let me suck your cock" with an old man and a child standing there hearing this crap... after that song was over another rap song came on talking about "fucking bitches" and " Motherfuckin this and MotherFuckin that" just completely blaring and all in front of this little kid and his grandpa. I was disgusted because this is a place of business... where the hell was the manager and why were these teenagers disrespecting their customers like that.. I'll never go there again. I am giving this rating based on the rude and totally unprofessional service we received on our visit to this location. As we entered we saw a sign explaining all of the precautions they are taking to keep people safe. It states that they provide and require masks for their employees but does not say anything about masks for customers. The man who appeared to be a manager asked us if we had masks because their "corporate policy" requires masks. So while we are getting our masks out my wife says that we would have had them on but it is not on the sign. He said " yes it is it's right there on the big white sign on the door", in a very rude and condescending tone. I said that there was no mention of masks for customers. He again said yes it does, (even more condescendingly), right on the big red and white sign on the door. Then he strutted off back to the drive thru cash register. The lady who took our order was nice but he has made the overall experience so negative that I would not recommend this location to anyone. We have contacted the corporate offices and heard nothing but, it has been a holiday weekend and this is the first day back to "normal" work schedule. read more

ordered my husbands burgers with only cheese. Once I got home My husband immediately noticed that his double was not only cheese. He called and was told just to bring the receipt in. I came back and got a lecture. I was told (repeatedly) I should have checked the screen and the receipt. As the screen scrolls when the order was done I could only see the one that was plain. And while taking orders in the car staring at the screen was not something I was doing. I said I had brought back the food and the receipt and asked if he was going to fix it. He kept lecturing me and I was pretty done at that point and let him know I did not want to be lectured. He did eventually have the cook fix it, but said I was lucky he was in a good mood.
