Went through the drive through, it's been a long time since I've eaten Jack & the Box - $15, fries were cold, asked for 'Light Ice' my cup was 70% ice and I swear, my burger was made yesterday and microwaved to 1,000 degrees - no sauce-looked NOTHING like the photo on the menu. Won't be back, Jack! read more

First bad review I've ever left. This place is always understaffed, but always decently busy. Just a recipe for disaster. Today I swung through the drive through around 1 pm, never got anybody on the intercom, and I waited 5 minutes. So I just left, and so did the dude behind me. read more

Last night I had a very bad experience. I went to eat at Jack in the Box and someone on the heat set yelled, "Go eat at Taco Bell. I don't want to cook." He said a lot of bad words. We stood in line for 40 minutes and when it was my turn, they were just laughing. I got angry and left. Behind me were several cars that of course also left. What kind of service is this? What stupid employees did you have there that night, 7/25/25 at 12:15 am? Around midnight . read more

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME Asked for a burger plain with just cheese and obviously didn't receive what I asked for. We had 2 orders in the same car and the girl acted very Inconvenienced she seems miserable. read more

Jack in the Box - Burgers Near Me - Spokane, Washington

WORST Jack in the box EVER! Received a random order and when we tried to give it back they wouldn't open the window, called customer service and we never received a refund for food that went into the trash due to how greasy the chicken patties were. They are ALWAYS out of ingredients and you can never get what you came for and half the menu is never available to order. Plus they tell you right off the bat, it's going to be 5 minutes before they can even take your order and then you can't leave because the there's a line of cars in front of you. Jack in the Box corporate sucks too. They never resolved the problem. read more

They forgot my chocolate shake. I get home and I'm not willing to drive back because of the bad weather, so I call them to try and get a credit back and they won't answer their phones. read more

I had came to this Jack N the Box a few weeks back and had noticed the Manager Jenny being extremely rude to the employees specifically a couple of young men. When I asked to speak with her manager she said she would take my info and have Tiffany, her manager contact me. I have yet to receive any contact whatsoever. Then this morning I was on the phone with my friend that lives in Airway Heights and she proceeded to inform me that Tiffany is Jenny's relative and Tiffany is known to intercept complaints made upon herself and Jenny. There is no way to speak with a capable manager or get anything resolved. I sincerely hope that maybe Tiffany's manager or the owner are seeing this so they can address these issues. For the record I do not usually post reviews on anyone or any place but this has been really bothering me. I believe you treat those around you with respect. Does not matter who they are. To the young men working there. I hope you know I witnessed your hard work and I hope the best for you. Thank you. read more

If you're looking for Fast, Efficient, This Ain't the Restaurant for you. I placed my order in the drive thru with dark brown hair, when I finally got to the window my hair had turned gray. This is the slowest location of any restaurant I've ever been to. The restaurant is always locked even during business hours so you're forced to go through the drive through. Avoid this restaurant. read more

Jack in the Box - Waiting in line at drive through - Burgers Near Me - Spokane, Washington

Terrible service! We went inside and waited for 30 minutes and finally asked for a refund. Employees were extremely rude.

The manager and the employee's at this jack in the box are very rude, with bad attitudes. The food is usually wrong and just plain bad. Go to any other jack in the box than this one. read more

They weren't good with telling me that they didn't have the main ingredients of my burger ... so I went back to get some sauce to put on it since they intentionally scraped off the sauce and they tried to give me some sauce pockets but I just wanted a receipt .. the manager tried to argue in the drive through and honestly this was an awesome experience I can't wait to go to another hack in the box. read more

Don't order from Uber eats or DoorDash. They screw up the order EVERY time we've ordered. Failed to put in one of four sandwiches, added mustard when it clearly said no mustard, and NEVER put in sauces. We ordered freaking egg rolls, put the sweet and sour sauce in the bag. read more

Can't even add extra onions and pickles to a burger. Wow. This has happened a few times now. I am done with this. Then on top of the idiocy Jack in the Box has shrunken their burgers to a pathetic size. Way to go Jack in the Box, you lost a cuatomer. Probably forever. read more

The service is terrible, we ordered our food inside, waited over 30 minutes, finally asked for a refund when I was told none of the food that was sitting on the counter was ours. Very unpleasant employees would not recommend going there. I would give them a -1 if I could read more

This place is not opened 24 hours, hasn't been for a while. This morning Jack came up on the phone as open at 6am; arrived only to be told that it would open at 6:40 . . . 6:40?!? Get yourselves together . . . business is going across the street to the Maverick in droves! read more

My husband and I were inside this location yesterday for lunch around 1pm, when we walked in we immediately noticed the 2 older gentlemen and child in front of us that were finishing up their ordering and we immediately noticed the Eminem song Purple Pills blaring in the background.. all you could hear was the lyrics "please won't you please let me suck your cock" with an old man and a child standing there hearing this crap... after that song was over another rap song came on talking about "fucking bitches" and " Motherfuckin this and MotherFuckin that" just completely blaring and all in front of this little kid and his grandpa. I recorded 17 seconds of the music playing and will be sending the video to corporate. I was disgusted because this is a place of business... where the hell was the manager and why were these teenagers disrespecting their customers like that.. I'll never go there again. And I'll stand against this location every chance i get. And after all that they completely got our order wrong. That entire shift of workers should be fired! Absolutely Ridiculous! read more

Not the best service I've been in line for 30 min trying to order I thought this would be a fast service

Food was fresh and excellent! The milkshake cup cracked and made mess. Service was very slow this trip as we spent 9 minutes and 45 seconds waiting for our food at the drive up window. Not a very good experience today. read more

Do not go to this location. The last year has been a nightmare on all fronts. Closed when should be open, can't make items, no employees, wrong orders, slowest drive through in history. This place needs shut down. I don't expect much from fast food. This location however has to be the worst in the country. Zero stars, would not recommend. Ever... read more

Lazy workers. Don't want to cook anything. Be prepared for them to not have what you're looking for.

The WORST food ever. I'm honestly upset because yes this is fast food but it shouldn't be 10000% BURNT. Yes that is the black colored bun. Not meat. Yuck. read more

They are out of everything. They had no burger, fries, or even bacon. They didn't even have forks or cups.

For starters when we order she got it all wrong and told us we weren't being clear. when we pulled up to the window we sat there waiting for our food we waited there for about 15 mins. Then she told us to pull into the lot and wait so we did. We sat in our car for over 15 mins when we went in they said we didn't order food Evan though we payed after we got our food but they refused to give us a refund so we left. I will never go back to this location read more

Went to jack in the box today , ordered multiple meals, 1 meal was messed up and I called the store. Emily answered and mentioned that she would remake the meal if I came back which I ended up doing. This is by far the worst one I've ever been to. The workers are idiots. They don't know the business hours and are disrespectful as hell. Not all there are bad but the ones this morning are literally dumb. I'd be embarrassed and would never go back. Dumb ads dude. read more

Stopped here a few minutes ago and was greeted and treated very well. Good crew with hustle, a reflection of the on duty manager.

Right after a exhausting trip with 3 children all under the age of 10 we decided to go to jack in the box late at 12am no only did they forget our drink they. Also forgot to put a Order in the bag when we went back to retrieve our merchandise that was paid for and they had the audacity to say that the guys in the back weren't making another burger or fries like you messed up on our order didn't refund us the money didn't want to bother since it was less than 5$ but why go to that extent very unprofessional the employee cussing with my children in the car. read more

I am giving this rating based on the rude and totally unprofessional service we received on our visit to this location. As we entered we saw a sign explaining all of the precautions they are taking to keep people safe. It states that they provide and require masks for their employees but does not say anything about masks for customers. The man who appeared to be a manager asked us if we had masks because their "corporate policy" requires masks. So while we are getting our masks out my wife says that we would have had them on but it is not on the sign. He said " yes it is it's right there on the big white sign on the door", in a very rude and condescending tone. I said that there was no mention of masks for customers. He again said yes it does, (even more condescendingly), right on the big red and white sign on the door. Then he strutted off back to the drive thru cash register. The lady who took our order was nice but he has made the overall experience so negative that I would not recommend this location to anyone. We have contacted the corporate offices and heard nothing but, it has been a holiday weekend and this is the first day back to "normal" work schedule. read more

Jack in the box on N Foothills is the worst. Placed my breakfast order they had no iced coffee and the meal tasted like it was sitting around for to long. Didn't eat it. Needless to they were rude and in the parking lot was full of kid's hanging out. I'll never go there again. Zero read more

This jack in box sucks! seems like they don't even care that their constantly messing up my order. I asked if I could change my drink and was told no cause they already made my drink. ordered my husbands burgers with only cheese. Once I got home My husband immediately noticed that his double was not only cheese. He called and was told just to bring the receipt in. I came back and got a lecture. I was told (repeatedly) I should have checked the screen and the receipt. As the screen scrolls when the order was done I could only see the one that was plain. And while taking orders in the car staring at the screen was not something I was doing. I said I had brought back the food and the receipt and asked if he was going to fix it. He kept lecturing me and I was pretty done at that point and let him know I did not want to be lectured. He did eventually have the cook fix it, but said I was lucky he was in a good mood. He also said he would not fix our orders in the future. This is the night manager Yosef. I would say the day crew is great but avoid the night crew. read more

Just, no. We decided to try this out after having been deprived of it living in Virginia. When you find a hair in your fries at the end of your meal, nothing else needs to be said. During the day, ordering from this establishment is good, timely, and fun. In the evening or late night, it is a whole different story! My order is always wrong, one way or another.
