    This is the Frito Pie.

I first experienced ONS bbq st the Fairwood Farmers Market. I was drawn by the delicious smell of smoked meat. The truck crew was incredibly friendly and when I saw them offer a brisket sample to the man near me in line as I looked over the menu, I knew I had to try it myself. I decided to get the Frito Pie. It was made with fritos chips, sour cream, beans, onions, jalapenos and the brisket. The first bite into the brisket was like heaven, as was each bite after. It melts in your mouth like butter and has s perfectly smoked taste. The beans were also very flavorful and perfectly soft. I loved that they gave me a very healthy serving, even with toppings others seem to skimp on like sour cream. I had more than enough for myself and wished I had a dining partner that evening to share with. My only complaint is when I went back to tell them how delicious it was, they were swamped with a huge line, but that's a good thing!

Found some great BBQ in Spokane! Came across this awesome BBQ Food Truck on our yearly visit to the Spokane area. The owners of the truck, Tammy and Bob, were very cool to talk with and even suggested some fun places to visit while in the area. The food coming out of this truck was the bomb! My wife had the smoked turkey sandwich and the boys and I had the Brisket Frito Pie! Big hunks of brisket on the pie and the homemade beans were on point! Both the turkey and the brisket were cut to order, making the meat juicy with just the right amount of smoke. So dang good! I attached a picture of the Frito Pie. If you're in the Spokane area and want some really good BBQ, find this truck and enjoy!

Absolutely delicious. The meat was so so soft and the fat has melted into it and made it fragrant. Great deal!

I ordered the Frito Pie without jalepenos, because; basically I'm a lightweight when it comes to spice.

FANTASTIC BBQ!!! The other reviews on here are really…read morespot-on. The place is not the greatest to look at (inside or out); but the Texas BBQ is simply DIVINE. Best ribs I have had in the Spokane area, fall-off-the-bone, and smoky delicious. I love their flavor, doesn't need any additional BBQ sauce at all. Perfect as-is. One tip... A pound of the ribs is a lot more than I anticipated, especially with the sides. Way overbought, but was a great leftover meal. We tried the smoked brisket recently, also outstanding (Another tip: Ask for a more fatty cut, unless you prefer your brisket dry). They also have smoked meatloaf... I think I know what we will try next! This place is a bit hard to find as it is a couple blocks off of Freya, tucked back in a rural neighborhood near the future North-South Freeway. But Google it, as it is well worth finding. A true diamond in the rough. I hope they make it, and can possibly open in a more easily accessed area. BTW, the service was outstanding as well. Our server was checking on us every few minutes. I give the BBQ: BIG 5 STARS. SERVICE: 5 STARS. AMBIENCE: 3 stars, for now.

What we ordered: * Whipped Honey Cornbread: Seared edges, whipped honey butter, and scallions. Honestly addictive. Sweet, buttery, slightly crisp on the outside and soft inside! I just can't stop eating them * Hush Puppies: Served hot and crunchy with Louisiana Come Back sauce. Simple but really well done, especially with this dipping sauce. * Poached Pear Salad: Sweet poached pears, with a nutty flavor from candied pecans and dried cherries. I don't like goat cheese so I just pretend it didn't exist Light but flavorful, with a nice balance of sweet and tangy to pair with 2 heavy dishes above. * Voodoo Pork Chop: My main dish, I was surprised with the huge portion (10oz chop), served with collard greens, creole sauce, and sweet potatoes. Pork was incredibly tender and juicy, a bit salty but this is one of the best ones I've had in a while. It honestly felt like two servings and is definitely shareable. The space is beautiful with eclectic interior design, warm lighting, and a staircase that gives the whole place a nice vibe for dinner.
