Jersey Mike's Subs has easily become my go-to spot for a consistently great sandwich. Every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. My regular order is the #6 Roast Beef with Provolone. I skip the "Mike's Way" and go with my own style: a light touch of lettuce (otherwise they'll load it up!), onions, jalapeños, salt and pepper, and mayonnaise. Every now and then I'll add bacon, but honestly, it's perfect as is. I usually go for the regular or the giant--because it's just that good. My father-in-law is just as loyal to his order as I am to mine. He always goes for the giant Ham and Swiss with tomato, lettuce, and a drizzle of oil. Simple, consistent, and always done right. What really makes this location stand out, though, is the service. The team here brings a level of warmth and energy that you don't see everywhere. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with genuine smiles and conversation. They take the time to remember you, and that kind of personal connection goes a long way. Akin's energy greets me without missing a beat. Louis is always smiling, saying hello, and even asking how I'm doing--and sometimes how my father-in-law is doing when he's not with me. Joe keeps the team spirit going strong, while Randy and Natalia are always welcoming and engaging. Willow and Anthony are consistently putting in the work, and Luigi took the time to walk me through the different types of hams by name and always greets me with a smile. Even the team members whose names I don't know yet contribute to that same great atmosphere--and I appreciate them just as much. I've also noticed the owner making rounds, checking in with customers and creating a welcoming environment. It's a small touch that makes a big impact--and the occasional warm cookie doesn't hurt either. And I'll be honest--I make it a point to stop in on Wednesdays because of the double points (whether I order online or in-store). I like to save my points... lol! You can tell there's real pride here, both in the quality of the sandwiches and the relationships they build with their customers. I haven't been to Jersey Mike's in a while, but this specific jersey Mike's location was so incredibly amazing. I had a great experience here. The staff was so friendly and kind and they made my sandwich really well. They really stuffed it and we're very generous with all the toppings and the meats, the inside is so clean and actually really big Like multiple families could come in here and have dinner or lunch and it would be very comfortable and they also have outdoor seating with umbrellas, which I think is really nice because if you don't wanna be in the hot hot sun, but you wanna still be outside you can be shaded so I totally recommend they were really nice friendly fast and it's a pleasant place to be. read more

I came here on Friday night, March 21st for two #17s: one giant and one regular. The sandwich was better today than it was the first time I visited; however, the steak was still cooked a bit too hard for my liking. The cheese and fried onions and peppers were able to cover the over cooked steak. As usual, the bread was soft and delicious. The customer service is always great and the staff are always kind and courteous so I will definitely give this place another try. read more

Time to see what the rave is all about Inside is pretty large with at least 10 tables so you can sit and enjoy. Overall very clean. The menu is the standard jersey miles menu of hold and cold sandwiches. They have some toppings but not as many as subway The line moved slowly but understandable since they cut everything fresh. I got the smokey southwestern cheeseteak. Honestly not the best nor the worse. There js a very heavy salt taste which could just be from the grill and other sandwiches being made. Right now they AC units are down and they are waiting for them to be fixed but the staff js pushing thru and doing the best they can.. Overall ok not something that I would have to rush back for but a nice alternative to subway in the area. read more

As a restauranteur, I had to take a moment and shot out this Jersey Mike's in Yonkers because at times being a Franchise most people depend on the marketing and forget about the service. That is not the case here, even though, they were slammed with several orders playing catch up. They took the time to work as a team to divide and conquer. Letting patrons know about the unexpected wait due to the rush but that their orders are being worked on and if that wasn't enough they comped us several add on's like chips and cookies. The manager or owner not sure came around offering fresh baked cookies. I really appreciate people going out of their way in providing great service, keeping the establishment clean and the quality of Food High. I've been needing a Jersey Mikes closer to home without having to go to Jersey. The place is located in a small shopping mall with parking. They also provide some seating outside on the summer days. The establishment is very clean and staff made every sandwich by hand fresh with great looking ingredients. Nothing like going to a place and their food looks old. I got the club with everything. Used to be a Blimpies devotee, but they've gone downhill now for a long time. Tried Subway over the years, but never got into their culture. Jersey Mike's does capture a lot of what I liked about Blimpies, but taken to a new level. Really love their menu, particularly the Club Supreme, which is my go-to selection now. The reason I'm writing this review though, is that yesterday my wife and I wanted something quick and easy and filling, so I suggested JM's. Great service as usual, but then wifey wants to get a drink. Grabbed two Stubborn Root Beers and brought them to the register. Clerk rings them up at seven dollars + for the two twelve ounce cans, I declined them, as I wasn't prepared to pay $3.50 for a can of root beer. As we turned to leave, the fellow who had made our sandwiches held out two tall cups and told us we could try the fountain version of the soda instead. I asked him how much they were, and he answered, "No charge, they're on me!" Driving home in the car, wife and I agreed that we couldn't remember an act of kindness so gracious and unexpected from a fast food restaurant! Seems to be part of their culture. I went in there yesterday with my sister after going to Trader Joe's as we were both starving. They are so lovely in there and they don't rush you at all. We couldn't make up our mind and they were so sweet. They spoke to us as we waited to let the time go by and they truly are a great team of people. We don't eat at fast food restaurants as a rule, but Jersey Mike's or Houston's are the exceptions. Now that they opened a Jersey Mike's closer to us in Yonkers we are appreciated. This was the second time going to this location both times ordered the Kahuna sandwich. I tell them no jalapeño on the sandwich 1st none second time yes. I ate the sandwich anyway because I don't want to waste food but when I went to manager and told him of the error his reply oh they were sweet peppers. I know it's fast food , so 5 stars is relative. The Philly cheesesteak sub was actually really authentic. I loved it. The service was incredible. I wish I could hire these people.
