I never write reviews, but this experience was bad enough to make an exception. The food was absolutely disgusting -- cold, greasy, and completely inedible. The one bite of chicken i had actually tasted sour, which was genuinely concerning. The mac and cheese was particularly bad, which is honestly impressive because how do you even mess that up? Everything tasted like it had been sitting around way too long. I normally don't write reviews of fast food places, but this was the only KFC I've ever been to where the manager came out while I was dining in to ask how the food was. I told him the chicken was a little dry. He understood my concern and told me he will get me a free replacement. He came back out with a new piece which was much juicier. Because it's required to give a star, I did. However, I would prefer to give a negative rating if it were possible. The store is understaffed, and even though we went after regular dinner hours, there were people waiting for their food, evidently already annoyed, and a line almost to the door with no one taking orders. The three staff were working to fill UberEats orders, leaving the line to wait. My grandson and I were first on the line. When the worker finally came to take our order, we ordered a three piece meal, a bowl, a side of fries, and a pot pie. When we received our order, we were missing the pot pie which was not on the receipt, and the side order of fries, which we paid for. Because the line was long and the staff was soooo slow, we left. There was no way we were going to get our missing items, and it wasn't worth the wait. I'm in the habit of not returning to a place that cannot do the job. The corn I felt you could put it in a nerf gun and shoot them at people. The fries I could build a sturdy structure with. The biscuits I can use on a ice rink. Your every day KFC. No drive thru unfortunately, but the smell in here was intoxicating. Nearly $20 for a family meal and an extra side seems steep but it really is a crapload of food. Line moved quick and the staff was helpful explaining all of the various combos and options (apparently my eyes were not good enough to read the menu...damn you aging)! Ok this is my local Colonel and it's alright. The smell wafts up the street and you know a fresh batch is soon. The lines are always out the door. I feel they need more help. They are very nice in there but way too many people coming and not enough staff. Sometimes it looks like they are running out of chicken. I wish this was a KFC Taco Bell combo. Gross. Trash. Pure Trash. 30 minutes after placing a SEAMLESS order for pickup I arrived. Phone said it was ready. I walk in and no one is around for about 6 minutes. Then some dude washing the walls with a dirty rag says "hello"...... 10 minutes later, a guy comes out and says "how can I help you?". I mention the seemless order. This neighborhood KFC is convenient, in location only and not price. I don't know if it a franchise, or corporately owned. I want to believe it is a franchise, because it doesn't follow all KFC promotions. For instance, only a few items are included in the $5 fill-up; the others are actually $5.99. Beyond the over charged food, they also nickel and dime you on the substitution of sides. For example, if you switch out the mash potato side for another, there is an additional .40 cents cost. while in yonkers on nepperhan ave my guilty pleasure mode is on and its time for kfc and finger licking good action . i refuse to wait at any drive thru most of the time cause its an endless process so i just go inside and its much faster to order and grab your food . the other reviews about this kfc and the workers are less then stellar but for me personally it was fine and ok , the girl took my order with ease and i got my food just like i explained to her in plain english. the grill chicken option never really took off and with the original fried chicken around i understand why . 2 white meat chicken breast , side of mash pats with gravy , side of mac n cheese , side of corn and one biscuit with large drink is the worst mistake i can make eating wise and i will enjoy every bite. got a table by the window and while i munch i still see the drive thru line moving at snails pace . yes its my guilty pleasure and yes kfc still has the best fried chicken , just dont lick your fingers cause you really dont know where your fingers have been . read more

Went in tonight with my son. Woman who took our order was nice, entered our orders correctly--we could tell from looking at our receipt. Another woman put our boxes together. She did not fill either of our orders correctly. We were not going to drive back from home. Yes 20 minutes the girl proceeds to take my order.. She asks the guys working in the back if they have enough chicken to fill the $20 deal bucket. The two males proceed to ignore her. She checks herself and says yes "we have enough chicken.. Except there's only dark meat".. I ask.. "Well, are you making more"? She says "No, we have none in the whole store".. I tell her that might have been helpful to know BEFORE patiently waiting in that long line for 20 mins!! How does a store consistently run out of chicken & at 8:45pm on a Friday night?!?!
