This is the only Taco Bell near me on Central Park ave, I always place my order on the app because it's fast and simple, I add a certain time for them to prepare it it because im at work in the city , the food is good to satisfy my hunger , there's a lot to choose from the menu , the desert cinnamon tops it off. Do NOT order for pick up. The app adds charges with no explanation to online pick up orders. They tried to overcharge by $10 that did not appear on my invoice at all it was just added at the checkout screen to the total. Awfully rude. It was 11:30 am and the whole location was closed. We had an order to pick up for delivery and we just lost money, gas and time. This is supposed to close at 12 am. If you guys have something going on or to do, close your system too so you don't get any orders or whatever you gotta do. Why rude? A worker came out the restaurant telling us and another car to get out of the drive thru, no explanation or anything, like "hey guys, so sorry we ran out of stuff and have to close early". Or whatever the case may be. That would have been nice, instead of yelling and rudely telling us "HERE, I'LL MOVE THE CONE" so we could get out and ignoring our question of why was it closed. I purchased two black bean crunchwraps with no sour cream and no cheese. Upon leaving the drive thru, my friend and I checked and found that both had cheese in them. We returned and explained what happened, and they took our crunchwraps. After a few minutes, the cashier returned and forcibly told me they found no cheese in the crunchwraps but were remaking them. As both my friend and I had seen the cheese, we were baffled by this lie, but we left it alone because they were remaking our order and we didn't want to cause trouble. They gave us a bag with the crunchwraps and we left. When we returned home, we found that by "remaking" the crunchwraps, they meant giving us back the original crunchwraps we were given, a fact made obvious by the cheese being in the exact same place. Moreover, one of the crunchwraps was completely torn all around the sides. As we both have dairy allergies, we could not eat them. I have never experienced customer service in which I was both lied and talked down to and I would not recommend this location to anyone else. It's almost funny to think of how awful this experience was, the torn crunchwrap will remain forever in my memory. read more

This place is awful!! I've been here several times. Most of the time they get the order wrong!!
