wow my first time eating taco bell grub and i must be honest, its ok, and not that bad overall.the drive thru was packed, so went inside, no body on line, cool. place is not that big, but enough tables to sit. i had no clue what to order, many options,so i went with safe pick, chicken burritto and mini chicken taco. this is an americanize mex tex food, but i must admit not bad. both tastes fresh and had a decent amount of chicken. with a large diet soda it was darn good. the place was clean when i was there and the workers were active, especially due to the fact that thr drive thru was packed.(damn folks are really lazy in america, just get out of the car once and walk in and place your order, its so simple lazy folks. so overall my first experience at the bell was enjoyable, and maybe in the future i will try other menu options or even breakfast, time will tell, adios amigos. read more

The customer service at this location is downright shameful. I came here about three days ago to get a personal pepperoni pizza. After waiting forever to get to the pick-up window after ordering, the worker told me that the pizza was not yet out of the oven and to drive to the front to wait for someone to walk out with it. After doing as instructed, I realized after about 20 minutes that they probably forgot me. I then went inside to a confused and bizarrely packed dining room. When I informed the employee at the register about being forgotten. He quickly grabbed a STALE pizza and handed it to me without an apology. When I complained about the abysmal nature of their customer service, the employee laughed over my head with another employee who was headed to break. It was offensive and rude. He completely ignored me and walked off. I then asked for the manager. The manager looked flustered and disinterested. It is clear that the dysfunction starts at the top. I have the information for their higher ups and will be contacting them to file a formal complaint. A whole 35 minutes of my time (from when I drove into the drive-thru to the point when I was walking back to my car with a stale pizza) ..wasted! The six dollars that I spent on a STALE pizza...wasted! I will never return as I am no fool and do not deserve this kind of treatment. read more

Dirty, outdated decor. Greasy stale left too long tasting food. Should be shut down by the health department. Maybe I'm being biased but I seriously wouldn't step foot back in there. For a real taco experience for the same low price I'd stick with Tacos el Poblano. While that is a small shack type building, it's much cleaner, service is outstanding and food is excellent for lack of a better word. read more

I placed an order through door dash. When the order was delivered, I checked it and they forgot two items. I called Taco Bell to ask them to bring the items they forgot. They told me I had to go get them. Not possible, I had no car. They said call Uber and tell them, I said I ordered through door dash. They said it's not our problem if you didn't get something, don't call us. So i said it's not my problem that you forgot to put two items, which have already been paid for, in the bag ? That's ridiculous. They said to Call door dash and tell them. The guy told me again to call Uber. I had to tell him that I placed the order through door dash from the Taco Bell app they redirect you to door dash. You would think they would know this being it said on the top of the receipt Door Dash. Horrible Service! This taco bell is the worst. I ordered a power bowl with no sauces which to me would include the avocado ranch sauce. It was put on my bowl. Mind you im allergic to avocado I tired SEVERAL TIMES to call store that night. With NO ANSWER. So the next day i wad in area. So i spoke with manager Mohamed very Rude this person told me and i quote NEXT TIME I BOTHER CHECK HIS NOT MAKING AGAIN. All kind of stars pasted my eyes i was to Rip him a new one but god saved him. So new bowl was made. Based upon coversation i just new it had to be right and i didnt check. Went to work low and behold it was WRONG again sauce was put on. Went back again same day like 20 mins. I told him sauce was on again. I guess by this now he knew just make it CORRECT WITH NO WORDS. I called corporate with NO ANSWER because where in this world to talk to any paying customer like this especiallywhen its your error. Whoever is making the burritos, chalupas and tacos needs to work on fixing their sloppiness. I just had a chalupa it was the worst, nastiest, and whoever put it together made it soggy, the worst! This place is an absolute disaster. They simply cannot manage their customers' orders and the venue is filthy beyond belief. Don't even think about dining at this location. There is always cheese, sauce, crumbs and what not lingering on the tables not to mention an unhealthy amount of flies buzzing around. Most of the food is stale and has been sitting out all day before being half-heartedly scooped out and smushed into your taco, burrito or what have you. The employees are kind and helpful people yet they have yet to get around to cleaning the place thoroughly. Avoid the drive through at all costs because your order will most likely be lost in translation and you will be waiting there for a good chunk of time. If you must go here be prepared to leave and enjoy your meal at home. This is not a place you'd want to stick around however for the chain the food is somewhat decent if you don't mind stale tasting Taco Bell. read more

After waiting over 20 minutes and being told I couldn't have extra napkins, I was eating my crunch wrap supreme and I bit into something hard. I immediately spit it out and to my disbelief realized it was a 1.5" x .125" piece of wood. Similar to a wood chip. I was horrified but managed to stay calm. I went into the place to let them know. The cashier looked at the wood chip and didn't say a word, just walked back and got the manager. She was apologetic and did refund the item but that was it. I almost wish I had went in to begin with because I would have walked right out. The place was a mess. The tables were all dirty, the floors were filthy, the trash was over flowing and the food prep area had food and wrappers strewn everywhere and crumbs and dirt all over the floor. There is no way I would return here. I understand a place being busy but there is no excuse for this level of uncleanliness. read more

When my friends and I walked in we were greeted right away and helped by Lucas who was very funny and nice. I've never met an employee like Lucas. He was great! Helpful and quick as well. I used the online app to place an order. I paid for the order when I placed it online at my house then went and picked it up. I checked my bags before I began to drive home, thank God, and found that my 12 pack box of tacos was missing. My 12 pack was meant to be 6 soft tacos and 6 crunchy tacos. Instead I received only one soft taco and one crunchy taco rather than the 12. I walked in and told the manager. He proceeded to tell me that it wasn't his problem because the online app "made a mistake" and the app told them I "only ordered 1 crunchy taco and one soft taco." I showed him the confirmation email and told him he was wrong and proved that I ordered a 12 pack. He agreed, showed my confirmation email to the rest of the staff to show them how the online app messes orders up, but still told me it's not their responsibility to correct my order because the online app is the one that messed up. Mind you, I already paid for a 12 pack and now the manager was still refusing to give me what I paid for. When I told him this he said he won't argue with me because he's not required to fix the online apps mistakes about my order. I wasn't going to leave without what I paid for and he finally agreed to make the 10 tacos that were missing. The cashier laughed in my face and said "you got lucky tonight." The whole staff was incredibly rude and I will never eat Taco Bell again. I emailed them about this situation and they have yet to even reply over a month later.
