I've not really been a frequenter of any Jersey Mike's, but there is decent parking here (although it is competing with several other businesses so it can get crowded. There's always parking towards Marshall's). The line was short and ordering was quick. I got the Bacon Ranch Chicken Cheese Steak which really didn't need a lot of toppings but they also didn't ask about any customization. I was behind someone who ordered several sandwiches, so it's more of a standard quick food where they call your number instead of watching as they go along making the sub. There's decent amount of seating inside and outside but even though it was lunch rush, most people took it to go. There was a rack of readied subs if you order in advance. There are a lot of things that I love about this place. First, the employees are welcoming and seem genuinely happy to be there. That type of upbeat climate says an awful lot about the quality of the establishment. The store is also spotless, and parking is ample. Even if there is a large line, it moves quickly. Although this is a quick place to stop for a sandwich, make no mistake that this reflects on the quality of what you get. I have always found the sandwiches and their ingredients to be fresh, plentiful, and well-done. The staff works hard and fast, and I've never had a mistake on an order or an order that was lacking. I recommend the Italian on Rosemary Parm bread for a cold sandwich, or the Chicken Bacon Ranch Cheesesteak as a hot sandwich. These sandwiches are consistently delicious in my opinion, and they are always loaded with food. In the past, my husband and I have ordered delivery from this location and had fine experiences. The food was up to par and deliveries were on-time. However, we tried to order from them last week on Grubhub and they pushed back our delivery time for over an hour... only to end up canceling it. No one from the location reached out to us, we got the notification email from Grubhub. The order consisted of a salad and a sub, so it wasn't like it was a large or complicated order. Also, we placed our order before dinner time, so I'm not sure why they couldn't complete it. We were definitely disappointed considering we've ordered from this location in the past. If they had canceled the order sooner it would've been better than pushing it back little by little only to end up canceling it. It is very rare to enter a place with employees that are fairly young, upbeat, kind and dedicated to the customers needs. Everyone was efficient, wearing mask and making the most beautiful sandwiches ever. I went with a Turkey sandwich with roast beef (86 the bacon) and it was amazing. Might BF went with a chicken cheesesteak and enjoyed it thoroughly. I know we will definitely come back when we are in the area, thank you for making our Sunday lunch the best. read more

At first, trying jersey mike's at another location, I wasn't impressed. My fiancé loves cheesesteaks so we try out different spots, so we tried this jersey Mike's closer to our home...the staff was friendly and informative if we had any questions regarding the sandwiches. It's a small location but we constantly come here for our sandwiches now. We love the chipotle cheesesteak and I love it with their rosemary Parmesan bread even more. We used to get our son the kids meal but he eats well so we started getting the "Mini" size and it's perfect for our growing six year old. It's been a while since I've visited a JM location, but I was intensely craving a sandwich. Their prices are a little high, so it's pretty rare I'll stop there when I'm on the go. I visited with a friend and we had a minimal wait time on the line before our orders were taken. I requested gluten-free bread and the employee wiped down the machine and put my sandwich on its own tray and plate. I love that they took my gluten-free request seriously and I didn't have to worry about being cross-contaminated. My cheese sandwich was prepped to perfection and doused in oil and vinegar per my request, I couldn't wait to dig in. My friend and I both thoroughly enjoyed our sandwiches while sitting at one of their outdoor tables. There was a lot of trash floating around, the JM napkins, wrappers, etc. I collected what I could by our seats to toss it out myself. Overall, great JM location to visit and grab a bite. read more

This location is clean and nicely nestled in a little strip mall. The weather was perfect for outdoor lunch which they have tables for. The staff was welcoming from the moment we walked in. Menu is easy to read and pick from. I ordered a Chipotle's mayo steak n cheese giant. What an incredible sandwich. Super filling and super tasty. Just had a club supreme. Delicious and tasty. Place was busy but they move the line along in decent time. Only complaint is that the regular sub for $10 is small. Should be a little bigger but without a doubt these sandwiches have that classic sub taste. read more

I placed an order for a sandwich with extra meat. I think they interpreted that to mean extra lettuce. There was barely any meat. The bread looked old. The sandwich tasted like a lettuce sandwitch. I agree with the other reviewer. Price wise, it isn't cheap. Other sub shops in Secaucus has much larger subs at slightly less price. I really like their bread and the overall flavor better than other subs but it's hard to spend almost $10 for a smaller sandwich not including beverage. My friend got some kind of italian sub and they fucking DOUSED it with oil and vinegar to the point it looked like a shower. He says it was delicious, but I think he's crazy to eat something so soggy. I got a regular tuna sub and a supreme club (turkey bacon swiss) which they forgot the bacon but had to open it up and add it because they forgot. Then I get home and eat them and I gotta say, very disappointed. The prices were insane for the two medium sized sandwiches (I wanted to try two flavors, but the price jumps from 6 or 7 for a 'mini' literally one bite sandwich, or 9 for a 1/2 sandwich like a 'six inch' (it's smaller than that) and 15 to 16 for a 'giant' which is not even 12 inches long. Subway, Quizno's, Blimpie all beat the shit out of this place. The food was subpar ingredients, I don't care how fresh they were, the meat had no flavor and I feel like I just tossed 20 bucks out of the window. I would go to this location at least once a week but ,since the prior manager left, this location has gone down hill. It seems like nob is taking their job seriously. They run out of onion in the middle of the afternoon, the lettuce is brown and wilted, and half the employees have the flu. They're sick but still working and don't wear masks. Now I have COVID and I believe it came from them. One employee was cooking at the grill and his long hair was flying all around. The tables aren't even clean. This is the 5th time I have ordered food delivery from this location and I have constantly said "no onions" and put how I have an allergy to them. I never open it till after my husband gets home from work so we can eat dinner together. I open up my sub and I can automatically smell the onions on my sub. How many times do I have to say "no onions, I have allergy to them" and they put them on and even there have been times where they have put them on and have taken them off thinking that they took them all of my sandwich which in all reality they did not remove all of them. I have worked in the food industry before, for 5 years, when someone puts "allergy" with a certain type of food, the protocol is to change gloves and make the sandwich, you NEVER take that specific food product off of their food, especially if they have an allergy to that food. Here is a hint, if they have an allergy and even if you take it off their food, they will still get the allergic reaction because you still put the food on top...touching the food they will be eating. I am very disappointed in this store being constant of messing up one item I don't want on my food due to allergy. I am not sure if it is the same person who is constantly doing this mess up but it seems to be a habit and resulting in me not having dinner since I can't eat onions. read more

Not much to say - always liked Jersey Mike's Subs and I am glad they setup shop in Secaucus. Some may say they are pricer but I don't personally mind. The food is consistently great and that is worth the price for me. Staff is always cheerful, helpful, and courteous. I will come back regularly. read more
