Luckily the other flavors were on point to make up for the disappointment. Also, service was subpar. The cashier was incredibly friendly to the patron ahead of me but I didn't receive the same treatment. For example, she offered a bag to the customer and bagged all her items, but I had to explicitly request one and she just slid the bag across the counter for me to bag my items myself. I hadn't been to a Potbelly in years but clearly I haven't missed much.
