Solid sub shop, east coast style. Love the sliced fresh approach and the deli case displaying the meats. It gives off an air of quality, reminds me of trips to get Italian grinders at the Italian deli, and it's something I truly appreciate. I also appreciate the sizing, from mini to monstrous. It makes it easier to order for kids and the pricing is pretty inline as you size up, which again, makes it more affordable to get them each what they want. I personally like the classic Italian combo done the mikes way with light juice. It's a solid Italian sandwich and I credit the cap and the prosciuttini ham for the real deal flavor. I also love that they offer hot pepper relish. This is damn good on anything but especially sandwiches! Always ask for extra! The bread is decent too. Not the true Italian loaf but passable. I like that it has a fluffy interior but a firm and slightly chewy crust because it holds everything together. Lastly they're quick, clean and friendly. It's hard to find a good Philly cheesesteak in the area, and I'm not saying this is the answer. However, they offer a sandwich that does a good job calming the craving. I usually get the giant Philly on Rosemary bread. This is an elite combo that will please your tastebuds! Lately, I've swapped the bread for a wrap to increase the meat/veggie to bread ratio. I highly recommend if you like savory, meaty, cheesy mouthfuls. Staff will hustle to knock out the line, but you still need a bit of patience. So if you're stopping in for lunch, set your expectations accordingly. It's not the cheapest sandwich and their rewards program is not competitive. Your dollar could definitely go farther at other spots. read more

I've rarely gone to Jersey Mike's Sub in the past but recently we dropped by because the family was craving cheesesteaks. We placed an order ahead of time on their app. After a few minutes waiting in the parking lot, a nice young man brought our orders out, packed and ready to go. When I got home, my cheesesteak looked pretty good, I did add mayonnaise to it but overall, it was very tasty and half of the sandwich was filling enough, so the full sandwich made two meals. read more

As a door dasher I watch a lot of normal customers walk in, wait for 5 minutes and leave without ordering. As a Dasher it's worse because you've committed time to the cause. I have just had 2 days back to back where they weren't even tending to dashers. 7 of us backed up. If this franchisee was in touch with his business he'd sort this out. Came here after waiting to be acknowledged for 5 minutes at Rick's deli down on Double R but ignored because it was a lunch rush, apparently. Great fast friendly service, limited wait, brought my son and I got the Big Kahuna, he got another sub, both toasted, stayed hot throughout the lunch! And we got a Rookie cookie because it was our first time! Cheesy, gooey, yumminess! Red wine vinegar adds so much! Got a unique soda with cherry and tarragon in it. Decided to try them again since we were shopping in that strip mall. This time was even worse. The Buffalo Chicken sandwich had watery stuff pouring out of it, the meat tasted almost rancid, and there was hardly anything in the bread. Plus we got two sandwiches and they were about 6" each. The last time we were there they were bigger. So $10 is too much for such a small sandwich and I would have taken it back except we took it home (take out). We did not want to drive back because we have a ballgame to get to. The cheese was a total waste as it was all stuck and melted to the paper. I don't think we will be back and our family will hear about this one. It is very upsetting to pay money for food that should go in the trash. read more

Hey Y'all, I love Jersey Mikes and in fact used to work at one. The guy making my sandwich was focused on getting to go orders out and mine after which is completely fine. After I sat down to eat, the manager got into an argument with one of their employees about draining peppers?? For starters, no employee should ever get feedback on their performance in front of the rest of their team let alone with customers in the building. Writing this to raise awareness that no employee should be talked to the way the taller gentleman was. This location needs a site visit asap to get their management under control. read more

I eat here weekly. Sometimes I order ahead of time. Usually I come into the store while my son gets his preferred option a few doors down. I've never had a bad meal here and the employees seem to work hard and carefully assemble sandwiches. I wish the chain had my favorite chips (sour cream and onion) but I make do with what they have. Place is pretty clean but since when did asking for less equal charging people more? Asked for a sub in a tub so no bread and guy tried to charge me an extra $2. Menu says nothing to that effect. Did a search and don't see anything online anywhere that they charge extra for tubs. If you're gonna charge people for something you've got to list it before they order! read more
