This is "Greek-style" and not a Greek eatery. What a disappointment. I do so love Greek food which…read morelured me here, so I write this as a cautionary review. Whats more sad is that I paid $15 for something that isn't at all as advertised. I ordered the Chicken Souvlaki Greek Salad as I love grilled meat. Never have I had souvlaki in over a dozen voyages to Greece that was wet boiled or microwaved, as this chicken seemed to be. Souvlaki are grilled skewers. This place should NOT sell the pile of bland, blond, wet chicken breast as "souvlaki." The "Greek" salad was sad. No other way to describe it. It had the ingredients of a Greek salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber) but the feta was meager and there were no onions. The tzatziki was more akin to ranch dressing (not made with yogurt- real Greek yogurt would hold a spoon standing in it. This was almost liquid.) ) and the pita was a doughy, cheap substitute. Their listing says fresh bread, and this pita was not so much. The owner seems nice and personable, and I wish him well but I also wish he would pay more attention to the product he delivers, especially if they call it, Greek. UPDATE from owners rebuttal: I write fair reviews as I experience the food. The issue is not whether you have fresh ingredients or quality chicken: it is clearly stated what you served was just not souvlaki in anyway, it was wet sautéed chicken and that was not traditional tzatziki. It was tzatziki-like sauce. Period. If you go to a pizza place to buy a pizza and you get high quality toasted bread with excellent tomato sauce and good mozzarella- it's still not a pizza, no matter the quality, and you shouldn't call it a pizza. I don't deny you are Greek, proud or otherwise, just serve what you advertise. Good luck to you too!

This Subway is pretty awesome! Subways are everywhere... so how does this location differ? Well,…read morelet me tell you. First of all, this is conveniently located in the shopping center of Junction Plaza, where the Giant is also (my preferred grocery store in Broadlands/Ashburn area). When I walked in, I was greeted right away. I saw that a staff member greeted a group of guys dressed for business, on their lunch hour. It appears as if those guys were regulars at this location. From that observation, I was reinsured that this place has good customer service and client relations. Anyways, I placed my order. The staff was very upbeat, which is always refreshing to see. They are very quick and efficient. I didn't have to repeat anything (thank you for listening). It was a smooth ordering process. (Side note: I'm very weird and I view the ordering process can be a tad bit stressful sometimes...) Although, my visit was very short, it was a positive experience. I'll definitely come back even if it means driving a little further to obtain a sub.

We have visited this restaurant many times and have often brought our daughters, so this review is…read morebased on a place we generally enjoy and have supported consistently. However, this visit was not their best, and unfortunately the overall experience reflected that. For today, I would rate it three stars, primarily due to service-related issues. The main concern centered around how certain requests were handled. When customers ask for extras and are willing to pay the additional charge, there should not be unnecessary back-and-forth or a sense of resistance. Clear communication and a positive attitude go a long way, especially when guests are already paying premium prices. Another issue involved food quality and attentiveness. If an item such as rice is running low and only the hardened portion from the bottom remains, it would be better customer service to simply let guests know that a fresh batch is being prepared and ask for a few minutes of patience. Instead, receiving rice in that condition understandably created frustration, particularly for my wife. When a meal for two totals $50 or more, guests naturally expect a higher level of care and consistency. To be fair, the food here is generally good, which is one reason we continue to return. The atmosphere was also pleasant, and we were grateful to spend quality time together--something we do not often get the chance to do. Those positives matter and should be recognized. Most importantly, the manager was the saving grace of the visit. He was courteous, professional, and accommodating when my wife addressed the concerns. That is exactly how customer service should be handled, and his response helped improve an otherwise disappointing experience. Overall, this simply felt like an off day for a restaurant we normally enjoy. We still like this establishment and hope they do better next time, because businesses should remember that guests may be choosing their location to make a rare outing or special moment enjoyable. With stronger service consistency, they can return to the standard we know they are capable of delivering.

Now onto the down side.... My friend ordered a cheeseburger but there was no cheese. I brought this up to the cashiers and they said they will take a look at it. After a long while (maybe 10 mins) they still did not come. I went back up and they told me the same thing, but instead added, sometimes the cheese can be inside or hidden (I guaranteed him that it is not hidden...) by then the burger was cold. Finally somebody came and brought us two slices of cheese to add into the burger. That was quite disappointing considering how long that took to just bring two cold slices of cheese to eat with the now cold burger.

I wouldn't rank it over an In-N-out but it's better than a five guys because it's not as heavily greasy. The Korean Sweet and Spicy was lacking Korean flavors.
