Really great customer service. I had the California smash with garlic tater tots, and it was excellent! They have a wide variety of grilled cheese sandwiches, either you can build your own or order from the menu. The prices are fairly reasonable. The food comes packaged in take away boxes. There is a small counter/ high top area where you can eat inside.

What a great little spot for well prepared hot sandwiches. Their Cubano looked excellent and is a top seller, but I went with their new sandwich, the Beef on Weck. I've had plenty of disappointing attempts at a Beef on Weck at OTHER venues all over northern Virginia, but Purcelleville Eats did this sandwich justice. The garlic tots were a great side as well. I have to give a shout out regarding their service as well - amiable and helpful to every single patron I saw walk in the whole time I was there.

So happy this opened in Purcellville! The concept is perfect in its simplicity. Grilled cheese sandwiches of all types made fresh to order and if you don't like the ones they have on the menu you can build your own. Garlic tater tots (yum), and soft drinks & milkshakes round everything out. The guys in there are hustling and fun and even though the line was out the door we got our food quickly and couldn't wait to take it home (not a lot of seating but we got lucky). Quick and delicious!

California smash is excellent along with the Tots and Tomato soup. Kevin the owner is a really good dude too.

LOVE THIS PLACE! The food is awesome as are the servers. I wish they had more seating but it's rare that all the seating is taken up.

This is "Greek-style" and not a Greek eatery. What a disappointment. I do so love Greek food which…read morelured me here, so I write this as a cautionary review. Whats more sad is that I paid $15 for something that isn't at all as advertised. I ordered the Chicken Souvlaki Greek Salad as I love grilled meat. Never have I had souvlaki in over a dozen voyages to Greece that was wet boiled or microwaved, as this chicken seemed to be. Souvlaki are grilled skewers. This place should NOT sell the pile of bland, blond, wet chicken breast as "souvlaki." The "Greek" salad was sad. No other way to describe it. It had the ingredients of a Greek salad (lettuce, tomato, cucumber) but the feta was meager and there were no onions. The tzatziki was more akin to ranch dressing (not made with yogurt- real Greek yogurt would hold a spoon standing in it. This was almost liquid.) ) and the pita was a doughy, cheap substitute. Their listing says fresh bread, and this pita was not so much. The owner seems nice and personable, and I wish him well but I also wish he would pay more attention to the product he delivers, especially if they call it, Greek. UPDATE from owners rebuttal: I write fair reviews as I experience the food. The issue is not whether you have fresh ingredients or quality chicken: it is clearly stated what you served was just not souvlaki in anyway, it was wet sautéed chicken and that was not traditional tzatziki. It was tzatziki-like sauce. Period. If you go to a pizza place to buy a pizza and you get high quality toasted bread with excellent tomato sauce and good mozzarella- it's still not a pizza, no matter the quality, and you shouldn't call it a pizza. I don't deny you are Greek, proud or otherwise, just serve what you advertise. Good luck to you too!

TL;DR: Amazing food and milkshakes!…read more Market Burger is our guilty pleasure. We've even joked about moving to Purcellville just to be closer to it. Whether it's a first date or your fiftieth, this spot always hits the mark. Food (5/5): My go-to order is a double patty burger ($12) (single patty burger is $10), loaded with herb mayo, American cheese, pickles, tomatoes, lettuce, and a fried egg (+$1), plus a full order of fries. The burger is juicy, flavorful, and totally satisfying. If you're dining with someone, go for the full order of fries ($8). If you're solo, the half order is perfect. The food comes out on a big circular tray with your burgers and fries spread out. Messy and delicious! They also serve fantastic milkshakes in vanilla, chocolate, or coffee ($9). You can add Snickers, Oreos, or Heath bars for $1. The coffee shake is my personal favorite, and it's made with real coffee! Their fries are on another level. Sometimes they have weird fries specials that are a must-try! They used to have it all the time, now it's a rare surprise. Service (5/5): Service is quick and friendly. On the rare occasion they get your order wrong, they fix it right away. Ambiance (5/5): It's a fast-casual spot tucked into historic downtown Purcellville. You order at the counter, give your name, and grab a table. Sometimes they bring the food out to your table, sometimes you pick it up. Inside, the walls are lined with historic photos of the town. There are about six tables indoor and a picnic table outside on the corner. Free public parking is available just across the street.

We were shown to the patio which was an indoor, covered patio. I opted for a Mimosa and opted for the buffet. My friend ordered a couple cocktails - I don't recall which ones - but both were delicious. My husband ordered the Limoncello Spritz which was also very good. My friend ordered the Herb Roasted Beets Salad with the Bavette Steak. My friend really enjoyed it. For the buffet, I tried the New York Strip, the Fried Chicken, Gulf Shrimp & Grits, Belgian Waffles and the Local Sausage. I really enjoyed everything I tried. The Belgian Waffle was very good and the Fried Chicken had a really crispy skin and was tender. The Flavor of the Shrimp & Grits and the New York Strip were also very good. Accordingly, I recommended it to my parents for a special meal, and round two was not as good. We were sat upstairs, which detracted from the ambience substantially, but worse was our server. From the moment she greeted us, we could tell she did not want to be there. She brought red wine in white wine glasses and a bread basket with only three pieces to a table of four people. I pointed this out and requested more bread, so that each of us could have a piece, but she never returned with more as she agreed to do. (Eventually a different server brought us more bread upon second request.) After food was served, I don't recall seeing her to check in until we'd finished eating. Absolutely unacceptable when you're waiting on a table that's putting down more than $250 before tip. Food wise, pretty happy. Fried green tomato was good; pincaha was salty but well cooked (chimichurri overpowering); duck was nice; and pastas were rich. I'd be back but specify that I want a table on the main floor, not upstairs between the bathroom and kitchen. I'd also be on the lookout for the redheaded waitress with the chip on her shoulder.
