I've occasionally placed orders using the app over the last 2 years and they have NEVER gotten the order right, not once. It's great when you go in and place your order but never when using the app. Seriously, if you know how to read it's not difficult to get an order correct. read more

We always receive phenomenal service when we visit this location, but an employee today was exceptionally engaging and truly made our experience so nice. I asked another employee if he was the manager and she let me know he was a shift lead. He should absolutely be considered for any management positions because he carried himself with such a friendliness and eagerness to make sure we had a good experience in the shop, I was certain he must be a manager. I always go to the Jersey Mike's next to Windsong Ranch and I never have a complaint. The Mike's Philly reminds me of a philly cheesesteak and while it's not quite there, it gives me some of that nostalgia. The employees are nice and the place is very well staffed. I'd give this place 6 stars if I could, because every sandwich you order racks up points that can be put towards additional subs that eventually will cost no additional. Win win...win! read more

The store is located near the corner of 423 and 380, which makes it the perfect stop for me when I am meeting with real estate clients in the new, nearby subdivisions. The customer service here is unprecedented. The staff works seamlessly together to ensure that every menu item is made perfectly to order in a timely manner. It is very apparent from visiting this location that the leadership prides themselves on creating a caring, family atmosphere among their employees; you can tell that everyone working on the shift absolutely enjoys being there. Always smiling, acknowledging customers, and keeping the store in tip-top shape, they are very proud to serve you a meal. There is always plenty of parking, since the restaurant is conveniently located in the Kroger shopping center. Access to the shopping center is a breeze, which makes mealtime quick and stress-free. Great location- very fast and efficient and well staffed- many Kids from the local high schools and their first jobs. I'm a big fan of jerseys for their Philly steak- bread is fresh basked, steak is fresh grilled, peppers, onions, cheese... hit that bad boy with Mayo- and your taste buds will be knocked out. They are also very fast and efficient- literally like 7-8 behind the counter at lunch rush. I just think Jersey mike's is generally disgusting as far as taste goes. I've never gotten anything good from there and I've tried different things, I'm always dissatisfied with what I got for the amount that I paid. I guess the excessive meat is supposed to take away from the fact that the food has absolutely NO flavor. It's not really the employee's fault though, I'm just shocked that something like this turned into such a huge chain. Sorry for the stretch, I just had to share my sheer disappointment with society... Other than that I had to repeat my order I don't know how many times because I guess they're just going to make the sandwich how they want regardless of what you say, and I watched them toast my sub yet it was colds as ice.... Chocolate chunk cookie was cooked just the way I like it chewy and soft but still cooked proper. Only hit is it needed more onions and peppers! But that's a personal preference! Over amazing sub! So much better here than a subway, especially for a hot sandwich.... was actually grilled steak, not microwaved! The ordering line and operation is amazing, more hands means light work and speed!
