Ordered online and the food was not ready until an hour after. I understand 30 min for ordering online and then pick up, 45 min...fine...but an hour for a chicken cheesesteak that I didn't modify? Thank you T-Mobile Tuesdays, I had a free sandwich at Firehouse Subs, but I got confused and wound up here instead! Not only did I lose my Firehouse coupon, which was only valid for 15 minutes, I ended up paying $9.54 for a sandwich! Ordered a #9 which is turkey, roast beef, swiss, and bacon! As you can see from my pictures, it's an okay sandwich, but for me way too much money for what you get! Drop the price 20% and you've got a 5 star sandwich in my book! Staff was pleasant and helpful with a decent attitude! Something that's harder and harder to find these days! The worst experience from a Jersey mikes imaginable. First the young man at the counter was improperly wearing his adidas cask mask. I don't understand why you can't take the time to properly wear the required PPE. Secondly, I ordered a #44. The sandwich but they must have made a mistake because I received soup. The alleged sandwich was beyond soaked; it was swimming in buffalo sauce. They did not recommend a straw to eat this sandwich with so my hands, face, and clothing suffered and orange bath. Plop plop plop went the orange sauce through the wrapping and the paper bag as I attempted to bite the horrid mess. My wife asked, "how's the sandwich". I choked to respond, "I'm drinking it". I am thoroughly disappointed in the lack of care in preparing my sandwich. Now my stomach hurts and the soup sandwich was tossed in the garbage. Thanks jersey mikes. Never thought I would go back to the Jersey Mikes in Hartsdale, but I was told they made several improvements and they did. The Manager Paul Greeted me and told me he was going to make a Cheese steak for me to make up for my last visit. Being fair I have heard really good things about their cheese steaks and wanted to get a good one. I was not disappointed. It was really quite good. I ordered 2 giant subs for dinner. The staff was very nice, but upon returning home, I realized the bread was stale. I called Jersey Mike's and told them that the bread is stale and person responded " It was made fresh this morning". I continued, the bread was crumbling as I tried to eat the sandwich. Again he replied, "It was made fresh this morning. Maybe we over cooked it". I mentioned, I paid $37 for 2 sandwiches and it's stale, I can only eat the center without the bread. His response was, "Sorry"! Unfortunately, they person didn't know how to handle the situation. I didn't ask for a refund or new sandwiches, but I likely won't go back to that particular Jersey Mike's. If he had just made some sort of gesture to correct it, I would have been fine. read more

Surprisingly really good, Jersey Mike's combines simple ingredients to create fresh and savory sandwiches! A year ago, I would rather visit my local deli before I went to any franchise sandwich shop but Jersey Mike's stole my heart. You can't go wrong with any of their cold or hot sandwiches. I prefer their hot sandwiches only because their Chipotle Chicken Cheese Steak is bomb.com. Whether I'm hungover, sad, hangry or just bored, Jersey Mike's is now my go-to. Was feeling a sub for lunch so I went to go check out this new spot that opened up. The interior was clean and it had the same basic layout as any Subway or Quiznos Ordered a regular sized Italian sub, with everything on it. The regular size is a little over half a foot, and cost me near $8. A giant size looked a bit over a foot long for just about $12. The service was very friendly, although kinda awkward. The guy making my sandwich sliced the meats and cheese up fresh and stuffed my sandwich. Add-ons were fairly standard. Admittedly, the sandwich kicks the crap out of anything you'd get at the other chain sub shops. But I gotta knock a star off. For the price, you can get an even better sandwich at a legit salumeria. read more

Bottom line: great place to grab a quick sandwich. Helpful and friendly staff. I'll be back. After a negative experience at a local subway restaurant I decided to try Jersey Mike's. I am glad I did. When the staff found out I was new to the restaurant they gave me a brief overview of the operation and the menu. The meat was fresh and sliced right in front of me. In the back you can see staff slicing the vegetables fresh also. That combined with freshly baked bread makes all the difference. Jersey Mike's is only missing a vegetarian option comparable with the veggie sandwich at Subway. My only other suggestion would be a few more vegetable options to add on your sandwich overall a great lunch For a quick serve sandwich shop. read more

Solid sub joint in the area. Decent meats and "Mike's Way" is basically just lettuce, tomatoes, and onion with a vinaigrette on the sandwich, which adds some nice flavor to the sub. I love subs (heros in New York), And in Jersey Mikes, I have found the best heros outside of a great NY/NJ Italian deli. And it's a chain/franchise! Once you walk in, that smell of traditional delis is in the air. All the meats are sliced in front of you when you order, unlike Subway, (which gets 0 Stars, btw). And the meats are all very, very good. Then you are offered to get the sandwich 'Mikes Way' which is their mixture of oil and vinegar, lettuce, tomatoes and onion. Don't even think about not getting it 'Mikes Way'. It adds so much, and is delicious. The #11, #8 and #9 subs are a favorite. Yes, you order by number. And the menu board has the numbers out of order, but by price. The #8 and #9 are clubs, one Italian one with fresh made roast beef. Both with bacon. The #11 is an Italian combo at other places. AND GET 'EM MIKES WAY! The line workers at this location are really friendly and courteous. Sometimes with long lines, they get you through in a reasonable time. And definitely get in the Shore Points club, to earn free sandwiches. It doesn't take that many visits. The Northvale NJ location s right over the Rockland NY border, less than a mile. read more

I would like to start out by saying that I'm a huge fan of Mike's Subs. I go to this location regularly, and I've never had an issue before. I went there yesterday, when I got my order it was the wrong sandwich. That wasn't a big deal at all, I brought it back to the counter and they gave me the correct sandwich. The issue I have is that when I gave the wrong sandwich back, the employee rewrapped it and gave it to another customer despite the fact that I had opened it and touched it. This practice is unsanitary, ESPECIALLY in the age of covid. I called the location a few hours later to discuss the matter with the manager. When I spoke with him he did not seem to care. I told him what happened and asked him to let his staff know, and he just said okay. No apology or anything, he seemed like he wanted to get off the phone quickly. While I was disappointed with what happened earlier in the day at that location, I was much more disappointed with how management handled the situation. I will not be returning to that location, and because of what I saw I would strongly recommend to others to avoid this location. read more
