This location has a play space!!! I have not seen many of those anymore. Clean and spacious. Modern design. Standard kiosk for order or by the counters. We had kids meal, chicken nuggets and double fish filet. The staff brought the food to us at the play area with a basket of sauce to let us choose. The fish filet came out 1 patty only. We went to this McD store on Saturday evening to get some dinner. It wasn't really busy at that time. The store was nice and clean. This store had the Play Place, an area for kids to play. The play space had a small slide and some climbing area. The dining space was also really nice. There's drive thru lanes as well, We used the kiosk to put in our order. It was ready in few minutes. All items were packed correctly. The happy meal, nuggets, fries, sandwiches all tasted fine. This is probably the nicest McD in the area, I would visit it more often for sure. read more

Stopped by this McDonalds around 12:25pm today. It's lunch time, so the place was fairly crowded. I placed the order on the kiosk at 12:29 (time on receipt), took the table number and sat down with my kid. The food didn't arrive until 20 minutes later, so I went to the register to see what's up. No one at the register, and the manager is busy going in and out of the kitchen. I wait another five minutes, and I told him "I've been waiting for my food for 25 minutes". His answer? "Well there are a lot of people here today." and then he disappears into the kitchen. No sorry, no thank you for waiting, no mention of how much longer it will take. I wait another five minutes or so, and he comes back out of the kitchen, so I told him to cancel my order and issue a refund. He looks at me once, and he goes back into the kitchen. Again no apologies. My kid was hungry so we drove to the wendys two minutes away, where we were able to order food and get it within three minutes of ordering. Don't bother coming to this location during busy hours. What a shitshow. It's comical how this place is ran. read more

Only reason they get a 2 star instead of an average 3 is because this particular location does tend to struggle with giving you all your items or giving you the right one in general. Many times I've gone ordered one thing gotten home and had a completely different item or I'm missing something. McDonald's is McDonald's. I've been to dozens of them. But this being the closest one to my house, I'm frustrated to no end that I can't ever have a visit without problems. As is the tradition with fast food places, they'll forget things and get your order wrong constantly. The late night staff are also incredibly careless and lazy. I recall running into one particular worker several times. She barely spoke English but she chose to dismiss everything I asked her without a care in the world. Everything is slightly more expensive than in other neighborhoods, and despite being open 24 hrs on the weekend, you can't have anything on the menu. There's a "late night" menu, which is basically just 6 things, and they're terribly expensive. What's the point? Finally, they close at 12 on weekdays. I've been there at 11:45, 11:40, and 11:30 (three different times), and every time, they were closed. Again, the late night staff is absolutely careless and they choose to close up comically early every night. Cause I mean, who wants to work for a living? read more

This is more of a complaint. I just bought a Value Meal that consists of two cheeseburgers, fries and a soda. The price is $5.99. I changed it to hamburgers rather than cheeseburgers. In the past, the cost of the meal has been reduced when removing the cheese from the order. I noticed today, that the price remained the same. The food here isn't so bad, but It definitely isn't the best. When I ordered 3 hash browns extra crispy, it was kinda crispy but it kinda tasted funny. The chocolate milk shakes are really good... except when I cough, it doesn't sound to good because of how thick the chocolate milk shake is. Also, one time I ordered crispy fries and it was kinda sloppy with how the fries were, they were really floppy and had no definition of crispy. But overall not bad at all...
