This place used to be fine. You'd at least get what you ordered. The last two times we ordered special meals, we got jacked. We did not receive out world cup cup, so they robbed me of the extra money we paid (complaining leads to dead ends cus they don't care), and we didn't get a Hello Killy Godzilla toy and something else instead. Plus we ordered 4 meals + 1 Happy meal and got exactly 1 napkin. We asked for extra ketchup for those 5 meals and ended up with 6 total packets. Service is clearly no longer a priority here. Complaining leads nowhere, they just get snippy and act like we're in the wrong. Do not use the drive thru. If you do, check your bags for EVERYTHING, including nugget sauces. Hold up traffic if you must, better than getting screwed. FWIW, I have zero complaints about the Wendy's in Tappan. That said, BK in Closter is worse, so congrats, you're slightly better than them. read more

This location has a play space!!! I have not seen many of those anymore. Clean and spacious. Modern design. Standard kiosk for order or by the counters. We had kids meal, chicken nuggets and double fish filet. The staff brought the food to us at the play area with a basket of sauce to let us choose. The fish filet came out 1 patty only. I went to the front and they quickly fire another one (double) for me. Quality is the same as other locations. Very consistent. Parking lot and drive through available. read more

We went to this McD store on Saturday evening to get some dinner. It wasn't really busy at that time. The store was nice and clean. This store had the Play Place, an area for kids to play. The play space had a small slide and some climbing area. The dining space was also really nice. There's drive thru lanes as well, We used the kiosk to put in our order. It was ready in few minutes. All items were packed correctly. The happy meal, nuggets, fries, sandwiches all tasted fine. This is probably the nicest McD in the area, I would visit it more often for sure. read more

Stopped by this McDonalds around 12:25pm today. It's lunch time, so the place was fairly crowded. I placed the order on the kiosk at 12:29 (time on receipt), took the table number and sat down with my kid. The food didn't arrive until 20 minutes later, so I went to the register to see what's up. No one at the register, and the manager is busy going in and out of the kitchen. I wait another five minutes, and I told him "I've been waiting for my food for 25 minutes". His answer? "Well there are a lot of people here today." and then he disappears into the kitchen. No sorry, no thank you for waiting, no mention of how much longer it will take. I wait another five minutes or so, and he comes back out of the kitchen, so I told him to cancel my order and issue a refund. He looks at me once, and he goes back into the kitchen. Again no apologies. My kid was hungry so we drove to the wendys two minutes away, where we were able to order food and get it within three minutes of ordering. Don't bother coming to this location during busy hours. What a shitshow. It's comical how this place is ran. read more

Wish I could give 0 stars. The kiosk messed my order up, and the workers were not compensating at all. Worst McDonald's I've even been to, would not recommend. read more

Don't ever fucking go here they took 40 minutes to make my order and then I complained multiple times and then they came out and said my order was ready after 35 minutes and I go to grab it and they said it's not yours it's for the people outside. Stupid fucks taking 45 minutes when it's fast food and should take less than 10 at most and last time they gave me an empty fry container. I only ordered a cheeseburger fries and 6 piece nugget which should take 5 minutes and I ordered before all of my freinds read more

I went to this McDonald's and asked for Big Mac sauce on a cheeseburger, what they ended up giving me was a container filled with Big Mac sauce. And ohhhhh the smell of it. Due to being a broke college student however, I couldn't waste it so I fed it to my sweet grandma. read more

They have messed up my order multiple times here. I have no complaints about the actual food, price, location, etc. It's a McDonald's. We all know what they serve. However, it should not be that difficult to make sure the customers are getting exactly what they ordered. Maybe I'm just having bad luck, but the last few times I've ordered from here they have either forgotten things or given me a wrong item. read more

This McDonald's is not as bad as people think. I went there many times when I was young, and I gotta say, the food still slaps. But when I was there today, my quarter pounder had a piece of the meat falling off. The burger was still delicious, but I hope this location takes its customers into consideration more often. read more

Not sure why this place has such a low rating considering it's a McDonald's. What do you expect?! This place is good, easy, and cheap. The drive-thru is quick too. Of course the food isn't great but for the price it's fine. I will always come back here. read more

Idk why everyone is disappointed they didn't get a fine dining experience at a McDonald's of all places. With that said it's a McDonald's so it's just an average meal with average service. Only reason they get a 2 star instead of an average 3 is because this particular location does tend to struggle with giving you all your items or giving you the right one in general. Many times I've gone ordered one thing gotten home and had a completely different item or I'm missing something. Understandable during the busiest times of the day as their drive thru is pretty lengthy sometimes but they'll mess it up at slower times when you're the only one there too. read more

Genuinely the worse McDonald's I think I've ever been to.... How TF are you gonna ask me if I want sauces and charge for them but not put a single one in... on top of that the only thing that didn't taste like it was a month old was the coke. 1 star would of rated 0 read more

When a customer, say me, spends $22.00 for a drive thru meal -- and I ask for honey mustard - - why is it a big deal to give three packages for 3 sandwiches? Is there a condiment shortage? A rationing of some sort? I'm so tired of this stingy McDonald's! Besides the sandwiches come out like they've been through Iraq: beat up, lopsided and wounded. Ugh....sorry I didn't take a pic. The mayo and lettuce were too draped over my hand, pants and car seat for to hit 'snap.' read more

McDonald's is McDonald's. I've been to dozens of them. But this being the closest one to my house, I'm frustrated to no end that I can't ever have a visit without problems. As is the tradition with fast food places, they'll forget things and get your order wrong constantly. The late night staff are also incredibly careless and lazy. I recall running into one particular worker several times. She barely spoke English but she chose to dismiss everything I asked her without a care in the world. Everything is slightly more expensive than in other neighborhoods, and despite being open 24 hrs on the weekend, you can't have anything on the menu. There's a "late night" menu, which is basically just 6 things, and they're terribly expensive. What's the point? Finally, they close at 12 on weekdays. I've been there at 11:45, 11:40, and 11:30 (three different times), and every time, they were closed. Again, the late night staff is absolutely careless and they choose to close up comically early every night. Cause I mean, who wants to work for a living? read more

This is by far the worst mcdonalds around. Just came back from picking up a mobile order. Had to tell the clerk several times it was a mobile order. He then questioned me asking if I put in for the right location. Once that was cleared up I waited for my order to be made while all the kids that work there are joking around. I got home with the order to notice it was wrong and this is not the first time they messed up an order of mine here. Will never go here again. read more

Fries and nuggets were stale and server was extremely rude I did not know it was a crime to ask for sauce

i spent $29 for breakfast. Cashier is terrible and rude. She overcharges, Owner should hire decent human beings.

The staff is beyond rude. I'll make the trip to Nanuet instead of going two minutes to this one. Not worth your time.

This is more of a complaint. I just bought a Value Meal that consists of two cheeseburgers, fries and a soda. The price is $5.99. I changed it to hamburgers rather than cheeseburgers. In the past, the cost of the meal has been reduced when removing the cheese from the order. I noticed today, that the price remained the same. That's sad Maybe next time, I should order the cheeseburgers and drop the cheese on the floor? read more

The food here isn't so bad, but It definitely isn't the best. When I ordered 3 hash browns extra crispy, it was kinda crispy but it kinda tasted funny. The chocolate milk shakes are really good... except when I cough, it doesn't sound to good because of how thick the chocolate milk shake is. Also, one time I ordered crispy fries and it was kinda sloppy with how the fries were, they were really floppy and had no definition of crispy. But overall not bad at all... I would come again. read more
