The staff in this location is top notch. This location is always pretty busy, but the staff is courteous, friendly, and helpful. There is a woman who is usually there when we go in to pick up, I assume she's the manager as she's always running the show, keeping things going with a good attitude despite the heavy volume of online and in store orders. Having worked in food service I understand it'a not always easy and can often get stressful when volumes are high and waits are longer than expected, but this staff is killing it. It's come to be a rarity in the fast food service industry that you come across such great customer service. Please be courteous to them and give them grace as they are working as hard as they can. read more

Was in there the other day, btw I love me some Jersey Mike's don't get me wrong they make great sandwiches, but I placed an order the other day with my son. 2 sandwiches & the place was empty no line nothing. The guy slicing the meat, ( 6'5" about 300 pound black guy with a beard) and I only put a description of the employee in because everybody else in there was great and I don't want somebody else to get in trouble for this guy's lack of customer service. So the big guy making the subs messed up one of them. No big deal, I picked up on it when it got to the next guy in line who dresses it up. Before he started putting stuff on it, I let him know that I had asked for a Club Supreme & that looks like he made a Club Sub. The big guy, Instead of apologizing or saying, "no worries my bad", got worked up & said, "No you ordered a Club Sub." The next guy in line, said no big deal pulled the meat off & said "just re-cut the meat for the Supreme." Problem solved right? You would think so however, as he's re-cutting the meat, he's mumbling under his breath, talking shit about me in front of my son!!! I almost said something, but because my son was there, we just looked at each other and shook our heads. This is my problem with this particular location is lack of customer service & training. Don't get me wrong the other guy was great as was the rest of the crew behind the counter. I'll continue to go to this location but if I ever see that guy in there, I'm turning around and walking out. There's no way I'm not giving my business to a store that has an employee that treats their customers like that. That guy needs to either go or some serious retraining. read more

What has happened to the Jersey Mikes location in Bellevue?! There is a gentleman (gentleman is actually being kind) who worked there tonight who acted like he was doing us a favor by preparing our sandwiches. This guy has served us before -- and is extraordinarily unpleasant to deal with. He has a lot of attitude and acts like he hates his job. You actually have to ask him to cut your sandwich, and he doesn't clean the knife afterward. So, on a previous visit to Jersey Mike's, our roast beef sandwich literally had the taste of tuna. The rest of the staff tonight was friendly and courteous, but this guy does not reflect well on Jersey Mikes' Bellevue location. If he hates this job so much, please do us all a favor and leave. This location is trash. If you order online/ahead your order will most likely be wrong. Doordash? Same problem. Order in person. It may be correct as you are watching but they'll just slap the most minimal amount of contents onto your sandwich and throw it in a wrapper like there is a fire drill and send you on your way, but only after you pay twice as much as the sandwich is worth. I placed an order for subs for our school soccer team, and everything about the order was perfect. Perfect! The assistant mgr who took the order, Nikki, was fabulous. When I arrived to pick up the boxes of sandwiches, everything was just as ordered, thanks to Nikki and Don. What we asked to be on the side (mustard, mayo) was in fact on the side. The sandwiches were separated into the 3 types I ordered, and each one labeled as to white or wheat bread. Fresh and delicious. The boys all loved them, and I would highly recommend this store for accuracy, quality, and capable management. But I will confess, I've had issues with their customer service in putting the sandwich together per my instructions, even when I'm right there directing the sandwich maker. Staff was really nice. I had an order of 6 subs and they only labeled one of them. Not a big deal only these subs are for clients so I hate to open them. Horse play, hitting each other, loud...it is hard to explain but it was bad. The woman infront of me said something to them (asked them to calm down) when she was checking out. As soon as she got out the door they were talking about her, making fun of her, etc... One of them threw my tortilla from the kitchen (a good distance) It did land on the counter but it was done with bad energy. Also, the employee who was making my wrap obviously had not been trained properly. He didn't know how to construct the wrap. Also, the entire place looked very unkept/messy. I love Jersey Mike's!!! The deli meats and cheese are fresh sliced per order, the cheese steaks are also cooked when ordered! I love the quality ingredients they use and they really give generous amounts. Then load the veggie toppings on too. My new favorite sandwich place! Because of this Jersey Mike's, I no longer go to Subway. When you come in you're greeted by the friendly staff immediately. All questions are answered patiently and recommendations are given if needed. Once your order is taken, they get right to work, quickly making up your sandwich by getting bread, slicing the meat and cheese right in front of you and getting your "fixin's". Their menu has hot and cold sandwiches and although the selection of veggies is not large, you'll find that you don't miss all the extras when you take a bite into the scrumptiousliciousness. I always get mine done "Mike's way" and then at the end of the line you can choose drink, chips, and/or cookies. You know the normal combo type stuff. I haven't visited other locations yet but this one in Bellevue is well staffed, clean, and inviting. I haven't come out disappointed and I am a picky sandwich eater! read more

This is the craziest experience at a fast food establishment I've ever had. We walked in well over an hour before closing, and there was one employee (wearing AirPods) standing outside the door as if to warn customers that they are about to have a bad time. We walk in, and an employee immediately asks if they want a hot or cold sub. No one was behind the counter and it looked like they put up all the ingredients. We kept waiting, while there employees literally did nothing but stand around while they were yelling for another employee to come make the subs we hadn't yet had the chance to order. We stood there for 3 minutes, not being acknowledged. We decide to just leave, and the AirPod wearing employee says that "he's on his way" and we just say "it's okay" and walk to the car. From our car we see a very large man emerging from his vehicle, smoking a vape pen, walking in to make the subs we never ordered. Why was he in his car? What were the other employees doing? Sometimes you just crave a cold cut. Jersey Mikes is the place for a great one. Definitely my favorite spot for a sub. This particular location is great because though they are steady, they are never too busy to where it's inconvenient. The guys prepping the subs all had gloves on. The work area seemed clean and service was quick. I usually get the club but today I went for the Italian and I'm glad I did as I think I found a new favorite. I've had the hot subs before and though they are edible, I'd rather go somewhere else that. As fas as cold subs go I almost always resort to Jersey Mikes. read more
