Pretty standard fast food experience; the staff seem pretty sincere and the place is fairly clean. Not clean enough, but at least I wasn't mugged by cockroaches. Nothing remarkable. We were hungry and the traffic into Nashville was sucking and it was raining so after a long drive from Memphis, this worked. No creepers at this Wendy's and seems fairly family friendly and fresh. Just thinking about this experience makes me feel sick to my stomach... Received food that was literally not edible. Ordered the Cobb salad and chicken wrap. I though the chicken on the salad was croutons, you could not even put a fork in it it was so dry and hard probably rotten too. The chicken wrap was even more revolting as I bit into rubbery chicken wrapped in slimy microwaved lettuce and a blob of burned cheese. Against my better judgment I decided to order Wendy's for delivery (the water is off in our apartment so we can't cook or wash anything). Why is it not possible to remove ice from the drinks on the app? After getting the order placed, we just had to wait. Honestly, the wait wasn't very long. And the updates timely as well. As soon as the order was delivered, we noticed we were missing items. Our frosty was missing (peppermint) as well as several parts if the order (a medium fry, queso fries, Baked Potato, Chilli, and a Junior Bacon Cheeseburger). There also aren't any straws, napkins, or sauces for the nuggets. Honestly I just thought that maybe a bag was missing. I asked the delivery driver, and she stated that these were all the items she was handed and apologized for the inconvenience (see even though she couldn't do anything, she still apologized, more on this later). Although a bit annoyed (if I could go to the store then I would have in the first place) I understand that things happen and it was just a mistake. The baked potato and Chilli were my Mother In Laws entire meal so I had no choice but to go retrieve the missing items. When I arrived at the location, I attempted to go inside and the doors were locked. It was 730 in the evening, why were the doors locked. So I went to go through the drive through. I waited 9 minutes to be greeted. When I told the cashier my order was incorrect and I waiting 9 min to get greeted, he told me to drive forward. When I arrived at the window I was met with what looked like a manager (I will state that no one confirmed he was a manager). I attempted to inform him of the missing items and he told me that Christmas was over so they didn't have Peppermint Frosty's. I asked why I was allowed to order the frosty if they didn't have them and he said he did not know. I asked him for a refund. He went to tell the workers to remake the missing items and he came back to tell me they didn't have any baked potatoes. He asked if I wanted something else instead and let him know that I had to call home (it ended up being a large fry). As he brought me the items he told me that he can't do any refunds cause he can't do anything about app orders. I needed to request the refund for the frosty in the app (never offering a replacement item for the frosty which I thought was odd). As I examined the bag he gave me I noticed not only was I still missing the queso fries, but also still missing all condiments and utensils. At this point I was just done. Not because of the repeated missing items, not because of the frustration, but simply because the manager didn't do the basic thing that anyone should do when dealing with an upset customer...apologize. By the time I got home the food I had originally ordered was cold and inedible, the fries that were given as a replacement were not salted, and my kids won't eat nuggets without their honey mustard. My Mother In Law had to drink her Chilli. The rest of the food was just wasted. I don't think a refund is an unreasonable request. I will also be contacting the store GM. Four days later ans I have been unable to get in contact with the GM or customer care. Don't give this location your money. read more

I hate I can't remember her name but the night time supervisor is AWESOME!! I love when she's there. She's always nice and friendly and makes some great recommendations. They literally screwed up every aspect of my order today. The person taking the order in the drive through was very rude. I ordered spicy nuggets (I got regular) a lemonade (I got fruit punch) bbq sauce (I got no sauce) and my fries were all stuck together in one potato mass because they clearly weren't stirred while being cooked. Hoping management will see this because it seems to be a reoccurring issue. My boyfriend and I stop at this Wendy's often. We love your night staff! They are amazing but there is one lady that works the drive through during the day that ruins your restaurant. She was working 7/15 at 3pm. We have run into her multiple times and when you get to the order box she cuts you off so you can't complete your order and then we try to explain that we needed to order something else (a drink and a frosty) and she said nope you can't order at the window. I rarely leave reviews but I have had it with this location! Every time my family and I come here we always have a horrible experience. The staff is absolutely terrible! There is a lady that always works the drive thru and she has the NASTIEST attitude! Every time we order our food she rushes you by continuously asking "what else?" as if she is bothered by us ordering food. On top of that she is extremely loud in the intercom and she has messed up our order several times because she rushed us. My husband ordered the strawberry lemonade and she rung it up as the Mango lemonade so when he told her she was wrong, she immediately got an attitude and told him that he was wrong. Who does that?! Then she continued her nasty attitude by snatching my husband's card from him when he was trying to pay. We have also encountered a young man who was working the drive thru for once before and we heard him complaining about a guy who was ordering his food behind us saying that the customer was ordering too much food. Again, who does that?! It is your job to take customers orders and if you don't like your job then leave! Don't go here and if you must go inside. Drive though is a joke. They leave out items you ordered and get all the modifiers wrong on the burgers. This happened to us the last couple of times we have been here. My wife ordered a Dr Pepper and was given a Fanta. When she asked them to fix it, they dumped the Fanta and put Dr Pepper and ice in the same cup, did not rinse it out or get a new cup. Then when we got home to eat the food, we realized hat our chili was not in the bag, the fries were not cooked all the way through, and there was lettuce and no cheese on my wife's cheeseburger, even though she clearly order it with only no lettuce. Her Dr Pepper tasted weird with the Fanta mixed in it. And these are the people that want $15 an hour! Go to another location. If I could give no stars, I would. Check your order before you leave. I've tried to get take out several times within the past two months and they have yet to give me my complete order or the correct order. Today I ordered two chicken sandwiches. I was told it would be 7 minutes because they had just started cooking them. I said fine and figured I would at least have some fresh food. They had me pull forward so I wouldn't hold up the drive through line. The employee that finally brought my sandwiches out glared at me as she handed me the food and acted like I was inconveniencing her because she had to walk my food to me. Then I checked the sandwiches and they were the smallest and over cooked chicken sandwiches I had ever seen. I don't know what they had done, but these things were not worth the wait or money. I walked to the locked door and after convincing an employee to come talk to me, I showed them the sandwiches and asked what the deal was. The new employee shrugged and said that he didn't cook them. Every Wendy's that I have been to before, if a drink refill is needed I have stepped to the side of the counter and gotten a refill. I've dined at this Wendy's on several occasions, although the only reason I've returned is because my child wanted a Frosty and it was nearby. Often there is no one at the register to take your order or if someone is there they are fooling with the cash register or something else and ignore you. Once they finally acknowledge your presence and take your order, it takes 10 to 20 minutes at least before they give it to you. Not exactly fast food. The tables are never clean and often there is food on the chairs, as well. Some, but not all, of the employees are rude. They are so slow that the line at the counter gets long and I have actually seen the manager who is there on Sunday lock the door so no more customers can get in. I watched 14 people come to the door and walk away confused because they could see all the people inside having lunch, but they couldn't get in. Great way to run a business! Today I was there around 3:30. There was no one else in the restaurant. I stood around for several minutes before anyone took my order. A couple came in behind me and, even with just 4 customers in the restaurant, it took 20 minutes to get our order. Someone else came while I was waiting on my food, and he was left standing at the counter for about 15 minutes waiting for someone to take his order. Nobody ever came and he finally just left. Next time my kid wants a Frosty, I'll drive a little further and find a different Wendy's. read more

Went last Tuesday 10/4/16 at 5:40 pm. They were out of beef. REALLY???? A hamburger restaurant that's out of beef. Normally when they're open and are serving, they are extremely slow, there is a new person running the window every single time you go through who does not know how to run the window. Even using a cash register, they do not know how to give change back. Fries are soggy & cold 100% of the time and the container is maybe half full.. I will say that when they do have beef, the burgers are correctly made. Most of the female employees are downright mean. As in ..I have had my drink thrown at me. And I have had food thrown into my car... still In the bag at least. Oh also, they almost never accept your coupons. Because they say they're not equipped with enough food to accommodate your coupon.
