please understand I hate to be petty about stuff. But you order things on the app for promotional items that you normally wouldn't order. My elderly mother loves the monopoly game pieces so I ordered a bunch of items on the app and maxed out my bag so she could get extra game pieces cause I thought that would be a fun Halloween morning. Of course, when I got to the store, they gave me the bag no game pieces. There was a sign on the window that the lady pointed to when I asked to speak to the manager. The manager didn't come on the why we put the sign up. There's nothing I can do. Do you want me to refund your meal? As I'm sitting for deep in the drive-through lane with people behind me and I've already spent 20 minutes just trying to stop and get the order that I've already pre-ordered online.. when they don't have an specific item in the store like a pumpkin latte they update their website. My question is why didn't they update the website on the promotion because they want people to order the extra stuff to get to the store to tell them they don't have it, but it didn't come on the truck. Waste my time disappointed my mom all because someone didn't do their job. I usually love that little McDonald's I actually come to it because it's a little what I thought nicer but now I feel a little scammed so I'm just gonna take my business somewhere else. I doubt they'll miss us cause they don't care anymore, but we usually order her breakfast twice a week from this place. I don't usually write reviews, but after my second awful experience at this McDonald's in just three weeks, I feel I have no choice. Both times, I've unfortunately had to deal with two employees I think their names are Omar and Ayub. They have been nothing but rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. The first visit, I thought maybe someone was just having a bad day. I was polite, I placed a simple order, and what I got back was a mess handed to me without a single word--not even eye contact. The pale skinned fat one with a weird mustache looked like he couldn't be bothered but I let it go. Today, I went back thinking maybe things had improved. If anything, it was worse. Not only was his tone snappy and dismissive, but the food, again, was burnt and sloppily thrown together. There's clearly zero care being put into anything they do, and even less concern about how they speak to paying customers. I've been coming to this location for years. I've seen bad service here before, but these two take it to a whole new level. I don't know if they think they're being funny or if they just genuinely don't care, but it's insulting to people who are just trying to get a meal without being treated like an inconvenience. If management reads this: Please do something. It's rare for me to single out names, but this isn't just a one-time issue. These are consistently the worst experiences I've had at any fast food restaurant--ever. And yes, that includes other McDonald's. In a hurry for a quick drive-through, pick up lunch; spotted this McD's along highway. Since pandemic began, I've grown accustomed to using apps on my phone for ordering and picking up food. Same here today. Ordering was a breeze. Delivery to my car was efficient (& staff was polite/courteous/cheerful) - gosh just like the "old days" eh! Food was what you would expect. I went through the drive thru and got my daughter a happy meal. The toy was supposed to be a "lil McDonald's toy" she got an old toy (sonic) we went right back and asked to switch them out and the guy "Billy" said we're probably low on the "lil McDonald's" and that's why ... umm ok. I asked if there were any others and he said yes, I said, great I'll pay for that separately, I gave him my credit card card and he started talking to other people in the kitchen. After waiting for about 5 minutes he finally comes back to the window and hands me the toy, I said, I need my credit card back and he said, "oh, I must have gotten distracted and put it down somewhere" I said, I'm not moving until I get my credit card back and he said he'd look for it. (He was looking in all the places I never saw him go after I gave my credit card to him) the manager "Trina" didn't seem phased and never even asked why I was upset. I said, he took my credit card and I'm not leaving until I get it back. He came up to the window and threw the credit card at me and slammed the window ( I think he was mad that I didn't just go away) I ask "Trina" the manager where it was and she said, "it was under some boxes" are you kidding me? I will never go to this McDonald's again and BEWARE that the staff at least this one will try and STEAL your credit card if you don't pay attention. read more

Yup, McDonald's is just as bad as I remembered. I prefer cuisine that is expertly prepared and rarely stoop to the subpar realm of fast food, and never McDonald's. It had been 20 years since I ate this infernal excuse for food. But my niece wanted to eat there. What can you do? Teenagers! Those underdeveloped palates. The poor quality, flash-frozen beef patties are inedible, and the cheeseburger doesn't come with a slice of cheddar. Nope, it's topped with the enemy of every chef; the synthetic , plastic-like square of a Kraft single, something that legally cannot even be called cheese according to the FDA. It's the polar opposite of a delicious burger at Nashville's best spots like Farm Burger or BurgerFi or Mooyah or The Pharmacy or just about anywhere else. The chicken nuggets only contain 39% chicken, while the rest is made of blood vessels, nerves, connective tissue, and crushed bones. And you can definitely taste it. Yuck! This is certainly a far cry from Chick-fil-A, McDougal's, and any other proper chicken finger, strip, or nugget in town. My husband and I stopped in there yesterday through the drive thru and ordered the 2 cheeseburger meal and we were about 2 miles down the road and he opened my burger for me to eat while we drove and guess what they forgot to put meat on my burger. This Mcdonald's used to be pretty good. They were open during the pandemic and super quick. Today they forgot to give me the fries with the two meals I ordered. I ended up having to stop at McDonalds in Dickson/off Exit 172 to get the fries I ordered at the Bellevue location. This is the second time this has happened this year, and it's only January. I don't know what is going on here but last night my son and I tried to go through the drive thru to get some fries and a shake...2 cars were ahead of us and there were hardly any cars parked so it wasn't crowded. The car in front of the order location waited for about 8 minutes and the car in front of me pulled out of line. I pulled up to place the order and NOTHING! No greeting, no "I'll be with you in a minute", no anything! I waited about 5 minutes before I gave up and drove off. This is the second time that something like this has happened at this location at about the 8 pm hour. Won't get a third chance. I'll take my money elsewhere. read more

This location as well as the Old Hickory location in Bellevue, have issues with customer service and keeping pace with the customer count. A number of times it has taken longer than 10 even 15 minutes at these locations to get food for the kids. I will not be returning- so I'm sure they'll need to close down. I've seen cars pull out of line and leave. I get eye rolls from the girl with the scarf on her head. Was on a break and decided to go inside to eat. It wasn't busy inside and there was only one gentlemen ahead of me. Unfortunately the young man working behind the counter only had pennies left in his drawer (coins), to give to the man. The man was really upset by this and the young man told the man he needed to get change from his manager. He asked several times for change from his manager before he even took my order. Needless to say, he couldn't give me my .61 cents due to me. I could see this young man's frustration of not getting his change. I told him it's ok..I felt bad for him. Finally the manager comes up to the counter to talk to the upset gentleman about not having change and not getting all of his order. Of course this man wasn't happy and raised his voice at the manager. I was so shocked how rude the manager was to this gentleman. Even though the gentleman was hateful and I didn't care for his attitude, but working in the service industry...the customer is always right. They were obviously short staffed. This McDonalds feels like playing Russian roulette. The employees have all been extremely nice recently and provide as nice of service as possible, but there are issues that are out of their hands and more of a larger issue for McDonald's as a whole. Firstly, McDonald's mobile ordering app seems to frequently have issues at this location more than any other I go to. Today I placed a mobile order, went up to the drive thru, and was told they couldn't take any orders at all right now, because the mobile ordering system crashed their entire system. The employee was as apologetic as he could be given the situation. Second, the hours they are open are not clear at all. They seem to close at different times every night, so it's hard to predict if they will be open late or not. I've had this issue at other McDonald's occasionally, but this one seems to be different every night! I think they are short staffed like every other fast food joint on this road. read more

However, their website says that they're open until midnight on the weekends, and I don't think I've been there once after 11 that they were actually open. Well, it goes without saying McDonald's food is bad for you, but I go occasionally to get a biscuit or two. Now today 'twas a day like every other adventurous day. Spirits were uncrushable and my brother and I biked 30 minutes to this McDonald's. I got two biscuits and he got one. We biked home, bellies warm. Once we got home it was only 20 minutes before I got cramps. I became uneasy and out of nowhere the urge to go to the bathroom was painfully high. I rushed to the nearest bathroom finding it locked. I asked who was in there and there came a small shallow response from my brother. With obvious pain in his voice, he said, "it's me." I frantically rushed to the next bathroom with the full release of the Hoover dam within me. I sat on the toilet and experienced what could have been the metal staff of pain. When it was all over, I check inside only to find the longest darkest dark chocolate brownie ever and his companions. Thus concludes my epic experience with McDonald's.
