Didn't get what I paid for. Deluxe sandwich with mustard. "Please pull forward into space #". Order received. Missing the mustard packet. I walk into the store and get the mustard. Apply the mustard and recognize my sandwich is missing lettuce. I only buy this sandwich because of the lettuce and tomato. Walk back inside. Pleasant staff member asks to help. I note the missing lettuce. "uh, yeeeeaaah. We're out of lettuce". Glad my only frustration, so far, for the day is a missing piece of lettuce. read more

I know their rule that cars should be moving every 18 seconds and we were at a complete standstill for almost 30 minutes until we were able to leave. me and almost every car behind us had gotten there food but couldn't leave because one car at the start didn't have their drinks which were sitting there the entire time we saw that the drinks that were finally handed to them was ones that had been sitting there for nearly 20 mins. They could have told them to move into a parking spot if they had to locate the order but instead the rest of line had to wait. We were able to finish our food and drinks while still in line. First time here, and so impressed by the super nice staff, the awesome chicken soup (who knew?) and especially by the fresh flowers!! Perhaps in honor of Valentine's Day tomorrow, there was a little vase of red carnations and baby's breath at EVERY individual table, plus a large and gorgeous bouquet on at least one bench table. My family comes to this location almost weekly due to them being one of the only chains with a play place. They allow their employees to take breaks in the dining room and listen to their phones on the highest volume with no headphones. The last 4 visits have had this happen where an employee is watching an adult themed show or on a call (speaker on) volume all the way so the entire dining room can hear with no regard to the customers. We have listened to 30 minutes phones call of an employee complaining about their boyfriend/girlfriend, listened to entire tv shows or movies, all while 3-4 tables away. Consistently see team members standing around and caring about their job. Wills Sims is the operator and is always so nice when we see him at the store I just wish the staff realized they worked in customer service and cared about the quality of service. Couple items missing here and their is fine but lack of hustle and disregard for customers in the dining area is sad too see and a disappointment management keeps poor employees. read more

Despite the recent surge of fried chicken restaurants, I think Chick-Fil-A still does it best. The spice blend that batters the #2 Spicy Chicken Deluxe sandwich is undeniably satisfying, and more about flavor than heat...fine by me! I love their batter, I love the slice of pepper jack cheese, and I love the moisture and brightness of the tomato and lettuce. I also adore their sweet and creamy Chick-fil-A sauce; it's what I use to make the waffle fries pop! The fries already have incredible texture- a little crunchy, a little chewy, and light salt. On their own, they're a bit bland. Cue the Chick-fil-A sauce! Bada bing, bada boom, you get the kind of satisfying potato experience only this special combination can deliver. I tried something new today: a large sun joy beverage! It's their version of the Arnold Palmer. Their lemonade is a citrus dream already- very lemony, cold, and sweet. I usually try to leave positive reviews but the Bellevue chick fila is the worst. They only care about the drive thru times on a corporate level and not the customer. They are rushing you through and jogging next to you to get you through the line. When I get to the front he pushed me aside and told me to wait for my order to come out. Then he completely forgot about me and I waited for 20 minutes before I went in to see what happened. The employee did nothing to make me feel better about wasting my time and just repeated over and over that it was all about the drive thru time, instead of listening to my concern or apologizing. I enjoyed the service and was happy to see that I was able to pleasure the workers hahaha. the men's restroom was clean but the women's one was cleaner, I checked both for all y'all fellow mama bear yelpers. My child had a blast and a half on the slide in the play place, but the workers asked him to leave because he was 27 and therefore "too old". He cried for a bit but the workers helped him calmed down. Chick-fil-A on Hwy 70 just cut their efficiency to shreds by dedicating a drive thru lane to mobile customers. What in tarnation were they thinking?! There is no predicting that the mobile customer who pulls up first will have an order ready, and the volume on the mobile line is low compared to the drive up volume. The result? Complete congestion and delays. It just took 15 minutes to get an iced tea on a low volume day, at a low volume hour. 2 stars only because the iced tea tastes good 1star for "fast food"! read more

Rude service lately. They used to be known for their friendliness but lately they have been noticeably short, especially with kids.

DO NOT INTERACT WITH EMPLOYEE "MATT". I was missing an 8 ct nugget from my order so I went up to this employee and asked if he could give me my missing food. He was very annoyed by me just asking him to fix the mistake made. He didn't even say anything to me, he just went to grab an 8 ct and practically threw it across the counter at me. His entire attitude during my interaction was horrible. He was rude, not welcoming and overall made my experience here awful. But that's not the worst part. After I received my 8 ct, I put my food down so that I could grab my car keys from my purse before heading out. While I was doing this, I overheard employee "Matt" talking to his coworkers about how stupid (along with other horrible names that I don't think I can say on here) another employee he worked with was. He never said the employees actual name, but refereed to her as a "queef". My 6 year old son who was with me asked "Mom what is that". I was absolutely horrified by his comment. I'm sure he didn't mean for a customer to hear his gossip, but I'm sure I was not the only one to hear this. This is so unprofessional, especially for a manager. Actions need to be taken about how to act in a work environment. I will not be coming back here until his boss teaches him how to speak appropriately, especially around paying customers and children. read more

Orders have always been 100% correct, team members have always been kind and helpful, the food has always been delicious! This location does get busy at times, which is expected...it's Chick-fil-A! First time ordering meals for emergency nurses week, scheduled pick up at 8. I arrive, state "I am here to pick up a catering order" and the manager scoffs like 20 meals is a small catering order. Sometimes I stop by for a takeout dinner - usually a sandwich, fries, and sweet tea. I have never been inside this Chick-fil-A, but the drive-through is run well. Quick, friendly, and the order is always right when I get it home. Of course, my simple order doesn't set that bar very high. What's the deal with the wait times here?? Every time I have gone to this location, I have to wait at least 15 minutes in the long drive thru line. It's nice that they come out to take orders while waiting, but that doesn't seem to get anything moving any faster. It's just an illusion that they are working faster. They will bring out food to the vehicles behind you sometimes, which doesn't really make sense. I had a friend two vehicles back that got his chicken sandwich meal brought out to him and I still had to wait until getting to the window. This place sucks. read more

First off, I'm a fan of Chick-Fil-A in general, this review is relative to our experience at this location. We have been anticipating having a Chick-Fil-A in this location ever since we moved to Bellevue, and were very excited when we heard the news that they were indeed opening one up. That being said, we woke up on a Saturday excited about getting some of their breakfast. We arrived at 10am, which is thirty minutes before they cut off the breakfast menu. After sitting in the drive thru about fifteen minutes, we had barely moved up 1 or 2 car lengths. To avoid disappointment, I ordered breakfast online and proceeded to wait. We arrived at the speaker at 10:32am, and notified the gentleman over the speaker that we were picking up an online order. After finding it, he stated that it was 10:32am, and they stop serving breakfast at 10:30am, and that my online order would not be honored. At no time did an associate come out to make drivers aware that there were significant delays and that breakfast was unlikely. Most of the cars behind us arrived between 10-10:15am, and I would bet most of them came for the breakfast menu. They cancelled my order, gave a disingenuous apology, and didn't even offer so much as a coupon. We spoke with the manager, as did the vehicle next to us, and were simply told that this is their policy and they will not waiver on it for any reason. All in all, we sat in the drive thru 45 minutes, and drove out with nothing. When I used the app, it stated to arrive before 10:30am, which we clearly did being as we were already there. There is more to this story, but to avoid a dissertation style review, I will summarize my feelings towards this restaurant as follows: I was excited about having a Chick-fil-a nearby, and will continue with anticipation that happening, as I do not consider this location a part of the franchise based on the unfriendly, unhelpful, and disregarding culture I experienced relative to what I am used to at a Chick-fil-a restaurant. Surely, a fast food joint can do better than 45 minutes. I drove to Loveless Cafe's new drive thru and was served a delicious breakfast in a couple minutes (even though I arrived at 11:02am, 2 minutes after breakfast ends, due to wasting close to an hour of my Saturday stuck in CFA's drive thru). read more
