The biscuit was soft with a bite and the jam was clearly house made with pieces of actual blackberries in it. So yum! The bagel also felt very fresh and yummy. The best way to describe the coffee was that it reminded us of warmth, perfect for some cold weather. The matcha was good and a solid choice, but probably not what I will choose next time. It was fairly crowded when we went, but we were able to get a table really easily since they have seating both inside and outside.
