Oh I could write a love letter to elegy. I love this spot so much. I have moved away from Nashville but always make a point to stop in when I'm back in town. This location always is welcoming with great service. I do wish this location had chairs with backs so I could wfh while in town, but otherwise this location usually has parking up front and is great to run in and grab a quick coffee! I have gotten food here once, and it was okay, I much prefer coffee but if I am in a pinch the food is okay and is affordable in contrast to the expensiveness of the coffee.

I'm a big fan of Elegy (especially their Germantown location) so I was excited to check out their new Wedgewood-Houston spot with a friend (also an Elegy fan). The space is cozy, with limited indoor seating--just two long tables and bar seating along the walls--but there's also a nice outdoor patio with more seating. We grabbed seats at the bar area and both ordered the Pumpkin Bear and the Elegy Burrito with sausage. The service was fast and my order was a solid 10/10. The burrito is on the pricier side (around $30 with the coffee), but it's a big portion and super satisfying. Definitely worth a try. I love the new location! Elegy doesn't miss.

Elegy coffee has moved into Dozen Bakeries old spot and Wedgewood has a slam dunk great coffee shop. The space is very open and filled with plants and wood. Service was quick, welcoming, and friendly. I ordered a cappuccino and a blueberry muffin. The cappuccino was fantastic and one of the best I've had in Nashville. The blueberry muffin was really great as well. This was their soft opening weekend and I imagine they will fill the space more and add even more options to eat or drink. Excited to come back and try more in the next few months.

I am embarrassed to say this is my first time trying Elegy Coffee - even though it's been on my list for years - and I am ecstatic that their newest location is close to my home + office - no more excuses!! I came for lunch & ordered the baseline burrito (deluxe with bacon) in a bowl - it was solid with a good flavor (added both salsas) not too much heat (slight from the red salsa I think). The bacon could have been crisper and the food in general could have been warmer, but the quality was really good and I would order a version of it again - 4/5 for me. I also had to try their staple honey bear cold brew, I was so tempted to do the pumpkin, but wanted to start with the staple and will try their pumpkin next visit. It was perfectly balanced with the flavors and a smooth cold brew - no acidic taste - so it's a 5/5 for me! The staff are very friendly and efficient, the vibes are so chill and great for working or reading. I was in awe of all their abundant and vibrant live plants!

Love the spot. But the flies.. the FLIES!! Especially outside. If we can just get the flies squared away, then we'd be good.

While I am not much of a health guru type, I do enjoy a good coffee drink! My normal go to is your standard iced coffee/cold brew, but I recently discovered their specialty drinks including the What's Shakin', which is their spin on the ole shaken espressos from the chain spots...and honestly, they do it way better! While I have not varied in my orders too much, I am impressed with the drinks I have enjoyed, along with the service and preparation that goes into it as well. This space is smaller than most of their other spots, so limited seating, but most folks are in and out given its location downtown. I have bellied up the window counter a time or two before heading back outside. Nice to have the option. Overall, definitely have become a fan of E+ROSE and this location is solid when I find myself downtown!

They have lots of carefully curated products (LMNT, Feel protein bars) that have good ingredients. I grabbed the Rainbow Wrap ($12) out of the grab and go - wow I want to remake this at home. The "goddess sauce" was some garlicky herb-y mix made with nuts and nutritional yeast. The wrap they use is seed oil free. They list all their ingredients too, woo hoo! So yummy. I also got a cold brew (a little under $6) - it was fine, a little expensive! This cafe is nice and has some seating you can enjoy your bowl or wrap or smoothie or whatever you got in. My tummy was very happy for sure :)

I visited on a Sunday afternoon, buying two smoothie bowls. I'd previously purchased a reusable MiiR bowl (insulated container) from E+ROSE, so I ordered the Aloha Bowl in that, and my SO had the Be True Performance Bowl. Both tasted great, which is to be expected with their quality and flavorful smoothie bowl variety! They aren't cheap, but the healthy ingredients, convenience, and taste are worth it, especially when the bowls are more full. Other than smoothie bowls, the grab and go items, pastries/ sweets, coffees, and smoothies also add variety to the E+ROSE menu. On this particular visit, service was not unkind but was rather slow - we waited inside for quite a while for our order to be made. There is seating for around 5 people inside and about the same outside, so it's not a large location to visit - more convenient for carryout or delivery, in my opinion. I'm not sure if they're still being sold, but E+ROSE previously sold branded insulated tumblers and bowls. These offered 5% and 10% discounts, respectively, on drinks and smoothie bowls purchased when using your reusable container. During this visit, I was only given the 5% tumbler discount on my bowl, rather than the 10% - which adds up over time to help offset the container's cost! All in all, this wasn't the absolute best visit, but it was far from the worst. Their food is reliable and delicious, and as repeat customers already, we'll be back!
