I'm a big fan of Elegy (especially their Germantown location) so I was excited to check out their new Wedgewood-Houston spot with a friend (also an Elegy fan). The space is cozy, with limited indoor seating--just two long tables and bar seating along the walls--but there's also a nice outdoor patio with more seating. We grabbed seats at the bar area and both ordered the Pumpkin Bear and the Elegy Burrito with sausage. The service was fast and my order was a solid 10/10. The burrito is on the pricier side (around $30 with the coffee), but it's a big portion and super satisfying. Definitely worth a try. I love the new location! Elegy doesn't miss.

Elegy coffee has moved into Dozen Bakeries old spot and Wedgewood has a slam dunk great coffee shop. The space is very open and filled with plants and wood. Service was quick, welcoming, and friendly. I ordered a cappuccino and a blueberry muffin. The cappuccino was fantastic and one of the best I've had in Nashville. The blueberry muffin was really great as well. This was their soft opening weekend and I imagine they will fill the space more and add even more options to eat or drink. Excited to come back and try more in the next few months.

Cool atmosphere & the coffee tastes great! I got the honey bear cold brew and the taste is very smooth. Probably the best cold brew I've ever had! I also got the marshmallow fluff topping and I highly recommend. The honey bear cold brew is on tap so it was ready in less than a minute. No complaints about the service.

I am embarrassed to say this is my first time trying Elegy Coffee - even though it's been on my list for years - and I am ecstatic that their newest location is close to my home + office - no more excuses!! I came for lunch & ordered the baseline burrito (deluxe with bacon) in a bowl - it was solid with a good flavor (added both salsas) not too much heat (slight from the red salsa I think). The bacon could have been crisper and the food in general could have been warmer, but the quality was really good and I would order a version of it again - 4/5 for me. I also had to try their staple honey bear cold brew, I was so tempted to do the pumpkin, but wanted to start with the staple and will try their pumpkin next visit. It was perfectly balanced with the flavors and a smooth cold brew - no acidic taste - so it's a 5/5 for me! The staff are very friendly and efficient, the vibes are so chill and great for working or reading. I was in awe of all their abundant and vibrant live plants!

Oh I could write a love letter to elegy. I love this spot so much. I have moved away from Nashville but always make a point to stop in when I'm back in town. This location always is welcoming with great service. I do wish this location had chairs with backs so I could wfh while in town, but otherwise this location usually has parking up front and is great to run in and grab a quick coffee! I have gotten food here once, and it was okay, I much prefer coffee but if I am in a pinch the food is okay and is affordable in contrast to the expensiveness of the coffee.

Love the spot. But the flies.. the FLIES!! Especially outside. If we can just get the flies squared away, then we'd be good.

They have started doing a little better about having outlet options, but mainly at those tall, long skinny tables. The ones that aren't necessarily great for working because they're so high up and can make your legs feel weird after awhile. Haha. The other semi complaint I have is that they close early. 3 pm is early when you want to try and work. Drinks are good. I don't drink a ton of coffee these days, but what I've had there was good. I get either their chai or matcha. Both of those I enjoy! I had a sandwich there recently. I wanted to roll my eyes at the price truthfully. However, when it came.. WOAH. It was GIANT. I was thoroughly impressed. It was really really good. I had to take half of it home and put it in the fridge. When I came back home hours later... it was STILL GOOD. The bread was not soggy either! That's HUGE! Ok so overall, I highly recommend this place and it's one of my go to spots.

I'd still consider going back since they're open fairly late, which I really appreciate. There's a small parking lot next to the shop, which is convenient. Overall, a fun spot for the atmosphere even if the coffee didn't quite hit for me.

Cafe intermezzo falls into our lap. Unbelievable find. An oasis in the desert. Door opens a happy lady comes out with her friends and sees us looking at menu, she says "Go here. You will love it". She described a few dishes. Loved the French toast and Turkish coffee. Not sure but loving her passionate suggestion we went in. It was like walking into a cafe in Zurich Paris or Rome. Server was professional neat and polite. Menu was extensive. The classy wood paneling and nice tables were memorable. I ordered a crepe Florentine. It was savory type. It was amazing. My daughter ordered a more traditional sandwich and salad. She loved it too. There was breakfast lunch and dinner selections. Great desserts on display and being served table-side. Go to Nashville - want to change up cuisine, feel clean and relaxed. Go here. You will love it. We did.

They also made good espresso drinks. The reason I am giving 3 stars are for 3 main reasons. A) The front of the cafe smells like the sewer - incredibly unappetizing when you walk in or out. B) Our waitress messed up our order. She forgot to bring a Diet Coke. When we questioned her for it, she brought a regular coke instead of a Diet Coke. She then left the regular Coke and still charged us for the Diet Coke. C) There were 4 open tables around us. I had brought a chair next to us for us to put our purses on (they would not stay hanging on the bistro chair due to the rounded back). She told me she needed that chair "because she was planning on filling all the tables." The tables were never filled before we left and I had to cover my purse with my napkin throughout my meal.
