This is a pastry having an identity crisis. The beans were basically the entire personality of the thing. Barely any vegetables. The egg tasted like it had been cooked twice, then sentenced to another cooking session inside the pastry. Everything was doughy, mushy, buttery, and sad. I took a few bites, stared into the distance, questioned my life choices, and eventually threw the damn thing away. And it's $10 now. Which I have absolutely no problem paying, IF THE BURRITO IS GOOD. The employees were very nice and kind, though. The baristas were sweet and very helpful. We had a lot of questions, since this is a cold brew place, not a traditional coffee shop with an espresso machine. I had an iced latte with oat milk (note, this was made with cold brew) and it was delicious! The vibes are good, I love the decor and blue checkered aesthetics - even in the bathroom! I was bummed that they did not have burritos for sale the day I went (despite being on the menu) but they just opened so I will give it some time and be back to try one soon! Parking was fine that early in the morning but might be a pain at other times.
