This is a great sub sandwich spot I really enjoy the cleanliness of the entire store.

I regularly go to this Jersey Mike's Subs location and it is generally very solid. Like any Jersey Mike's locations they have the regular options on the board ranging from turkey to cheesesteaks to tuna. I usually get the #7 Turkey and Provolone, but I have also had the chicken cheesesteak at this location. Both are very good. Fresh products and pickup is usually seamless when ordering on the app. The only problem I ever had was when I ordered on the app and it took 15 minutes longer than expected to get my food. I thought the manager could have at least apologized and offered me a free drink or something like that. Otherwise, this location is very good. Altogether, this is a solid Jersey Mike's Subs location and I will be back in the future. read more

Sometimes you want something a little simpler for dinner... like a sandwich! This place always fills that craving for something savory and quick. I especially love their chicken cheesesteak but they have tons of good options to choose from both hot and cold. I'd recommend trying to go during a downtime that isn't lunch or dinner hours because they're typically pretty busy but even when it's busy they move pretty quickly. Terrible. The location wasnt even severely understaffed, with inexperienced workers who seemed unsure of what they were doing(young). I watched as the employee making my sandwich scraped the last bit of soggy tuna from an almost empty container, smeared it thinly to make it appear like a proper portion, and told me, "You're all set," instead of simply refilling the container with fresh tuna. Was great when they first opened (we go to Glastonbury Rocky Hill and Mohegan) the last year they all forgot how much meat they put in the grinders NOW it's a joke how little meat is in them! 45 minute wait on the app at 6:30:PM, I got to the store the lady at the counter proceeded to tell me they did not make the sandwich because they did not have any bread. I asked How is that possible? There's five employees standing in the store just talking and only one customer? I was told they were busy that day and did not have time to make bread. She then told me, If I wanted a job application, I was more than welcome to apply. They have to many kids "working " there and playing around to the point that they don't make the subs according to the order slip. My son is allergic to peppers and I ordered and cheesesteak sandwich extra mushrooms ( didn't put xtra like I asked and paid for ) and no peppers ( which they put on the sandwich). My aunt called in an order last night and had to give the order 3 times , we get there to pick it up and the place is crazy busy , so our order comes up and my aunt says to the young man that she was supposed to have a 13 not a 14 . I pick up at 12:45PM (more than enough time) only to be told they are busy and it should be another 5 to 10 minutes. I wait and ask again after 10 mins and was told it should be another 5 mins. When we arrived, the line was long, but we figured it would move quickly. There were four workers behind the counter, after all. Well, it took us over 30 minutes to get through the line. Now, it was clear they were also taking online orders in addition to in person orders, but they were also just going extremely slowly. I've never seen someone take so long to put a handful of lettuce on a sandwich. We finally ordered and it took another twenty minutes before our food was ready - or so we thought. Turns out the sandwiches we thought were ours were for someone several spots ahead of us in line. So, we waited. And waited. And then, we gave up and left. For the second time this year, my mobile order was wrong after I got home. This time, all three subs were not even close to the Jersey Mike's standard, one was missing ingredients and one was some sort of mystery meat which was brown (supposed to be Buffalo chicken). I placed an order via their app for a children's sub and in the 30 minutes I waited in their store, a minimum of 8 walk-ins came in, ordered and left with their orders before I even saw my order handed to me. how does a single kids sandwich that is cold mind you take 30 minutes to complete when my order came in before those 8 customers. Jersey mikes just opened up in middletown. Is it better than subway, yeah it is. Does it taste good, yeah, its pretty good for a fast food grinder. The big issue is the pricing. Almost 14 dollars for the "regular" grinder with chips and a soda. Yeah the grinder had a good amount of meat but it was very small compared to say linos or public market. You are better off going there and spending less money and getting more food. read more

Not after handling the meat and in between taking phone orders touching the pen, pad, phone, and then right back to touching meat.
