Jersey Mike's brings an Italian flair, so think things like hot peppers and hot relish. The standard dress is onions/lettuce/tomato, add in seasonings and maybe a splash of vinegar & oil. Seems pretty simple, no? Your protein options come both hot and cold with fan favorites, like turkey or roast beef, or Italian favorites like capicola and other spiced meats. I do love a good Italian sub, and set me up with plenty of peppers and hot relish, because I need that sandwich to stand out. The service is always quick and first rate. Food places such as this have adapted their model to allow for online ordering & delivery services, and Jersey Mike's is no different. You can walk in and order straight off the menu or you can order online using the app or service. Either way, you're going to get a fresh lunch packed with flavor at a great value. If you stay in at this location, then know that seating isn't exactly spacious, since most of the business model is designed on to-go ordering. OKAY- it's always difficult for me to give ratings for fast food shops but Jersey Mike's deserves one. ill keep it short and sweet. My first time trying this chain and I enjoyed it! One of the better sandwich chains IMO - the meat/cheese is freshly sliced when you order, and the juice (which I highly suggest you get!) adds it's own delicious flavor. Service was fast and friendly despite the Saturday rush crowd. The only downside is the fairly limited seating inside, so it might be better as a takeout/eat outdoors option. read more

This new location offered the same delicious food and great service I have come to expect from other locations. My regular sized turkey with provolone on wheat ($7.70) was made to order at the counter, where the service was efficient and professional. The dining area was also open for business, and it was clean and new, with pleasant background music and a TV. Gotta blame it on the juice!!!! Let me tell you my friends, Jersey Mikes is now my favorite chain to go and get sandwiches. This is a new location in my area and its getting a lot of traffic and all for a good reason. The line is usually almost out the door when I go but thats ok, its worth it. I usually order the #13 which is the Original Italian. Whats nice about Jersey Mikes is they slice their meats and cheeses right when you order, everything taste so fresh. Mikes way includes onions, tomatoes, oregano and the juice (which is my favorite part of the sandwich) I usually add pickles, mayo and banana peppers to my sandwich. When I order for my dad I always add jalapeños to his and their cherry pepper relish which I heard is amazing if you like spicy. Their bread is nice and soft but crunchy where it needs to be, but not crunchy where it will cut up your mouth. Previously I was ordering the regular size sub which is a little over 6 inches long and is around $8.00, but I have been getting the mini and it fills me up enough. I believe the mini is about $6.00 ish. I love Jersey Mikes it my new favorite chain to frequent and its a favorite with the rest of my family too. Im tellin ya...its all about the juice! I have to eat gluten free and I greatly appreciate that there is gluten free bread offered. I also greatly appreciate that care is taken in making my meals to be gluten free. I do have to pay extra for that gluten free bread, I visited the Lenexa, KS location on Monday, August 14 via the app. I ordered a sub with gluten free bread. A friend picked up my order for me. When I got my order, I had a sub in a tub rather than a sub on gluten free bread. I called the store asking about the mistake. I was told they were out of the gluten free bread and subbed a tub instead. I asked for a refund for the $1.65 I paid for the gluten free and did not receive. I was told I would be credited within 1-2 business days. It has been 4 business days and I have not received a refund for the bread I paid for but did not receive. I would still like my refund. Ticket #01-002049-99-063730 In my mind what should have happened was...when the person making my sub realized there was no gluten free bread, that person should have written on my receipt no gf bread, subbed a sub in the tub, $1.65 paid for the gf bread refunded. It should have been refunded before my order even left the store. How will I be getting my refund now, days later? As folks that went to college in Philadelphia, we know a bit about subs (hoagies) and cheese steaks. Living in Lenexa there some sub shops, but thankfully Jersey Mikes opened and it is excellent. Been there twice, once for regular subs (tuna & Italian) and for cheese steaks. While not North Philly, they are far better than the other chains one independent rip off. We've had them all and Jersey Mikes is best in class. Have ordered through their app for pick up but can say the workers are polite and the place is very clean. Will be regulars. read more

First, let me say, the food is good. Second, let me say the manager is not good. Grub Hub did not deliver all of my order. So, I had to leave a meeting and go pick the missing items up. I spoke with the very unprofessional manager over the phone telling him that my order was not delivered in full. He said that's not his problem and if I didn't come and get it myself, they'd just throw it away and I would not get a refund. He said it was too busy for him to worry about one unhappy customer. He also called me a B!T@h over the phone!!!!!!!! So, I did go pick it up and asked to see the manager. He hid in his office because he is a coward. I am not a Karen by any means. But, I had just spent $176 on lunch and expected to be treated like a paying customer and nor did I OR any customer deserve to be called a B!T@h by a manager that probably doesn't even have a degree. I called Grub Hub and they did refund me back the price of the sandwiches and I will tell everyone I know not to eat at the 16151 W 87th Ter. Lenexa, KS 66219, Jersey Mike's.
