Jersey Mike's is my go to sub shop! The portions are generous, and ingredients fresh. My go-to sub is the Cancro Special. Roast beef, pepperoni, with provolone cheese. Get it Mike's Way (oil, vinegar and spices) with extra mayo and a bit of yellow mustard...So good. All the sandwiches I have tried are spot on. Everything from the BLT to the Chipotle Cheese Steak have a good amount of meat and toppings. I frequent Jersey Mike's fairly often and always enjoy whatever it is I choose. If you enjoy hot or cold subs give Jersey Mike's a try. Get it "Mike's Way" for a change from your traditional sub sandwich. Just be sure to eat it soon after it's made, to avoid your sandwich getting soggy from all the oily and vinegary goodness. read more

Subs are good. No denying that. But if you order online and show up when they say it'll be ready, it's a 50/50 chance it'll actually be ready. I ordered 10-15 mins ago and when I got there they hadn't even pulled it off the printer. When I got there, there was only 1 person having his sub made and 3 employees. Jersey Mike's is one of my favorite sub shops. I love their Philly Cheesesteak, and with double the meat it is pure meaty heaven. The bread is nice and fresh and they have the perfect amount of gooey cheese. The service is fantastic as well. These people are always friendly and they move as fast as the grill allows. I can say that Jersey Mike's now has many shops around the Puget Sound area. BUT......I moved to Dayton, Ohio just over a year ago and so far have only located one shop about 4 miles from my house but on the same street as mine!! I live in Miamisburg and less than half a block and it turns into a continuous business area including the Dayton Mall and various other shopping malls. When I found this Mike's I couldn't park!! They are right next door to the original Pancake House and every parking spot was taken. Only saw one handicap spot. They had the lot resurfaced and now have 4 handicap spots. This shop has the same excellent food & service! I find the employees very friendly and knowledgeable about the subs they make. Considering how many different Mike's I've bought from my only complaint about this one in Miamisburg should find a bigger location away from any other type of food services! Like I tell people when I talk about Jersey Mike's they are a bit more expensive but well worth it! Depending on how hungry you are a giant can feed you all day!! read more

A good quick fix but not my favorite. Just a-okay in my book. Personally, I am a fan of places with great variety. Mike's has a wide selection of sandwiches but as far as topping selections go, I'd say they're quite lacking compared to all the other sandwich places out there. However, if the basics are all you want in your sandwich, this place may be exceptional to excellent for you. I've only had : The Original Italian - comes w/ provolone, ham, cappacuolo, prosciuttini, salami, and pepperoni. You can never really go wrong w/ the italian at any sub shop. This was good but I wouldn't say it was memorable. Club Supreme - comes w/ turkey, swiss, roast beef, and bacon (Mike's Way) - Let's just say, if the OI wasn't memorable, then this one is forgotten. Not to mention, they totally forgot to put bacon in my sandwich which was a BIG BUMMER because I was looking forward to that the most... yes fatty, I know... Nearly all employees were not wearing their masks over their nose. This is not ok. This is not safe.

Today (11/27) I walked in at 7:30PM and everything was put away and all the carpets were rolled up so I asked if they were closed but they told me they didn't close until 9. This seemed really strange to me as there was literally nothing on the line as they had already put away everything. When we got in line they reluctantly started putting the metal slats back in where they usually keep the toppings. One of the employees then told us they only had 1 1/2 pieces of bread left so we decided to just go somewhere else. As we were getting in the car we could see all three of the employees laughing inside. This is not the first time we've been to this location and they seem to start closing HOURS before they're supposed to. Can't imagine how much business you guys are losing in those last few hours might as well just change your hours if your team is just going to decide to close when they feel like it. read more

I tried #20, pastrami/sauerkraut, it was good. I added veggies because i love veggies. the bread got soggy super fast. didn't love that. BF had #5, lots of meat and veggies with italian dressings, i liked this one much better! Still soggy due to the sauce, but the meat was delicious. I wouldn't come here expecting good leftovers, only because the bread gets soaked really fast and you have to eat it right away for it to be good. I went right before the lunch crowd and it was a zoo. Didn't seem very organized. I ordered and stood awkwardly by the sandwich maker because i had to keep telling her what i wanted, and the people behind me lined up and i felt in the way. I came in with my husband on this busy evening. Jordan who I nick named (Bubbles) because she has a bubbly personality greeted us with a smile and asked us how can she help us. Andrea who I nick name (boss lady) made my sandwich perfectly, she also gave me 10% off because I waited for a fresh cookie, Leslie who I nick name (Speedy) she made my husbands sandwich perfectly and she was fast. The workers here are so friendly. Food is fast and I've never had any issues with quality, even when placing orders for an entire crew.

I typically stop by this place once a week, around noontime. It's fairly busy and there is a line, but that's OK. It appears that every week there are new people working there for close to a year they keep changing, some are good and some are not so good. They have made mistakes where they charged me for a regular sub but in fact, it was a mini, I reported this to their headquarters witch informed me that each shot is privately own and operated but they have contacted this locations manager and they will get back to me. It's been over a month and no one contacted me. The food is good, no complaints there, but will they would have stable employees as they did about a year ago. There was one guy there before, might have been the owner, he was really good, what happened to him? He had the resemblance to Steve O. Hope they get stable employees soon. read more

I finally got around the trying out the famous Jersey Mike's subs. It seems that I haven't or most likely won't find a good sandwich shop that hits all of the marks but Jersey Mike's was good. It's your typical order here and pay here type of deli and your choice of side dishes is limited to mostly chips and cookies but the meat was delicious! sliced to order and very flavorful. They have a nice assortment of toppings but nothing over the top and the bread was good. A little huge but still good. I made the mistake of ordering a giant size for my first time. I didn't realize that it was going to be 16" long!! 4 people could share this thing! I got the super club so it had roast beef, turkey and bacon. Even with the large portion of meat and toppings, I still felt like the star of the show was the bread. There just wasn't enough in between the buns to nicely balance out how much bread there is. As with Subway, there is just too much bread. If I go back to Jersey Mike's which is highly unlikely, it would most likely be because I'd will be taking someone else who has never been and I will definitely be trying on one of their smaller sandwiches for size but as for now, I probably won't go back just for the food and after finding out about the horrible treatment of past customers, I'll be visiting a different location. It just wasn't that impressive enough to me. I do like that they will modify your sandwich for you any way you ask unlike Jimmy John's and that the ingredients are fresh and made to order. Maybe I can get them to cut out some of the bread and throw it away. We'll see in the future. If you want a sandwich and you'be tried other places, I would suggest checking out Jersey Mike's. Stopped in this morning first thing. I was not all that impressed. The speed bumps in the parking lot are so high they scrape the bottom of our car. Neither of the servers offered a smile or friendly word. While King County has given them an excellent food handling rating the lettuce was brown for the most part. This place needs better employees that pay closer attention to the quality of the ingredients and at least say hello to the customers. read more

Always been a good sub, and we eat here frequently, but not bring present (due to virus closures) as the subs are being made has become problematic. We have not had a correct order in the four times we have ordered online or by phone since the virus closures have started. Ordered online last week, unchecked the ingredients that were to be left off each sandwich AND took the time to specify in the additional directions with a "No jalapeños, thanks" for one sandwich and a "No peppers, only onions, please" for the other. Got home, and one sandwich was full of jalapeños and the other full of peppers. Come on, if I take the time to specify ingredients, please read and follow. I should not have to unwrap my sandwich while I'm standing there in order to make sure it's correct, especially when the directions were clear. And I tip the suggested 15% each time! read more

First time visiting a Jersey Mike's and let me say, their sandwich doesn't even come close to what the photo looks like ... Just sloppy made, you can see it was thrown together with no pride in what they put out ... I so much wanted to take it back and ask them if I did something to offend them, that's how bad it was made ... Even the other sandwiches we order, same thing, no pride on what they were putting out... Most likely my one and only time going to a Jersey Mike's, just wasn't impressed by them ... After a hiatus of Jersey Mike's we've been back. The trick and hopefully I'm not ruining anything here- is pre-order. The line get very very long at lunch time, If you order online you can walk right up to the register and they have it already made for you. The last two times doing this have been fantastic, one time I got like 6 sandwiches. The other time, we pre-ordered, ate there and saved a solid 20 minutes of line waiting- the line was super duper long. The time I picked up for a group of us, one of the sandwiches was not entirely accurate so I can't give 5 stars today but we'll continue to give them a try. I think mgt and staffing has been improved since our last visits here. -BEWARE of the speed bumps, they are brutal but necessary. read more

Compared to subways, quizno and Jimmy John, I do find Jersey Mike's has lot more meat without paying extra. True it does not have as many condiments as subways but it's a pretty good size sandwich nonetheless and very filling and yes I eat the whole thing! I like it moist with the oil and vinegar, gets all the flavors together nicely My fave is the regular size turkey on wheat and it's filling! no negatives. Pretty good, actually. The ingredients were all nice and fresh. (Well, the onions were a bit less fresh than ideal but still good.) Meats were quite good. The bread? Hmmm... a bit too wonderbread for me but ok. I am very picky about bread though and I ask a lot from my bread. Service was slow to start but once they took my order all was good. (No one was in front of me and it took a number of minutes before anyone helped me.) I'll most certainly be back. I was quite pleased. Having eaten hundreds of Italian cold cut subs from all over the East Coast while growing up in Boston, this place is as great as it gets out west. The condiments are a bit different from a NE Italian sub but JM's #13 is delicious. The meats and cheeses are sliced for each individual sandwich, the bread is absolutely fresh, and, they even have the hots (most places out west think hots are pepperoncini or jalapeno)! Have your #13 "Mike's Way", add "hot pepper relish" (that's what they call it) and you're set! Oh, and as far as other reviews complaining about the veggie selection? Cucumbers, sprouts, and spinach? I ate a JM sandwich for the first time 12-19-14. I've been there so many times since that I have 82 points in less than a month. When your hours say your open until 9pm by God I expect your ass to be open!! My husband arrived 15 min before closing time and the employees said they haven't had a customer in an hour. SO!!!!! It's your mother f'ing job to be there. They were done cleaning the entire store and machine at 8:20!! I tried ordering through the app before my husband left the house. Only reason I didn't is I couldn't use my points to get my free sandwich. I almost paid for a sandwich they wouldn't make. Up until this incident I loved everything about this store. OK...I lived in Jeresy for 7 years. I grew up in RI. I KNOW SUBS! So does this franchise. Admitedly, D'Angelo's Sandwich Shops are better, but good luck finding one of them out here! I order the Super Club on white, no oil or vinegar (I don't like a soggy sandwich, and unless I'm gonna eat it there, I go dry...). I ordered via the internet, but it didn't work. Don't know why...just that when I got there, they had no record of me ordering. So, I got in line and ordered and was still out of there in less than 15 minutes, at lunch time! Not Bad. I still can't bring myself to order a Philly though. It's like, once you've won Lord Stanely's cup, what does winning a division mean to you? If you show up and order in-person during busy times, mainly lunch on the weekdays, be prepared to stand in line for 20min. or so, behind all the Microsoft guys with their geek bling (badges) on full display. Because of these lines, I try to avoid the rush and go at different times. I get a craving for Jersey Mike's subs every once in awhile. I prefer their hot sandwiches, so I usually dine-in so they don't go cold. Even wrapped in foil, they just don't stay hot enough to last for the drive back home. I'm a big fan of the pastrami and the cheese steak. Both are moderately juicy and messy, which is surprising for a chain shop like this. They have a punch card too, so at least you get some benefit to eating there often. read more

Big fan of Jersey Mike's because they deli slice their meats & cheese for each individual sandwich. Also they offer a vast array of hot sandwich items like cheese steaks. My favorite items is the turkey and provolone. Only issue with this place is that they only use one slicer for the meats and cheeses. Also it's a wonder how often they would clean the machine throughout the day. Last is that there is not very condiments to choose from like other sub shops. I love the sandwiches. Big Kahuna Philly is my go to sub. Hot, juicy, full of meat and cheese with a fair amount of kick of spice when you add on jalapenos and banana bell peppers. JM's really puts all other sub shops to shame in my humble opinion. The bread tastes fresh, the portions are heaping, and the flavor is all around delicious. Albiet they are a touch more expensive than a $5 foot long and they don't deliver - but if you can find one in your area, eat it. You won't be disappointed. read more

This review is for the Jersey Mikes #9 Sandwich which is the club supreme. I've been here about 25 times and I always have to order this sandwich. You might think, you bum, you can't post a review of a place when you have only eaten one thing off the menu. Well, the problem is that this is the first sandwich I ordered and its also the last because its so damn good every time I go in there and I stare at the board reading my other choices I get the club supreme mikes way with Bacon. You have to get the bacon.. This particular sandwich has roast beef on it that is so rarely roasted its still mooing on your sandwich, and they pile on enough turkey to make you pass out into a turkey-coma like on thanks giving. Add a blanket of swiss cheese and fresh baked wheat bread, Mike's blend of 5 herbs, oil and vinegar and you have your self the best damn sandwich in WA state. Forget Subway, Screw Blimpee, Piss off Quiznos.... Jersey mikes is the new king sub in town. Definitely not the healthiest sub in town, but certainly the most satisfying. The staff at this location are very helpful and even give me free cookies from time to time because I come in there so damn much. Some of my friends have tried to tell me that Jimmy Johns is moving in on Jersey Mikes as the best sub in the city. I've only had JJ's once, but from that experience alone I could tell you that JJ's subs could double in goodness and HERSEY MIGUELS would still be safe!! read more

I've been procrastinating on doing my dishes, thusly, that means that I've been eating most of my meals out. Of course, now I'm almost at the point where I need to take out my trash, which means that I needed something with very little biowaste space. Enter Jersey Mike - I figured that a sub wrapper would be minimal space in my trash and postpone that one more day (that, and the girlfriend picked it out for me). She called in my order, and I showed up a few minutes before my sub was done. The atmosphere inside is friendly, and I quickly learned the best tip of all: if you're ordering a hot sub, it'll take a while. Cold cuts are faster. Simple and stupid tip, but while I was waiting the last minute or two for my sub to complete? Someone made a cold cut one while I was waiting. I brought my sub home, and the size? Not bad. Its a little longer than what you get at Subway, but I think a little skinnier. They had cut it in half, so that's where I split it and started. The first thing that caught my eye was the cut in the bread: they cut it about 60-70% of the way through, so there was a good bread-hinge on the side and the top and bottom were still connected. That's a pro... and at the same time, a con. Its great to have that connection, but it was just a solid mouthful of bread, no filling at that point. A little disappointing. The filling itself tasted good, but it didn't really add anything to the heft of the sub--it more displaced the bread from the middle, and the finished size of the sandwich was roughly the same size as it was before anything was added. Not like other sub places you might go that the fillings add to the size. As was the sub as a whole. It wasn't amazing, it wasn't great, it was just a sub. I've had better, and I've had worse. And for the $15 that I paid for the largest size? I could have paid about $5 or so less and had one from Subway that would have had more filling. And been more filling. read more

This is the best Jersey Mike's that I've been to! The care put into my italian sandwich was the best I've seen. It was just perfect. The guy who made it was new, but I could tell he really cared about creating a great sandwich. I live in Seattle and this was worth the drive. Definitely worth visiting when making a trek to the Ikea nearby as well. read more

I've been here a handful of times with the husband as it's one of his favorite sandwich shops around, and for good reason! The quality here is great! The meat is cut fresh and it's packed into your sandwich thick for ya! And these portions are definitely NOT small :) The staff has always been really friendly and nice here, making it a pleasant visit each time. One thing the hubs has noticed is the price seems to have gone up slightly, so it makes it hard to come in sometimes, but trust me, they're awesome sandwiches! read more

After a really bad experience at the Auburn location - I though I would give them another chance. Do they both belong to the same chain - a world of difference? I found the staff here helpful and friendly and their selection fairly decent. Their bread is not up to my liking (thinking JJ - love their bread) The place is a good size (although around the side of the building) and overall it was clean. I would come back if I was in the neighborhood but not go out of my way - slightly better than subway but also more expensive. I don't like the new trend of 5" or 7" - I have found 6" to be perfect - 7" seems to be just a little to much. Oh well my issue. read more

This place is just very average. It is all overpriced for how much sandwich you actually get. Sometimes the hot sandwiches are better than the cold subs. They cut the meat really thin, and so thin sometimes that there is really no flavor. It seems like the giant sandwich got a little smaller. For the money, about $18.00 it isn't really worth it, and then when you pay, there's a tip option. The staff are very aloof, one guy hardly looks at you and because of it I never tip. I could've made the sandwich myself if they allowed me back there. They only thing they really add a lot of is vinegar which makes the whole thing a soggy mess unless you drive home really fast and finish the whole thing that day. There are only three veggie options to add even. The worst thing is the staff and the feeling they give off like they're working in some crushing oppressive place and it is hardly drowning in customers for that. Customer service was good. Ingredients are fresh, I liked how they slice meats and cheese to order. Bread is okay. It's a solid sub shop. I guess I gave them a 3 star because I like jimmy johns sandwiches a lot better, they have more flavor and the bread is a lot softer.
