I enjoy the whopper. But I hated the fries. I don't know why fast food workers add so much salt on the fries, to the point that it is unbearable to eat. I don't know why they can't just have people put their own salt on the fries. Over salting the fries, ruins the whole meal. The customer ends up losing their money because they can't eat the fries. The fries weren't even hot. I got my food pretty fast. I didn't even have a chance to pay for my food yet, and they were already was giving my food to me. Rarely do I go to this location but all the times I've gone through their drive-thru, they barely pay attention to what you are saying, and I constantly have to say "hello" just to get their damn attention. I went thru the drive-thru order a #2 and upgraded to large. I touch my fries they were room temperature. I mean cold, not even warm or Luke warm. How can you serve fries. Great spot post IKEA. This location is right next to ikea and a movie theatre. I'd imagine it gets lots of business due to this. The service was slower BUT it was a new employee running the till so he was learning and doing his best. We all start somewhere so kudos to him. The food was great and no errors in my order. At 2200 tonight there was a bit of a wait, but I got everything I ordered and they didn't forget my extra BBQ sauce! They also didn't forget my straw for my light lemonade or napkins like other fast food places do. I havn't had BK's 10 nuggets for $1.49 in a while, and it was just as good as I remember! I also appreciate how they havn't changed their BBQ sauce! It's still unique, thick and has a good smokey after taste. Wendy's changed theirs to be sweeter and thinner. It's awful. Wendy's is pricier too for the same great taste BK has to offer. This Burger King is going to be my go-to for a late snack from now on. Will definitly return! read more

This Burger King is such a joke. I keep giving it another try every year or so, hoping it gets better. It never does. When you dine in, the employees are just plain rude. When you use the drive through, you are either missing a good portion of your order or what they now call a junior whopper or bacon cheeseburger wouldn't feed a one year old. It's really pathetic. I'm a kid of the 80s and 90s. Burger King is nostalgic because as a kid in the 90s, they would hand you a Burger King paper crown. My cousins and I loved it. I was at Carmax with a friend and BK was across the street. We thought we'd relive the 90s and get a flame broiled whopper for fun. This location of BK is drive thru only. We had an older shorter gentleman (with a mustache) take our order and hand us our order. We noticed the order was wrong and he proceeded to argue with us even though what was in the bag didn't match the receipt. His answer..."I can do nothing to help you". He then told us we had to go through the drive thru again to re-order our order bc there was a line of people behind us? WTF? You messed up my order and I have go through the drive through to reorder it? That's the solution you gave us after already being a massive jerk? I asked for a refund and he tells us that he can't give us a refund. The only option is to drive away with the wrong order or get back into the long long drive thru line and re-order and wait again. This man shouldn't have a job. Talk about lazy and rude. He didn't even apologize about the wrong order. Just a total jerk. Worst part, the fries in the order were limp and not even warm. I went here back on January 31. First time visiting this location. I thought it was really nice (especially for being a Burger King) & it looked clean. The employees were friendly. There was one particular employee that took over from doing the drive thru because he knew how to punch in the coupons. I don't remember his name, but I know he was working around 2:20pm or so that day. He was really nice! Didn't give us any trouble with the coupons/deals we were using & at the end of it all, he repeated our whole exact order & went over the deals we wanted to use, just to make sure there were no mistakes & that he understood everything. It must have been kismet, or not. After reading two reviews about cheesy tots at Burger King yesterday it half made me want to venture out and hunt one down to try them. I didn't have too. As I was pulling up to the Regal East Valley Cinema to see a Warren Report movie I spotted the sign for a Burger King I couldn't believe it I was hungry and there was a Burger King right in front of me. Not only was this a Burger King it was a Burger King designed for a King, it was a castle Burger King, I really wish I had my camera with me to snap a picture of it but alas I didn't. I walk in, check out the menu and place my order. One chicken sandwich and a six piece of the cheesy tots please. I wait trying not to touch anything because the place was a MESS and everything was sticky and dirty. I grab my order and head to my car, I pop a tot and burn the roof of my mouth, them things are heat HOT. I take a bite of my sandwich, can you say GROSS, and this was a huge reminder as to why I don't eat at Burger King, dried out chicken patties at their worst. I pop another tot after blowing on it for a minute; it's good, much tastier than the chicken sandwich. I pop a few more tots and that's when I realized I ordered the small 6 piece but I scored the large 12 piece, I must have looked cute or something. The cheesy tots were good but not good enough to eat 12 of them; the chicken sandwich on the other hand was HORRIBLE. Sorry Burger King you don't deserve anything more than 2 stars, 1 for the cheesy tots and 1 for giving me more cheesy tots than I ordered. read more

I'm giving this Burger King five stars. That's right. You read that correctly. Five freaking stars. Let's count them up. The first star is because they offer a playscape for children. Indoor playscapes are kind of hard to come by in my neighborhood (or anywhere in Seattle anymore). Basically, there are none whatsoever. So right off the bat, that's a bonus. The second star is because they offer a veggie burger combo. The veggie burger patty is actually vegan, and you can order the burger without mayonnaise or cheese if you are a strict vegan. But kudos to Burger King for offering an actual vegetarian meal on the menu and not just some secret substitute thing that you have to ask for and explain. The third star is because my veggie burger came loaded with clean, fresh, crunchy vegetables. It had lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and onions piled up high and they were all delightful. Burger King french fries are crunchy, golden, hot, and awesome. The fourth star is because the place was tidy. The entire time that we were there, I saw employees going around to the empty tables and cleaning, and generally keeping up with trash that people left behind, mopping, and wiping things down. Always nice to see that. The fifth star, and probably the most important one, is for the good customer service. The person at the counter who took my order was cheerful and happily answered my questions about the menu. She definitely gave service with a smile. While I typically hate big, corporate fast food chains, this Burger King is decent. I was happy with how we were treated and what they offered to us. There you go. Five stars. Bam. read more

UNABLE TO COMPLY COMLETELY WITH OR FOLLOW THROUGH WITH ALL SIMPLE REQUESTS. Ordered a BK Cheeseburger Double Stacker WITHOUT 'Stacker Sauce' but Ketchup & Mustard. It arrived DRY. Lacking ANY type of sauce whatsoever. (Did I mention dry?) The two very small bacon strips were almost of little to no value. At least the burger was warm. The wrapper was found to be marked No Sauce, Double Patty. Ordered were a BK Kids Meal with a cheeseburger (ketchup only) accompanied with small fries and a chocolate milk.
