Found this crawling on my sandwich!

Just picked up a sandwich and Found a DISGUSTING bug crawling in my sandwich. Any legal advice?

Giant #43 Chipotle Cheese Steak. Pleanty for two or more.
Terry G.

Yum Yum Yum. The #43 Chipotle Cheesesteak Yum Yum Yum Every time we go there we always get the Giant #43 and split it. It's the same size as 2 of the regulars but about 2/3 the price of getting 2 separate sandwiches. It's way plenty for two people and that's coming from a big boy. The grilled steak, peppers, and onions have always been perfect. Add to that the Chipotle mayo and it's one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. I've had several of their other sandwiches and they are very good but I keep going back to the #43. This has been one of our favorite stops for several months and I do not see anything changing in the near future.

Not only does it taste very good and is it spicy without murdering my insides, they come out with it very fast. I ordered from my room and it was ready the moment I got there. I ordered the hot honey option without realizing its a huge upcharge, because thats not listed anywhere on their menu. Dont ask me why hot honey constitutes an additional 5 bucks, but it does. I ordered medium spice; wasnt spicy at all and i do not have a particularly high threshold for spicy like some ppl do; i love it but i dont always handle it well, if that makes sense. So something dropped the ball there. Now to the most disappointing part: the chicken tender they used for my slider was the skinniest chicken strip id ever seen; so majority of the sandwich was eating the sides of the bun that only contained pickles and coleslaw. It was messy and RIDICULOUSLY PRICED for the tiny little skinny chicken strip that was dwarfed by a slider bun at that. This structure of sandwich made it impossible to keep the sandwich together and was super messy. I dont understand why the sliders in commercials and in their advertisements look more similar to a filet of chicken yet what I got was like a mcdonalds chicken strip. Super tiny gone in two bites. If the meat is way smaller than a slider bun; somethings wrong and youre getting ripped off. A better business model would be to just offer a standard size chicken sandwich with a filet and offer chicken strips as a separate option. Or maybe pound out the chicken tenders before frying so they fit the bun better. Something. The fries are of course several dollars extra and theyre ok. Seasoning was good but theyre literally not even handcut fresh in house; which youd think they would be and should be for the price. Literally just a bag of frozen ore ida crinkle cut fries; as generic and low quality you can possibly get from any chain. The flavor of everything was good; but not good enough portion of the chicken or quality of the fries to come anywhere near justifying the outrageous price. For the same amount of money you can get four to five nice normal sized chicken strips and handcut fresh fries at literally any other place that serves it; even sit down restaurants before tips. Daves needs to pull their heads out of their ass cause if they wanna charge what theyre charging; ppl have to see value in some capacity; and theyre falling way short but charging way too much. Sorry. :/ the chicken was really good tho; the 3 bites i got.

All three of different Bo's restaurants I tried, I found orderes were being held up waiting on chicken from the cook line. Maybe during busy times cooks should be dropping chicken constantly until the rush in over in order to fill orders in a timely manner. You still would be serving fresh hot and crispy chicken due to demand. Imagine how many more customers you could push through the system if you had chicken ready to fill orders. This location did have the best biscuits compared to the other two. The biscuits here were fresh and hot, like they just made them. At the other locations biscuts tasted like they sat under a heat lamp for hours and were very dried out and over cooked. Sweet tea was better at this location as well. It was the right sweetness and a litte stronger. Other two locations the tea was almost clear and barley sweet. This location is the best of the three I tried. I learned to go inside the restaurant to place a order because gas now days is too expensive to idle over 30 minutes in a drive thur. I do like the crispy crunch and hint of heat of the chicken. I'm not a fan of the sides but I haven't tried the mac & cheese yet, rumored to be good. Sweet tea was better here by far, but nothing special about it. HTO and QT have good sweet tea too.

She asked if I wanted onion, and I asked can I get grilled and she was like "grilled what?" I remembered that they put a whole slice of onion on your burger, which makes it a little too overpowering for me. So I asked for grilled onions. When I got my order, it was more like tiny, almost burnt onion bits. It kind of gave the burger, a burnt onion flavor. I think it's better to get raw diced onions instead. The meat patty was about the same size as a tiny McDonald's burger and not even big enough to accommodate the bun. I ate that in about four bites and then I had this big pile of fries left over so I feel that the meal was disproportionate. So next time I would order the double patty. Oh and you can't get just mayonnaise only on your burger, which is ridiculous. You can only get mustard or special sauce. I guess I know how to order if I go there again, but I just didn't see the overall value in it . Usually in a cheeseburger joint everybody's in a good mood because they're eating a cheeseburger, but some of the customers in there seemed uptight during the last few visits. I do admire how they take a stand for what they believe and are a well run organization.and I did receive a kind word from one of their associates when I had to get back up for ketchup.

Had a blast driving up to DC as well. I ate. Back and tonight did not feel up to cooking. Still, I ate, so this is just a first world review. I am grateful as ever that tonight, I was fortunate enough to not have to go to bed hungry as many on this blue marble will tonight, and many nights. That said, I try to extend that restaurants are entitled a bad night every so often. The rub is, we in the drive-thru or that come in, aren't given flexibility on having a bad night with our money. I can't hand less than full payment through the window and say I am having an off money night. Imagine your child has to make a paper mache volcano and had some leftover news paper and glue. Now have him construct a half chicken. Well that would be far more tender and appetizing than the chicken I had placed in a take out container at El Pollo Loco tonight. Nothing in the container, should have been in my bag tonight but the utensils and napkins. The rice, dry, flavorless. The beans, as if they came straight from a can. Unseasoned, watery, bland. How do you mess up beans? The flour tortillas were as if they had been left out to dry back into flour. The chicken was more like chicken jerky, than chicken. Imagine the driest breast, then apply that to each piece. This was paper mache. I asked if my sauces were in the bag at the pick up window. The server assured me they were. Got home, nope. No salsa's. Why would there be? Still, I ate. I am not going to bed hungry, just disappointed. More than likely won't go this late again. I did show up at almost 8 p.m. so there's that. Hope everyone is in good health, great spirits, and living each day with purpose. Take care. Peace.
