Found this crawling on my sandwich!

Just picked up a sandwich and Found a DISGUSTING bug crawling in my sandwich. Any legal advice?

Giant #43 Chipotle Cheese Steak. Pleanty for two or more.
Terry G.

Yum Yum Yum. The #43 Chipotle Cheesesteak Yum Yum Yum Every time we go there we always get the Giant #43 and split it. It's the same size as 2 of the regulars but about 2/3 the price of getting 2 separate sandwiches. It's way plenty for two people and that's coming from a big boy. The grilled steak, peppers, and onions have always been perfect. Add to that the Chipotle mayo and it's one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. I've had several of their other sandwiches and they are very good but I keep going back to the #43. This has been one of our favorite stops for several months and I do not see anything changing in the near future.

Fresh and tasty sandwich! Much better than huge chain stores. The steak and cheese was to die for.

For my first time it was pretty good. I've had better Philly steaks. I do like that they have a points program.

The restaurant is small but has a few tables. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, I ordered the Tripleta Sandwich to go. It was one of the best, tastiest sandwiches I had in years. Highly recommended. Can't wait to come back.

Family-owned, very clean, with plenty of colorful decor. I felt right at home sharing this meal and chatting with the staff. We ordered 2 Cubans, the small size, 2 empanadas, beef and chicken, with fried plantains and a Tamarindo and Guava juice, followed by their homemade flan. The Cubans and empanadas were very flavorful. That pork was delicious, and the bread toasted nicely to crunch a tad. You know it's good when you gotta clean the mustard and pork juice out of your beard afterwards. The empanadas were fairly big, with a perfectly seared, crusty masa, so tasty. Plantains were big and crunchy, which we broke into half and savored every bite. We washed it all down with the homemade Tamarindo and Guava. The flan fell flat for us but didn't take away from the experience of the meal and flavors. Very rare to find a Cuban this good so close to home.

Not only does it taste very good and is it spicy without murdering my insides, they come out with it very fast. I ordered from my room and it was ready the moment I got there. I ordered the hot honey option without realizing its a huge upcharge, because thats not listed anywhere on their menu. Dont ask me why hot honey constitutes an additional 5 bucks, but it does. I ordered medium spice; wasnt spicy at all and i do not have a particularly high threshold for spicy like some ppl do; i love it but i dont always handle it well, if that makes sense. So something dropped the ball there. Now to the most disappointing part: the chicken tender they used for my slider was the skinniest chicken strip id ever seen; so majority of the sandwich was eating the sides of the bun that only contained pickles and coleslaw. It was messy and RIDICULOUSLY PRICED for the tiny little skinny chicken strip that was dwarfed by a slider bun at that. This structure of sandwich made it impossible to keep the sandwich together and was super messy. I dont understand why the sliders in commercials and in their advertisements look more similar to a filet of chicken yet what I got was like a mcdonalds chicken strip. Super tiny gone in two bites. If the meat is way smaller than a slider bun; somethings wrong and youre getting ripped off. A better business model would be to just offer a standard size chicken sandwich with a filet and offer chicken strips as a separate option. Or maybe pound out the chicken tenders before frying so they fit the bun better. Something. The fries are of course several dollars extra and theyre ok. Seasoning was good but theyre literally not even handcut fresh in house; which youd think they would be and should be for the price. Literally just a bag of frozen ore ida crinkle cut fries; as generic and low quality you can possibly get from any chain. The flavor of everything was good; but not good enough portion of the chicken or quality of the fries to come anywhere near justifying the outrageous price. For the same amount of money you can get four to five nice normal sized chicken strips and handcut fresh fries at literally any other place that serves it; even sit down restaurants before tips. Daves needs to pull their heads out of their ass cause if they wanna charge what theyre charging; ppl have to see value in some capacity; and theyre falling way short but charging way too much. Sorry. :/ the chicken was really good tho; the 3 bites i got.

Yum. Yum yum yum yum YUM YUM YUM…read more Okay, a few more details: Bite My Biscuit (BMB) made the trek to Lewisville to grace us with their presence at Witherspoon Distillery, and I'm glad they did! But boy, did they walk into a situation that really required 2 to 3 food trucks, and they were the only one... The line was long and the wait was longer, but I can't really fault them for that. Witherspoon had a bigger than expected crowd that evening, with some live music and a couple of events (including a Match.com event - that made for some fun people watching). Apparently BMB was told earlier that day that a large crowd could materialize, so they didn't really have time to buy extra food or prep much. But they kept smiling and were nice about it, and everyone went with the flow and it was fine. By the time we finally got our food (made to order for sure - took a while), we were starving. I got the burger (the brisket on a biscuit had run out) and my wife got the special (which I'm blanking on). Both were very tasty. The burger was maybe just a *tad* overdone and the patty wasn't big, but serving it on a biscuit-style bun with some yummy sauce made for a good, hefty sammich. With a side of fries that we shared - which were excellent - it was plenty of food. Value was pretty good, too, particularly for a food truck. I don't think I'd go as far as calling it gourmet like some people have, but it was good and were satisfied. I'd totally order food from the BMB truck again. Oh, and it wasn't exactly a truck - it's actually a really nice trailer. :) (See the pic someone posted.)
