Service here is always fantastic! As soon as you walk into the establishment you are greeted with a warm welcome. Excellent sandwiches! Favorites are the tuna, #13 and the turkey. I like you can get mini subs also when you are not so hungry. Excellent customer service on every visit. read more

I've never been here before! Love that they cut your meat for your order and make the meat hot if requested! It was a great afternoon lunch for us! The service was very nice and we were the only ones there so we got in and out pretty quick! We will be back for the tasty sandwich's again ! read more

It was supposed to have green bell peppers, extra cheese ,extra meat and ranch. Nothing but lazy workers who don't give a crap about their jobs and especially don't care about their customers. Just threw it in there didn't bother to separate or chop but charged me extra for all the stuff. Place needs to fire and hire some people who are actually happy to work and do their job. read more

I went to Jersey Mike's a few days ago and it was really yummy I would recommend. If it was a little bit cheaper. I would get it every day because I only get paid $10 an hour. read more

I have eaten at Jersey Mikes all over the country. This location really was a disappointment. The service was not good and food was mediocre at best. There were several folks with the attitude that I was inconveniencing them with my order. Not only did they not get my order incorrect, they didn't even put all the ingredients on my hot sub. Then the female on the grill forgot the extra meat, the peppers, onions and mushrooms. The Ambiance is tense from the staff's attitudes. I would skip this location and head to Firehouse for a much better experience. $50 plus a tip. What a waste. read more

They drown the sandwiches in sauces and oils. It's completely disgusting. When you call to address it, they say that's the way they were trained. Trained to put so much oil that it soaks everything. I could squeeze my sandwich and it drips out oil. Don't eat unless you want to get sick read more

Great food great service friendly employees !!! Best jersey mikes I have ever been too

the worst customer service experience ive ever had to endure. you are treated as an inconvenience and the people that work at this establishment have the worst attitudes and make it very obvious they do not want to work there. I eventually just walked away and decided to eat elsewhere. do not waste your time here. read more

I have been going here for over a year , almost every day, well the past 6 months it has gone downhill, the tomatoes are mush. the bread is always hard as in day old bread . I ordered a sandwich today and wanted bacon paid for bacon , got no bacon . I used to get it mikes way but there is a girl who thinks she has to put a bottle of oil and vinger on the sandwiches. Get the sandwiches home and they are so saturated you can't eat them . Really gone downhill , Every week different people . Was good till they got a new manager who says she is the district manager but she has made things bad . The manager before that did great and things were fresh . But things really need to change in this storeThis is jersey mikes in Hinesville Ga read more

Every time I come here I see new faces. show am I supposed to get that great customer service if you keep switching out employees. Most employees look like they are young and the only thing they do is play. You ask where a manager is and when you report them for playing around your food he gets an attitude and tries to rush you off. I spend too much money in this establishment and I would love to keep coming back but this needs to be fixed. read more

First of all, Jersey Mike's is my favorite Sub shop, so I will go regardless. However, the reason why I am writing a review about this particular location is to bring to light how friendly and welcoming their staff are. I am there at least twice a week now, so of course I am a regular. Every time I walk in, the staff greet me immediately, no matter how busy there are, and make sure my sandwich is to my liking before they wrap it up. The store is always well kept, and all of the young cashiers are so polite and professional! read more

Worst ever!!! I waited over 30 minutes for 2 subs! Will never be back. People came and went while we just sat there! Stay away if I could rate a ZERO read more

I drove by the place and saw a "for rent" sign in front of the place. Guess their chow wasn't that good after all. Baldino's will always be my favorite. read more

I have never had a bad experience at this location until the lady that referred to herself as the General Manager was rude and lacked customer service skills. Stating that it's policy for the customer to say I want my sub Mikes Way. This has never been a problem before being that how I order my sub is in fact NOT Mikes way!! Instead she wanted to argue abut how I need to ask for my sub next time stating I know because I'm the GM! This lady had to be new. read more

We love Jersey Mikes, so we were super excited when we saw this one opening up. Delicious food, always! The store is always pretty packed, and this store does a great job taking people's orders and getting people through. Employees are always super friendly. Store is kept clean. Really didn't want to have to write this review as Jersey mikes is one of my local favorites, but today I have to. I arrived around noon to place an order and they hadn't even started their hinesville takeout orders(she was still waiting when I left), so someone will have cold food delivered to them as well. The guy behind me got his food first and paid first. The guy in front of me was also still waiting when I left. We both agreed at checkout neither of us will ever be back. People don't get two hours for lunch and when you spend thirty minutes waiting on a regular Philly cheesesteak, you don't have much time left to even eat it. So disorganized. Lady couldn't even remember what I ordered or how to ring it up. Find a new lunch crew before you lose all your business. read more

Best subs ever this place always smells so clean. I absolutely love to eat here. Employees are really nice.

Hands down. BEST sub place in Hinesville. Fresh ingredients. Clean establishment. We go here 2-3 times a week. read more

Jersey Mikes service was quick and easy. Unlike Subway they cut their meat in front of you and have a bigger selection of meats. Unlike subway however, they have less options for topping on the base sub you order. Overall, this place is better than any Subway nearby and worth the visit I you are in Hinesville. read more

Great experience and food is always awesome. Passed by earlier and thought it was crazy that they still have dine in open during this emergency shutdown for the corona virus. The workers are awesome and always make you feel welcomed but the last thing I would want is any of them to be exposed to the covid19. I hope y'all close until this quarantine is over concerned customer! read more

First visit to a Jersey Mike's and it didn't disappoint. The sandwich was loaded with meat and very good! The staff and on duty manager were very friendly and helpful. I will return again! read more

This location is amazing!! Every time I walk in I'm greeted with smiling faces and friendly hellos. I'm always in and out in that I normally place my orders online. My orders have always been ready when I arrive. I have been coming here for about 3 months and so far my orders have always been spot on accurate. This is my favorite sub place in Hinesville. No complaints. :) read more

this was the first time i've been to jersey mikes and most definitely the last. i walked in and there wasn't a single person waiting in line, or even sitting at the tables. there was wrappers on the floor and some kind of soda spilled in front of the soda machine. i over looked it thinking maybe they had just had a rush, i continued to walk to the sign that said "order here" and waited. i waited for a good 5 minutes before i went to the front counter and asked if anybody was there. I was greeted with a rough "i'm busy" from this younger looking black lady. i then waited for another 5 minutes until she came up. i told her my order and she then got the hardest sub bread i think i've ever seen, she didn't even ask me what kind of bread i wanted. after getting everything on it i went to pay and asked if they did a military discount and she said no. so i asked her her name and paid for my sub and i ended up throwing half of it away. read more
