How was a good experience great choice selections I'm a sucker for chicken salad so I definitely had to try it. The chicken salad was fresh tangy and creamy Mike's way. It's a simple recipe with celery, chicken mayo, and probably some other ingredients but it was just what I needed. A great sandwich the store is always clean. They're always polite. Surface is fast food tastes fresh. They got a lot of options for drinks and tea and lemonade gluten-free options for those people that don't like anything that looks like bread to taste good or have good texture ha ha ha ha good job Mikes. I still wish most places had Wi-Fi and posted the Wi-Fi but there's a coffee shop next-door so that's fine. I'm sure you don't want people doing their homework and spending too much time. read more

Fast, friendly service, lots of folks working here and very efficient staff. They had two workers preparing my two subs (kudos for that) and I was especially impressed and happy to know that March 25th marks the day 100% of all sales proceeds are donated to charity. I believe the organization was the special Olympics because I saw a tent outside. Needless to say, those were the best $48 I could have given to a business. Eat With Extreme Caution! I am formally reporting a serious incident involving Jersey Mike's location at 1801 Manhattan Blvd, Harvey, LA. On November 22, 2025, I purchased a sub, chips, and a drink from this location. While eating my sandwich, I suddenly bit down on a large, sharp object that appeared to be a piece of wood. The object injured my front left tooth and punctured the roof of my mouth, causing immediate pain and distress. This is a serious food safety issue. I have preserved the object, the remaining food, the packaging, and the receipt, and I also have clear photo evidence. Due to the pain and injury caused by the wood, I had to undergo medical and dental evaluations. The following day, I returned to the store to speak with the manager, Michael Johnston, and requested that an official incident report be filed. The employee on duty, Branden Cortez, told me there was "no way to file a report" and that the manager was not there. He offered me a free meal replacement or voucher, which I declined. Branden took the wood fragment to the back and returned with it washed off, saying he took photos for himself. He asked if he could keep the object, but I declined since it is evidence. He stated he would pass the information to the store owner/manager, Michael Johnston, and that the manager would contact me. I actually had to ask Branden to write down my name and phone number, as my contact information had not been collected up to that point. I returned to the store the next day again to speak with the manager. At first, I was told he had already left, but when he heard I was there, he returned. While I waited, my personal contact information was left sitting on a random table where anyone could see it, which I found very unprofessional. When I finally spoke with Michael Johnston, he said he did not know how wood could have gotten into my sandwich. I don't know either--that is exactly why this situation should be taken seriously. During the conversation, he mentioned that he worked in construction, though I'm not sure why that was relevant. He took multiple photos with his personal phone and told me he would contact his insurance representative and get back to me. It has now been four months, and I have not heard anything from Michael Johnston. This is extremely disappointing because I was a regular customer at this location, and the staff knew me by name. What's even more unfortunate is that this situation could have been handled simply through clear communication and professionalism, but that has not happened. This incident could have turned out much worse. It could have happened to an elderly person or a young child, but it happened to me--and it still has not been properly addressed. I have medical records, medication, and photographic evidence documenting the injuries and the object. Please be careful when eating at this location. Michael Johnston, if you are reading this, I am asking you as a responsible adult and business owner to please contact me regarding this matter. read more

Disappointed. Usually the staff is pretty nice, but today I walked in to no one in the front area. Eventually one guy came from the back and asked me what I wanted - and just snickered at me. Then two more people came in and before doing anything for my order he took and started there's and went to the back for help. Another two people came back laughing and joking around with each other, and then the first guy asked me what I wanted. I usually tip, and I know its not much to say, but this time I didn't. Great sandwiches, great chips, the only MAJOR problem? No COKE products. Unfortunately, I hate Pepsi products. I would eat here at least three times a week if they had coke. This was my first time trying Jersey Mike's and everything was fantastic. The crew greeted me right away. I looked at the menu online before I got there but still was unsure of what to get. I'm not sure if this was the manager but he explained the menu items that I had questions about and demoed how both would look. I like that the meat is freshly sliced and the ingredients are also fresh. I got a regular super sub and it was delicious. I ate half in the car which was more than enough for me. I did a little shopping in the area and finished the rest when I got home. The bread on this sandwich was amazing. It gave me poppy vibes. I will be back. The food was perfect. I ordered a number 13 Mike's Way. I placed the order online and I called to confirm that the order was correct and Lindsey who answered the phone was very courteous and kind. Very few stores in New Orleans have this kind of customer service. Most people are very rude and don't wanna answer or talk on the phone. But My number 13 was excellent and I redeemed my points online for my birthday, which was totally awesome. I went to Jersey Mike's in Pensacola Florida a few days ago and they were very kind too, and showed me that I had over 400 rewards points redeemable for free sandwiches. Which was totally awesome and unexpected. I didn't know that I earned points like that but you get 80 points for each of your birthdays that you're a member. I signed up for years ago and the points never went away and each year they add 80 points. They are truly the best sandwich shop.
