The inside has a fast paced ambiance and the service is usually pretty quick, there are also options to order ahead via DoorDash. The staff are nice even with their busy environment. The parking lot is in a strip mall, so it varies on the availability of parking. Their menu is limited but the items are all delicious. Ohhhh gosh where do I begin? I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE their wings! I get the 10 piece combo, mild and wet lemon pepper mixed. Yalll they have the best wings I'm not joking and the sauces just makes it even better. Their service is pretty quick even when theirs a crowd. I honestly wish they had one in New Orleans or Metairie! I'm giving them a 4/5 because when I call them they never answer even when there's absolutely no one in there. This places wings are sooooo good! The sauces they use have the ideal flavor of each that i chose. Like the garlic parm was a wet rub with slight sweetness! The HOT is the perfect hot level of buffalo but with that sour-tangy kick! And the wet lemon pepper was my favorite, but i'm usually a buffalo girl! The lemon pepper was sooooo yummy and a little extra sour from what you get in a typical lemon pepper and i LOVE sour. Fries came out crispy and we got them cover in each and cajun seasoning. we waited for maybe 10 minutes and ordered when we walked in so the service and prep was so fast also! I'm in love with the honey garlic parmesan, it's a unique flavor unlike any other flavor wing I have ever had. The fries are great as well, always crispy and hot. Extremely disappointed in this restaurant, and they have lost a longstanding customer. I've been ordering from this restaurant for over a year now and I don't take lightly to being duped out of my hard earned money, especially when your prices were high to begin with. The food was good enough (although the wings are small) so if the prices went up, no problem.. I'd pay our don't order. But either your menu needs clarity, or your employees need to know what they're doing. As long as the young man was preparing my orders, I had no problems. All of a sudden, my last 3 orders were incomplete. Not happy and never ordering from you all again. I've dealt with it out of convenience, but no more.
