Hooters in Belle Chasse is a solid spot to swing by if you are craving classic pub food. The wings came out heavily seasoned with plenty of flavor, exactly how you want them. My only real knock was the fries since they felt over-fried and missing that actual potato texture inside. Although I do not know if your name is true, I can tell you that my husband and I have been very disappointed with the service during our last 5-6 visits at hooters. (We only eat here once or twice a year) Food has been dropped off and no one came back to check on us. This time was different. Natori went above and beyond. Even while managing at least 5-6 other tables, she hustled back and forth picking up food from the window and dropping it off, nonstop, and still made every guest feel seen. Each time she passed, she gave us eye contact to check if we needed anything. She stopped to offer refills on our beers, took our additional order of fried pickles, then again for snow crab legs, and made sure everything came out promptly. When I looked for her, she was there within the minute and didn't need anything said, she knew we needed something and came to take our order or request. Food was perfectly cooked. Crabs were perfectly cooked to where the meat wasn't stuck inside the shell and slid right out. Fried Pickles were damn good! We couldn't stop talking about how attentive, professional, and caring she was. Natori turned around what has otherwise been a disappointing streak of visits. She is truly an asset to your team. For the first time in a long time, we felt like this was a server who truly earned that 20% tip and didn't not feel obligated to tip 20% or that she seemed entitled to it--but we loved her service so much, we gave 25%. She didn't just drop off food and disappear; she was attentive, refreshing, and so accommodating. Honestly I could probably eat wings every day! Hooters are easily my favorite. I even buy the sauce for the house. This location is always packed but it makes sense it's delicious Hooter wings plus great service and atmosphere! You can't beat that. My only complaint is that we need another Hooters in the New Orleans area. Like Harahan or something. Vets and Gretna stay busy. Good for them though! We love this chain so when I was on vacation and saw a sign that there was a hooters definitely wanted to go. We came around 9:30 on a Saturday night. We were sat right away. I ordered boiled shrimp as an appetizer . We ordered 2 ordered 2 orders of wings. We were a little confused when the girl asked if we wanted naked wings. Where I'm from I had never heard anyone asked that so we said no regular so they were breaded. Our order took forever and they were very breaded. Unfortunately they were not that great. And the girl leading us to the table saw it----but NEVER came to clean it or even send someone to clean it. And the waitress----just no life in her at all. She was cute but dry. I always pictured hooters waitresses to be pretty lively. But her customer service?? No thanks! I mean she wasn't rude or anything, but she wasn't exactly nice either. Idk...just mediocre service from her at best. But anyway....time to order. We ordered a variety of things.....mostly wings and sides-(tots and curly fries). I particularly was interested in the "Daytona Wings". They looked delicious from the menu. So this is what Hooters says on the menu about these wings: "Naked wings tossed in our signature Daytona Beach® sauce. After they're done, we throw them on the grill to sear in the flavor. They take just a little longer to cook, but like most things worth waiting for, you won't mind a bit". But when I got the wings...they were room temperature. And were not returned to the grill. The sauce was very much just brushed on. The flavor was delicious. Just not what was promised in the preparation. I also had the chili cheese curly fries, they were good. So....all in all. Not too satisfied with the food. Btw--everyone else's food wasn't hot either. And I honestly don't feel like it was busy enough in there for the food to take as long as it took. And last but not least... I went to the restroom. And it was horrific. Very nasty. I have included a video. I was not satisfied with my first visit here. I'm definitely not a picky person. So I believe that a picky person would tear this place apart. But like I said earlier in the review I will not stop it from me returning to the restaurant, just not this particular establishment. I was kind of nervous because of all the bad reviews. Our server, Gabriella was great! Super friendly, good with recommendations, etc. The food is just okay, I wouldn't rush out to eat there again, but it wasn't nearly as bad as a lot of these reviews led me to believe. The beer was cold, and I'm happy that the TVs weren't blaring. We went on a Thursday, which is apparently a big football game night, but we were seated immediately. We all had a really fun night. I visited here on a recent trip to New Orleans and asked my waitress about a special I saw advertised and she informed me that she was new and wasn't sure so she asked her manager...that is no problem at all, but later during conversation she told me that she had been working at the restaurant for over a year. The girls here were not all that cute and the whole time I was there, the waitresses were yelling across the restaurant at the cooks about personal business, which I found somewhat unprofessional. Ah you know Hooters. Its good for what it is. The girls, as far as hotness, may not be the "hottest" as far as Hooters go, but they are excellent at what they do. I prefer the older girls, since they know how to treat the customer right and sometimes go the extra step of topping off drinks super fast, opening sauces and hanging out and b.s.ing. The younger girls seem too busy playing on their phones. Can get SUPER loud at lunch time and during games, but hey, its a bunch of guys and that happens. The remodeled the outside patio area...very very nice! The location and room and parking here blows the Metairie Hooters out of the water. Aside from the girls at that one, I have no idea why you would want to go to another Hooters beside this one. Well...were do I start with this? The place wasn't busy. I showed upat 2:30pm. The girl at the door told me to "sit wherever you like." Now that's already a problem, the place isn't set up for that. The waitresses can and will "miss"you sitting down. This wasn't my case though, I made sure I was seen, and yet still didn't get service for another 15min. So, I finally get to order...I had the burger (pretty common order at Hooters) it took another 25+ minutes for it to come out. Another waitress called savannah came up and told us that we didn't tip well enough. My friend tipped 50-% of his bill. I tipped 30% of the bill. This girl had no reason to come talk to us.
