After we placed our orders I think our waitress sensed that we were not having a good time so she apologized for the wait and was very kind and pleasant compared to the hostess. I wanted to try the pepper jack boudin egg-rolls. My boyfriend got the fried local shrimp. I did not like the boudin egg-roll. It was fried very hard and I wasn't the biggest fan of the boudin sausage but I wanted to try it because I never had it. You win some you some.
