The crawfish hit the table in about 3 minutes, and the catfish platter followed about 10 minutes later. Everything was piping hot. The crawfish has a little spice, just enough to taste it but not overpowering. Honestly, if they put any less spice in it, it wouldn't have any at all. I saw some reviews saying it's way too spicy, but those people obviously haven't had truly spicy crawfish. The fries were amazing honestly like homemade Popeyes-style fries. The catfish was fresh and flavorful. I would have liked it fried a little harder, but the menu says it's lightly battered, so it was exactly as advertised. They also had us in and out quickly without ever feeling rushed, which we really appreciated. This is definitely a great spot for families because there's something for everyone.
