Seafood pasta (had a lot of meat under those noodles, I should have stirred it for the pic, shrimp, crab n crawfish)

The food was sooo good 10/10 we've been to 44 states & spend most of our time eating & then deciding what to eat next, major foodies lol! I would definitely recommend giving them a try when you're in Harvey or New Orleans

I decided to stop by this place on a whim while traveling through New Orleans, just looking for a good catfish sandwich. What I got was honestly one of the best catfish sandwiches I've ever had -- perfectly seasoned, crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and full of flavor. To make it even better, the owner and chef came out to meet us, and he's the kind of person you just want to keep supporting -- genuine, passionate, and clearly proud of what he serves. This spot was such an unexpected find and an absolute gem. Highly recommend!

This place is incredible. Honestly some of the best wings I have had!! If you don't live close, the trip is worth it!!! And the owner is a very nice guy.

    Wings- Buffalo With A Twist

By far some of the best wings I've ever had in life. If you haven't tried the wings with the special flavor "Buffalo With A Twist" what are you waiting for? Get over there and get. Staff were awesome and the owner was great!

Fried fish with mustard greens and potato salad.

I have no complaints, just one suggestion. When i arrived today i was greeted very warmly by the staff. The place has a nice old school vibe. I placed my order and waited a reasonable amount of time for my food. I didn't taste it until I arrived home. The fish is seasoned to perfection. The greens are excellent and the potato salad is fine. My only suggestion is that the greens should've been in a separate container because they were so wet the potato salad and the fish got wet too. but everything taste excellent.

    Cajun Creamy Chicken Pasta

Amazing food! This is a small family owned restaurant and you can tell they use great quality ingredients. We ordered the mushroom Cajun rice & Cajun chicken pasta, they were both delicious. They even make mocktails which we also loved. Service was great, they checked in on us a few times to make sure we were enjoying everything. Absolutely recommend!

This is such a wonderful spot that is family owned and worked. They have some of the best and most delicious food available on the Westbank. I got to try both the Buffalo with Twist & the Louise Fried Chicken Wings and I will say they were beyond delicious! Everything came to the table hot and fresh out the grease along with a side order of fries. I look forward to going on a Monday to try the red beans and rice special which is ONLY $9.99 and comes with fried chicken which I have heard nothing but aaaaaaamazing reviews and I also heard happy hour which happens ONLY on Friday's is PHONENOMAL with drinks mixed by the one and only Boozy Chicks and 25% off appetizers They offer FREE WI-FI!!!! Beautiful black owned establishment that takes honest pride in everything they doing and constantly looking for ways to improve the overall customer experience. I see such great potential in this business as it ever so apparent that the owners are passionate and actually wanna grow and get better which is amazing. My biggest suggestion from a marketing and brand awareness perspective is the signage will need to be updated, I do feel the brand logo for Food Symphony needs to be revisited, possibly with a bolder font to ensure that it can be clearer seen especially from outside when the signage is updated. The building that it in which is sort of a shopping center type does not clearly have the actually address anywhere to make it aware that someone that is using GPS is at the 4001 block address so it could be quite confusing for someone that might not be from the area. It is understood that most of this is being sorted out and I looked forward to a bright future for this place It's a known fact that when the owners are present, the business be ran with dignity and it was very apparent upon my visit. Can't wait to go back!

Our server, Christopher, was very attentive, suggested wine pairings, and gave us great recommendations. We started with the charbroiled oysters which is a must. They were large and charred to perfection on the outside grill, topped with parm and breadcrumbs. My friends ordered the filet and the gulf fish, and I had the charred cabbage entree, with a French gerwurztraminer blend. The mushrooms with the blue cheese sauce were so rich and delicious! Sweet treats were a no brainer. The blue cheese flan was creamy and decadent. A perfect ending to the meal. This is so far my fave restaurant in New Orleans. It's an honest, no BS creole inspired cuisine. 100% coming back soon!

And yet again, I am so thankful for Yelp steering me in the right direction yet again! A short Uber from the French Quarter brought us to what I believe is such a special hidden gem! The moment you step into Atchafalaya, you realize it. Ambience is amazing, quirky, cool, homey and cozy. Staff is amazing. We sat in our own private room and were treated to a very special delight of a dinner. I tried the incredible fried green tomatoes, the seafood soup (?) and the incredible steak...wow, everything was amazing. And not only did Chef Christopher Lynch come out to say hello to my Autistic son but the owner Tony Tocco did as well and it made his day! HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

When I want a bite and don't want to cook (rarely) and I'm in town I will stop and get a bite to eat bc I will be satisfied. It is definitely a vibe and of course the service is great. Sigh. Disclaimer: the food just isn't the same anymore…read more My parents live on the Westbank, so whenever I come home to visit and stay more than a few days, I always make a stop here, specifically for their stewed okra on Tuesdays. I hadn't eaten here in over a year, but two years ago that okra SMACKED. It was so good I had to stop myself from eating the entire container in one sitting. This time, though, it tasted completely different. Honestly, I mostly picked over it. It did have a decent amount of seasoning meat in it, which I appreciated, but the flavor was just off. My mother agreed. I also ordered the stuffed catfish, and unfortunately the catfish tasted almost entirely like blackened seasoning and nothing else. It used to have much more flavor and balance than that. The yams were fine, and the seafood dressing tasted the same as usual, but I was really disappointed because the okra was always the star of the show for me. Since that's no longer hitting the same, I honestly won't be back. And mind you, this was after standing in line for ~90 minutes. I will say the workers still have that Southern hospitality, and the customer service itself was pleasant. But while standing in line and watching the workflow, it was easy to think of multiple ways the business could improve efficiency. I'm honestly surprised those issues haven't been addressed yet. If you want to go for the experience, then sure, go for it. But don't expect to be blown away. For me, the wait time, prices, and food quality just didn't live up to the hype anymore.
