I don't normally like chains for food. That said they make a really great sandwich. What is funny is that it was so good I don't even care that I didn't get what I ordered and I'll chalk it up to I was not heard right. The bread is fantastic. They didn't overdo the condiments. Once again online order was wrong. Three times the turkey club didn't have bacon. This time a sub in a tub no oil and with peppers didn't have peppers but did have oil. Came home and when my daughter went to eat her sub the sub had banana peppers and tomatoes, neither of which were supposed to be on there. The lack of accuracy is annoying. I'm over it Jersey Mike's. Then when I opened my sandwich there was a piece of hair. The previous time was also a bad experience. I ordered a turkey sandwich but it tasted very bland. Both the Mansfield and Budd Lake locations do a decent job. I particularly enjoy the tuna subs.

Stopped in on a recent Sunday, place was busy, kind of chaotic. Was order was taken, wait was nearly 10min for sandwich. Although they have a ton of staff on hand, they appear unorganized. The sandwich was fresh, despite this is, expensive for a cost of nearly $10. Not sure if I will return as you can get a comparable sandwich elsewhere for less cost. read more

Ordered a #1 BLT with mayo and when I got the sub there was absolutely nothing on the sub except mayo! How can you be so blind that you completely forget to put on the 3 Key Ingredients of the sub! My Coworker got the same sub and was missing the mayo and tomato on the same day. I will not be going there again. read more

$50 for a family of 4 are you serious!!! This place is ridiculously expensive. I also did not like the fact that they requested a tip at payment and you couldn't bypass the tip so the lowest tip to give was 10% which was almost an extra $5! Like really? I had a #4 Turkey & Provolone, I love that they slice the cold cuts fresh, they dressed it exactly the way I like it and I LOVED that I was able to get a mini size whole wheat roll. My only complaints are it had a bit too much turkey and it was very salty. The location is new and clean. Overall I'd give it 4.0 out of 5.0 and I would return. read more

(,And we used to own 3 subway franchises) staff is extremely friendly, they cut my roast beef to order and they cook the roast beef in the store, can't get much better than that. The lettuce, tomatoes, etc, were all fresh and the bread soft and tasty. Most of all, my sub was delicious and huge,!! I know they've just opened but... I went here for the first time to try to enjoy a sub, as other deli style places have closed down in my area. Since I typically see a large line, I placed my order online. According to my phone, my order was done at 4:43 pm. I arrived around 4:49 pm, and stood at the online pickup counter. Waiting a few minutes, no one came up to me and asked if I placed an order, etc. People around me who had done the same were receiving their sandwiches, and I still went un-addressed by neither the manager, nor any of the approximately 16 other people standing around talking. This continued until about 5:05 pm. I then noticed a bag sitting on the shelf behind the counter, and someone from the sea of people waiting around that I had been making eye-contact with finally decided to come over and see if I needed something.
