The crust was super crispy, which I think is hard to achieve on slices like ours, with lots of toppings and sauces. The slices were loaded with meat and everything was so tasty. The inside is so unassuming, but I appreciated the old-school, nostalgic Italian decor. The service was super patient in helping us decide and had no problem with us staying at the table for a bit to feed our baby. Overall I will definitely return on my next visit to the area.

The garlic knots were cooked to perfection, the plain pie was cheesy with a nice firm but not overcooked crust. Lastly, we ordered a half Hawaiian and half peppers and onions pie which also was cooked to perfection. This is the first time we ordered pick up from here and I will say we'll definitely be going back! A lot better than a lot of other Franks Pizza chains I've been to.

It's very casual and very low-key, with lots of old-fashioned Italian pictures and decorations everywhere. There is tons of seating, and you can seat yourself. I ordered a zucchini slice at the counter. They heated up the slice for me, and to my surprised, brought the pizza right to my seat when it was ready. I liked this small gesture, as I expected to pick my slice up at the counter myself, and it felt like they went above and beyond to provide excellent service. My zucchini slice was incredible. It had chicken, zucchini, tomato, and shallot. It was drizzled very lightly with a sweet balsamic glaze. The crust was so crispy and thin, yet the slice wasn't flimsy. The slice was loaded with toppings, and the topping to cheese ratio was perfect. I was incredible happy with my slice and can't wait to return to get more.

Wasn't sure how many people we'd be, but the place looked big enough. It wasn't. Not for the crowds of people stuffing Cryan's on Saturday night, drinking at the bar, eating at the tables. Clinton doesn't have as many people as Cryan's did that night. Incredible. So we put our party down to a 40-minute wait. Time went on, a few people left, a few drinks happened, and finally the rest of us got a table together. Minus for service - the waitstaff was not very friendly to our group; granted, we were forced to stand due to lack of seating, but they didn't give us any helpful tips or any sympathy. Drinks were just "are you ready?" and then handed out. Food experience went a little bit better. The food itself was fine, mostly because none of us ordered pizza. It's bar pies here - super-thin crust, comes out crispy, which may be your thing but it's not mine. The onion rings look fantastic - huge, but with a lot of breading, and I didn't have enough of an appetite to down that by myself. I ended up on the Baslick Burger, ordered rare, and it actually came out pleasantly close to rare. Other people's came out to their order as well (medium and well, one with a subbed side). Nothing spectacular, but nothing bad. Same for the fries. All in all? It was an experience. But not one to walk into blind. Maybe if I was local I'd go on a low-volume night, otherwise I'll stick to some less crowded vibes.
