A year ago when this restaurant opened it was very good with quality food that was consistent. The past three times we have ordered it has been progressively less consistent, lower food quality, and tonight two of the three items we ordered were incorrect. The pizza was missing a topping and the pasta dish was served with penne instead of spaghetti. The manager was made aware of the order issue and we were offered a free pasta dish next visit instead of the meal being corrected for us. I don't think we will be back to redeem that free pasta dish since it's such a gamble on whether it will be even what we order. Sad to see them lose their pride in their craft. read more

We really enjoyed our first experience here. Our waiter was very pleasant and accommodating. We started with the mozzarella sticks which were fried to perfection. The cheese was well melted. My wife and I got a specialty large pizza to share. Half was the 4 cheese pizza and the other half was the chicken parm. It was big and absolutely delicious. Definitely enough for leftovers. My husband ordered a turkey sub with lettuce, tomato, and mayo. He ordered no onion, no cheese, no oil & vinegar. He got home to find that there was cheese on it, there was onion on it, there was no mayo on it but there was oil & vinegar! My husband called and went back to return the wrong order and get his corrected order. The owner barely looked over to apologize! When my husband got home, the turkey sub was wrong again! It had onion on it and no mayo! Needless to say, we won't be going back! And this was not the only time the order was wrong either. We would have been okay with this if the owner at least cared! He did not. We won't be back mainly because the owner acted like he couldn't care less! We wasted time & gas money on this too. They did not even try to offer my husband a discount for the trouble. This restaurant is AMAZING! The portion are large. The food is great. We have had pasta dishes, parm, pizzas appetizers and desserts. The wait staff is very attentive. Everything is fresh.
