went in for a veggie sub and asked to have avocado subbed for cheese because i'm vegan. they told me that's not possible even though i've been able to do this substitution everytime i've gone to a jersey mikes. employee told me i had to wait for his boss to come back to approve but as i was on my break from my job i did not have time to wait. i am going without lunch today because of this and am extremely disappointed with the service i received. read more

Love jersey mikes love the food but this store is not jersey mikes quality. No AIr conditioning in store. Hot as hell dont go expecting to eat in...you can't stand it. The food was great employees looked miserable..really felt sorry for them working in the heat its not right. Don't stop eating jersey mikes the food rocks. Just avoid this store..I imagine getting home and finding out they charged you twice on top of a bad experience. We paid 59.16 for 1 mini combo and 1 regular. Called the store manager refused to delete second charge. Thy charged us twice with a 28.00 charge and 30.00 charge making it impossible to dispute. This store needs a visit from corporate. We called corporate they put complaint back to manager responsible for the mess. They dont belong to BBB of course so in order for us to get money we have to spend more money at small claims court. If brain power was required to do much of anything besides put mustard on bread I'd give a hiring rating. I appreciate businesses hiring special needs people, employees are stoned or special needs.. I'll remove the 2 stars and replace with 5 if Down syndrome is the case... won't be back, was going to place a 200 person order for a business and the staff giggled and said sorry we are not equipped to process that today for an order in a few days.... Stopped by Jersey Mike's today since they had an Axxess Card deal, BOGO regular sub. Overall the sandwich was good but there are many better places to get a sandwich in Santa Barbara. I do want to point out that the two employees working were very friendly and quick to put together my order. They also had this location looking very clean. If you're looking for a quick, reasonably priced sub you can find it here...just don't expect an amazing sub. read more

I go to this location often since it is close to work, and every time I go the staff is always very friendly and quick to keep any lines moving. Not sure the managers name but he always has a great attitude as well! The sandwiches always hit the spot too. read more

I'd rather not write a poor review, but here it must be done. A few weeks back, Jersey Mike's got our to-go order wrong and offered to make it right by offering us a free sandwich. This as it should be, and we were very appreciative. They told us they would have our name written at the counter and that we could come and use it any time. However, 3-4 weeks after the incident, they no longer had our name on file and said we waited too long to use the 'refund.' I asked the young lady who i spoke with if i could speak with a manager and she said no one was available. Despite my best reasoning with her that by allowing us to claim our 'refund' sando, we'd actually come in and spend MORE money, she was unable to help. At the end of the day, not a huge deal, but really poor form in not honoring the refund. I'm happy to update and/or edit this review if JM's reaches out to right this wrong. read more

Asked for chips and a drink to add to my sandwich. Then when I asked if the worker could substitute it for a water bottle he said it was extra, so I suggested he let me pay the difference in price. Another customer who happened to be in line said, "I'm sure there's water at the fountain drink station." So he handed me a watercup and started assisting the other customer. Good subs, especially with the Rosemary-Garlic bread. I favor the #13, traditional Italian. Prices are comparable to Sam's To Go. Parking at the Camino Real/Marketplace location is ample and easy. The Turnpike location can be a little harder for mobility-limited people, though not really difficult. read more

With so much competition locally , why be subpar? I ordered 4 sandwiches with wheat bread. I'm a huge fan of wheat but this bread had such a weird taste. Seeds from the bread weren't crunching. It was not good. In addition, the toppings they put on the sandwich included seasonings that did not match the flavor of the sandwich. In fact, it took away from it. I won't come back. Both were good! i wanted to try a hot and cold sandwich to see which was better. I liked the Italian cold sandwich more because it had more flavor. Jersey Mike's is my FAVORITE sandwich place! And the first time I tried it was this year. The taste is impeccable. I came to this location over summer with my friends. We sat down to eat our sandwiches. And the nice older gentleman working the cash register just got me a cup of iced water without me asking for it. He did it out of the kindness of his heart. It was the sweetest thing ever. I will never forget it. He deserves an award. He comes up to me, gives me the water, and says, "I couldn't let you eat the sandwich without a cup of water." Multiple times I have ordered online and they haven't had the ingredients listed online. If the app updated to say things weren't available that would be fine but instead they take the order and then it's impossible to cancel. You have to call the store to cancel and the store says they don't know how to cancel. I'm done with them. read more

This is the most inconsistent jersey mikes in town. Today my meat was ridiculously thin, borderline see through. I watched the meat slicer crank down the thickness when i told him I wanted a #13. The cheese was also cut at a heavy angle, so I ended up with not even 1/2 the amount of normal cheese. Anna's bakery give you more meat, IYKYK. Nobody ever wants to work here. Not the best, but a solid spot if you have a Philly cheesesteak craving. I showed up early to a movie at the neighboring theater and had some time to kill so figured I'd have a quick dinner. Service was nothing special with the guy assisting me taking breaks to text on his phone. It's a chain fast food establishment so I didn't expect first rate service or anything. My sandwich was thin but did taste good. It was just the right amount and hit the spot. Walking into the theater with a full stomach prevented me from purchasing a $9 tub of popcorn. Wow! Really guys?!?! Two "special requests": rosemary-parm bread and pepper-relish on my cheesesteak. You failed on the only two things that were requested. Also, you we're dead, so it's not like this was confusing. It didn't help that we can't see what's going on bc you took the sandwich behind the meat counter and with the paper covering the meat window (why is that even there to begin with??), it couldn't be seen or corrected. I still consider this the best of the sub chains. I wish they would toast their subs though! This location does seem a little expensive if you aren't using one of their deals. And the staff likes to mess up orders (lazy or incompetent?) And take forever. Don't expect a quick in and out at lunch. Do expect a decent sandwich most/all the time. read more

Genuinely unsure if the rest of the reviews on this site are of the same place. My experience with this location has never been anything less than stellar, with quick and friendly service, great sandwiches, and reasonable prices. All of the hot subs are worth trying, particularly the Famous Philly, Chicken Philly, and Big Kahuna. If you prefer cold subs, I typically get the Italian and find it plenty to my liking. read more

Came here for the first time and there were 2 people working. The person that helped me was so rude, kept cutting me off, talking over me and just rushed me through my entire interraction like she had 20 people in line. As someone who has never been in Jersey Mike's before I won't be coming back. I had so many questions but she obviously did not care about what I was trying to ask. She rushed me through what toppings i wanted and looked irratated as i was trying to decide. My Autistic son was ordering his sandwich and is naturally quiet spoken, she got irritated with him because she couldn't hear which made him uncomfortable so i had to step in and complete his order. I thought it was just me but she did it to a customer after me that wanted a salad. The lady asked what dressing they had and she said oil or vinegar, when the lady asked is that all your dressings she then said we have mayo mustard etc....this girl has zero customer service and needs to be retrained because the entire atmosphere and interaction the customers were given was zero stars!
