Great service from Thomas & great food. Clean, friendly & fresh meats, #8, #13 or any other sandwich! Ive tried all of their sandwiches and they were wonderful! Along with the team, especially Thomas! read more

went in for a veggie sub and asked to have avocado subbed for cheese because i'm vegan. they told me that's not possible even though i've been able to do this substitution everytime i've gone to a jersey mikes. employee told me i had to wait for his boss to come back to approve but as i was on my break from my job i did not have time to wait. i am going without lunch today because of this and am extremely disappointed with the service i received. read more

The two absolute legends working the evening shift on 7/15 hooked me up and were super efficient. Making Mike proud

Terrible experience, walked in and wasn't greeted at all just was yelled at if I was picking up or ordering. The younger lady had brown hair and was very rude. Went to the other location. Not going back there. read more

Love jersey mikes love the food but this store is not jersey mikes quality. No AIr conditioning in store. Hot as hell dont go expecting to eat in...you can't stand it. The food was great employees looked miserable..really felt sorry for them working in the heat its not right. Don't stop eating jersey mikes the food rocks. Just avoid this store..I imagine getting home and finding out they charged you twice on top of a bad experience. We paid 59.16 for 1 mini combo and 1 regular. Called the store manager refused to delete second charge. Thy charged us twice with a 28.00 charge and 30.00 charge making it impossible to dispute. This store needs a visit from corporate. We called corporate they put complaint back to manager responsible for the mess. They dont belong to BBB of course so in order for us to get money we have to spend more money at small claims court. Biggest headache ever but won't let the keep our money. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - So here is an update. - Delis Near Me - Goleta, California

This is a great Jersey Mike's location! Super friendly staff, great product and service. It is our "local" for great sandwiches. One of the manager's, Sal, is a terrific ambassador for Jersey Mike's as are the other team members. read more

Food is good but I felt the prices were a little steep for what you got. Service was good

If brain power was required to do much of anything besides put mustard on bread I'd give a hiring rating. I appreciate businesses hiring special needs people, employees are stoned or special needs.. I'll remove the 2 stars and replace with 5 if Down syndrome is the case... won't be back, was going to place a 200 person order for a business and the staff giggled and said sorry we are not equipped to process that today for an order in a few days.... So I'll just be giving my money to another business..... Close up.... read more

Stopped by Jersey Mike's today since they had an Axxess Card deal, BOGO regular sub. Overall the sandwich was good but there are many better places to get a sandwich in Santa Barbara. I do want to point out that the two employees working were very friendly and quick to put together my order. They also had this location looking very clean. If you're looking for a quick, reasonably priced sub you can find it here...just don't expect an amazing sub. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Delis Near Me - Goleta, California

Got some subs for a work crew at our house that had asked for Jersey Mike's for lunch. I don't typically get subs so explained that beyond ham, turkey, and roast beef I wasn't sure what they wanted. The team at Mike's made recommendations, packed me some extra oil and vinegar and were super friendly and helpful all around. read more

Sal and D'Angelo were so helpful and nice and super sweet when making my sandwich. Not o my was the food great the service was outstanding and so inviting. I would be here every day if my stomach could handle it. :) read more

I go to this location often since it is close to work, and every time I go the staff is always very friendly and quick to keep any lines moving. Not sure the managers name but he always has a great attitude as well! The sandwiches always hit the spot too. read more

Good subs, especially with the Rosemary-Garlic bread. I favor the #13, traditional Italian. Prices are comparable to Sam's To Go. Parking at the Camino Real/Marketplace location is ample and easy. The Turnpike location can be a little harder for mobility-limited people, though not really difficult. read more

I'd rather not write a poor review, but here it must be done. A few weeks back, Jersey Mike's got our to-go order wrong and offered to make it right by offering us a free sandwich. This as it should be, and we were very appreciative. They told us they would have our name written at the counter and that we could come and use it any time. However, 3-4 weeks after the incident, they no longer had our name on file and said we waited too long to use the 'refund.' I asked the young lady who i spoke with if i could speak with a manager and she said no one was available. Despite my best reasoning with her that by allowing us to claim our 'refund' sando, we'd actually come in and spend MORE money, she was unable to help. At the end of the day, not a huge deal, but really poor form in not honoring the refund. I'm happy to update and/or edit this review if JM's reaches out to right this wrong. read more

Really good and the workers are very friendly and welcoming ! The sub was delicious and I would 100% recommend

Asked for chips and a drink to add to my sandwich. Then when I asked if the worker could substitute it for a water bottle he said it was extra, so I suggested he let me pay the difference in price. Another customer who happened to be in line said, "I'm sure there's water at the fountain drink station." So he handed me a watercup and started assisting the other customer. So I paid for a drink i never even got since he handed me a water cup. Thanks. read more

Marco, what a man you are, Jersey Mike's best and boldest. I've never tasted a better sandwhitch and I used to make them for a living. A worldclass worker and the best in the buisness. read more

Small portions. Very little meat, rude employees. They need to be retrained. I am very disappointed.

Good evening, writing this review to talk about the amazing service I experienced yesterday at jersey mikes. Genuinely one of the most amazing sandwiches I've put in my mouth. D'Angelo was so attentive and helpful when making my sandwich. Sad to see all the negative reviews about this location, it really is one of the best jersey mikes I've been too. read more

My friends and I came in and were helped by D'Angelo, he was so friendly and cheerful I made sure to get his name so I could leave a positive review. The sandwich he made was a 11/10!! read more

Honestly so dank. Good sandwiches and vibes I really love it so much. I get the Italian.

I came here because I had an Axxess card and got the BOGO deal. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak sandwich and the original Italian with oil. Both were good! i wanted to try a hot and cold sandwich to see which was better. I liked the Italian cold sandwich more because it had more flavor. The warm/toasted Philly cheesesteak sandwich was also good but more cheesy. read more

With so much competition locally , why be subpar? I ordered 4 sandwiches with wheat bread. I'm a huge fan of wheat but this bread had such a weird taste. Seeds from the bread weren't crunching. It was not good. In addition, the toppings they put on the sandwich included seasonings that did not match the flavor of the sandwich. In fact, it took away from it. I won't come back. Sam's to go across the street is much better. read more

Horrible customer service from the two blonde young lady's working there if you hate your job DONT WORK THERE. I asked for a hot sub and they both were bothered that I ordered that sub. read more

Jersey Mike's is my FAVORITE sandwich place! And the first time I tried it was this year. The taste is impeccable. I came to this location over summer with my friends. We sat down to eat our sandwiches. And the nice older gentleman working the cash register just got me a cup of iced water without me asking for it. He did it out of the kindness of his heart. It was the sweetest thing ever. I will never forget it. He deserves an award. He comes up to me, gives me the water, and says, "I couldn't let you eat the sandwich without a cup of water." Awww so sweet. I definitely recommend this place. Get the turkey with provolone, Mike's way, and with jalapeños! Yummy :) read more

Not the best J.Mikes, but your normal good & fresh sandwich. Staff were a little unwelcoming, but Jerry was very outgoing & bubbly!

Multiple times I have ordered online and they haven't had the ingredients listed online. If the app updated to say things weren't available that would be fine but instead they take the order and then it's impossible to cancel. You have to call the store to cancel and the store says they don't know how to cancel. I'm done with them. read more

This is the most inconsistent jersey mikes in town. Today my meat was ridiculously thin, borderline see through. I watched the meat slicer crank down the thickness when i told him I wanted a #13. The cheese was also cut at a heavy angle, so I ended up with not even 1/2 the amount of normal cheese. Anna's bakery give you more meat, IYKYK. Nobody ever wants to work here. Everyone behind the counter is always mad and never welcoming. I will be going to the Fairview location from now on. Thank you and enjoy. read more

The worse Jersey Mikes ever. I've never seen such horrible customer service from the employees and especially the manager that was working on 7/9/24 @ 7:05 pm. read more

The food is good as always but Jocelyn was extremely disrespectful to my friend who asked for a modification to be made to her sandwich. She just stood there silently with a dirty look on her face until my friend nicely just said she would take the sandwich in a way she did not want it. She was also gossiping to her coworker about another coworker who left work ill that day, not what you wanna hear when you're ordering food. read more

this sandwich felt like an insult and didn't even get any of the toppings that it comes with/i asked for read more

Four of us ate lunch and all had the traditional Italian, with a few mods like the pepperacinis I added.Service was quick and friendly, place was clean. There is outside seating, nice in good weather. Overall, good for lunch, likely with leftovers for later. read more

1st of all I love Jersey Mike's subs. I came here for lunch at 1220. I ordered the cheese steak she said we are not doing any hot sandwich's because they had a large to go order. I looked on the grill and there was nothing on it. there were 2 employees standing right next to the grill. I don't get it how hard is it to make a sandwich? read more

Not the best, but a solid spot if you have a Philly cheesesteak craving. I showed up early to a movie at the neighboring theater and had some time to kill so figured I'd have a quick dinner. Service was nothing special with the guy assisting me taking breaks to text on his phone. It's a chain fast food establishment so I didn't expect first rate service or anything. My sandwich was thin but did taste good. It was just the right amount and hit the spot. Walking into the theater with a full stomach prevented me from purchasing a $9 tub of popcorn. In hindsight, the sandwich was a better deal than the popcorn, anyway. read more

Wow! Really guys?!?! Two "special requests": rosemary-parm bread and pepper-relish on my cheesesteak. You failed on the only two things that were requested. Also, you we're dead, so it's not like this was confusing. It didn't help that we can't see what's going on bc you took the sandwich behind the meat counter and with the paper covering the meat window (why is that even there to begin with??), it couldn't be seen or corrected. I like you guys, but I'd prefer to get my sandwich made the way I asked. The meat is not nearly as good at Subway, but at least they never screwed up my order. Do better. read more

I still consider this the best of the sub chains. I wish they would toast their subs though! This location does seem a little expensive if you aren't using one of their deals. And the staff likes to mess up orders (lazy or incompetent?) And take forever. Don't expect a quick in and out at lunch. Do expect a decent sandwich most/all the time. read more

Used to love me a chipotle cheesesteak. Went in today, the staff were not very friendly, but I let it slide, hey everyone has bad days. But they were working without gloves and the one guy in the front was going from sandwiches to cash register without washing or sanitizing his hands. Ewwww. No thank you read more

Not sure how this chain survives. We were desperate for a quick dinner...not many places were open at 8:00pm (what?). Drove around looking for an open place. Saw Jersey Mike's lights were on....previous visit at another location left us unimpressed. Decided to give this location a try...same result....a really unimpressive/basic sandwich. Oh well, tried two locations with the same result...there won't be a third try. Sorry "Mike". read more

Sandwich and Service sucked. Maybe 20 times before I had good experience. The meat was so thin I could see through it. They had no tomatoes, asked to sub Quac instead, but no. They were not customer friendly, may never go back after this awful experience. read more
