*Open & honest review* The long hair guy that made my sandwich was very sweet & respectful, he made my time pleasant, I got a tuna mini. The tuna had wayyy too much celery I had to pick out & was dry, but still good... after I doctored it up. I'd just say more mayo, less celery. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Fast Food Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

I love a Jersey Mikes location that is efficient! This location stays pretty busy but they are extremely accurate. This is the only location that I have given multiple visits to without any issues or errors in my order. And that alone has allowed me to use them time and time again - even for catering orders at my job. Thanks so much! Xoxo. read more

I usually love Jersey Mikes but this is unacceptable. Sandwich was SMOTHERED in oil and way too soggy to pick up. I tried to sop up some oil, but then when I opened the sandwich to add chips (like I always do), I noticed something off in the lettuce. It was a metal staple/zipper pull/stopper/something. Completely unacceptable. Will be filing a complaint with the health department immediately. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Metal zipper attachment in my sandwich!!! - Fast Food Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

From 1 star to 5 stars (Mobile ordered) I ordered extra meat, cheese, & veggies. I order the exact same thing every time I visit a jersey mikes so as soon as I received my order I knew they hadn't put any of the extras I came back inside looking to get it fixed & the male working seem to argue with me about the situation INSISTING that what I had included the extras (At this point I already had a 1 star review drafting) LUCKILY Amina was working & worked the situation so well that it didn't end up escalating! Note to the owner or manager: Amina is amazing & handled the situation with such grace. She needs a raise & some praise! This is a 5 star rating because of Amina. read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - #66 Portabella Cheese Steak - Fast Food Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

This was my first time visiting this site, and my first time eating at a Jersey Mike's in ages. The line to order was a bit disorganized but it was lunch time. I had the fairly new Portobello Swiss Sandwich with grilled jalapeños added. It was amazing. There are a number of add-ons available but this sandwich is delicious as is. It was clean in here and the tables were getting cleared quickly. Getting in and out of this busy area can be a bit hectic, so be careful parking and pulling out. The employees were friendly towards everyone coming in even in the chaos, and I would gladly come back. read more

Wow!! Great customer Services!! The food was awesome!! It was my first time having jersey Mike's. I will be definitely coming back!! I'm honestly shocked they have a 3.5 stars because everyone here is so nice. Especially the white guy in glasses and the bigger white guy!! The Hispanic guy made my sub super good and hot!! 10 stars!! read more

This location cannot handle the volume. Quotes of 45 minutes at peak but no product. Don't order ahead, they don't have a plan. Maybe I'm not the first to observe this. Avoid. read more

I stopped into this Jersey Mike's for a quick veggie sandwich. Hold the cheese and may to make it plant based. There weren't that many people in line when I was there and it took a little longer than I thought it would to get my order taken, pay and go. It's possible they were training someone new. I get it. Not a big deal but loses a star for that. The veggie sandwich itself was pretty tasty made Mike's way, added some hot pepper and banana peppers as I like spice. However it had a huge sodium aftertaste to it. Like I covered my sandwich in salt. So I'm not sure what exactly contributed to that but I suspect the oil mixture or just the bread itself has a ton of sodium. That's the reason the second star was taken off. I'm not a big fan of what I had, but given the opportunity and need I'd probably order my sandwich differently and hope for a better result. The restaurant itself was clean and the service was friendly. read more

We love Jersey Mike's subs!! So the food is not the problem... Except at this place the cutting of the bread from regular size sub is not cut portion correctly (for me on 2 different orders). I come often but this being the 3rd time asking for Mike's Way with added mayo and they keep forgetting the mayo!!! I feel the workers are not paying attention and listening to what the customers want and it's frustrating to a point I will still love my Jersey Mike's subs but not from another location. I rather drive a little ways out and get the correct sandwich!! read more

I got the Big Kuhana Chicken. It was filled with meat and cheese. I was skeptical about spending $15 on a sandwich but it was large and filling. The only drawback is that I was not allowed to add some of the regular toppings. I would have loved to put lettuce and tomatoes on my sandwich. It would also be a nice touch if they gave me a side of ranch for the sandwich. read more

Food was excellent. Excellent service! Friendly staff. Facility was clean. Not entirely sure previous reviews are accurate. Timeframe at lunch on a Friday was acceptable for a sandwich shop that makes fresh food. Maybe those folks that want food super fast should head on over to Mc D's. read more

I have no idea why anyone would want to go the the place that rhymes with Busway, when you can go here and get a far superior sandwich. Get the Club Supreme, Mike's way, and you will not be disappointed. Fresh, delicious, made to order, and with plenty of meat. Stay hungry my friends... read more

Wow....what a mismanaged place. I typically love Jersey Mike's but this is a joke....avoid! I ordered food through their app at 5:23pm, at 5:46 driver said he was here with food. I asked "uh okay" where are you?! I'm staying at Candlewood Suites literally across the street!! I asked where was food dropped? No response, then I was told by driver "contact customer support"... Called store talked with "Madison" and was told by her delivery "isn't her problem"!? Asked for managers name, she wouldn't give it to me lol!! Then she hung up on me! If you order through the Jersey Mike's app, buyer beware, JM will claim its "not their problem" and push blame to DoorDash who they claim is subcontracted through JM for delivery. Don't waste your money or frustration, they don't stand behind delivery and then YOU will have to contact DoorDash and plead your case even though you ordered through the JM app.......it'll be your problem! Avoid this store at all costs!! Also heard through co-worked the kitchen is disgusting! read more

Jersey Mike's Subs - Lol, what a joke!! JM and DoorDash will point fingers at each other and keep your money while you have no food! BUYER BEWARE! - Fast Food Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

I came in about 20 minutes prior to closing needing to order multiple sandwiches for lunch the next day. There were 3 gentleman working in the store. They all greeted me warmly and were so nice and helpful! With the fact that the store was about to close, they could have been irritable with me coming in with a larger and complicated order (I was asking for sauces on the side since we didn't want sandwiches to be soggy) but they couldn't have been more accommodating. The 3 guys were very friendly and more than willing to help with my order. They even took time to write the names on all of the bags for who each sandwich would go to and packed extra napkins and the sauces for me. They all wished me a safe drive and a good day tomorrow. Wonderful customer service and will be back! Thank you 3 for making my evening! read more

I have been a loyal customer for many years. It is out of this sense of brand loyalty that I write and urge the management of this location to properly train their staff. I ordered my sandwich and attempted to use the tap to pay feature. I was then, rudely informed by your staff member that my card didn't go through. I said to retry and it would go through. Your staff member then refused my request and proclaimed that the bill might not be paid. Faced with this insult, I told him to keep the order, and took my business to Jimmy John's, next door. The same credit card was presented and was accepted by the payment gateway. My point is that you lost a $15 order and gained one for your competitor, simply because of your employee's rudeness. If this kid worked for me, I would correct his attitude and perhaps coach him on how to address adults, especially when finances are discussed. read more

This location is super fast, clean, and friendly. The subs are delicious and I like there reward program. Free subs

Jersey mikes always hits the spot! A huge shoutout to the manager Anton and his staff member Angel for making my visit great and providing awesome customer service. Jersey Mike's is currently my favorite sandwich shop. I would give them 5 stars but the service is hit-or-miss at this location. Today was a miss, but my sandwich was great as usual... I order The Club (all Turkey) "Mike's Way" on a wheat mini. They cut the meat and cheese on slicer in front of you AND if you want a hot sandwich they have a grill. I need to do some research to find out the story behind "Mike". read more

Returned a couple more times and found that the cold subs are more my fortay. It's a winner folks! Mike's way is yum-may!

I needed a quick bite to eat and thought I would give Jersey Mikes a try. Their options are few and I think it's because they stick to what they know: Simple subs. I ordered the turkey and provolone on wheat + veggies. They quickly made my sub to order and I was out the door in no time. The only reason why I give Jersey Mikes 2 stars is because the sandwich was okay. Simple is great and can often be the best taste, but this was so basic that I could have made it at home. Plus, the turkey was so salty I could taste the preservatives. :( Great service and friendly staff, just not the sub that I would get again. read more

The staff seemed overwhelmed today. Irate customer wanted his money back & he was told excuses by staff. Confusion over my order. Did not get to put custom toppings inside a wrap & was disappointed. Prices are a bit high, but the quality seems good. read more

I've never been to this location off the 360 in Fort Worth. Won't return. Walked in at a bit past 3 PM on 8/25/22. I was the only customer in the business. Ordered a regular #7. For some reason the two Gentlemen making the sandwich were more concerned with the cigar I was carrying in my pocket than keeping up with a simple single order. No idea why. At any rate, I go to check out and see a bill for almost $20. I ask about it and the cashier advised that they made a large. I guess I should have paid more attention instead of engaging with the two gents making the sandwich. Simply, go somewhere else. If the can't figure out the difference between regular and large, who knows what else they will fall short on. Thanks read more

Placed an online order with everyone ordering at work. When I received my sandwich it has the wrong ingredients. I tried calling in to the # they have online as well as my receipt to give them the opportunity to make things right. The phone rang for 90 seconds without an answer. While writing the order my coworker informed me they messed her order up as well. Unfortunately, I won't be going back. read more

I've seen Jersey Mikes popping up everywhere around the metroplex, but I wrote it off as just another sub shop. Making it worse is the fact that there's a Subway and Jimmy John's within walking distance from this location. The sub market just felt over-saturated in this in this area. My coworkers kept telling me it was legit so we went one day and boy am I glad I did. I wanted to go with something that I couldn't get anywhere else and chose the Super Sub Mike's Way (Onions, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Vinegar, Oil and Spices). I also added black pepper to give it some extra flavor. The result? Just the best tasting sub I've ever had. There's enough meat that you don't have to double up to know it's there *ahem* Subway and Jimmy John's. By the way, you MUST opt for the rosemary bread. They also offer white bread as well, but WHY? Trust me. Just go with the rosemary bread. Lunch time during the week gets busy so I would suggest going earlier if possible especially if you're planning on eating there. read more

Favorite place to grab a bite for lunch while at work. This location gets VERY VERY busy during lunch hours, but I usually just order on the app and put in the time I will be there to pick it up and it is ready. Very few times was it not already waiting for me, but was ready very quickly once I checked in. Super great not having to stand in the long line when I don't have a very long time for lunch. Always get the turkey sub and add avocado, sooooo good, and of course Chocolate chip cookies are to die for! Everyone that has every helped me at this location has been super friendly and very polite, even when they are CLEARLY swamped and overwhelmed with customers. read more

I am so glad there is a Jersey Mikes close to me! Whooo hoooo! I love how when you order the meat and cheese is sliced right in front of you! Everything here is really fresh. Absolutely the best sandwiches in town. Not as fast as Jimmy Johns and no delivery, but the taste and options make up for it. I always get wheat bread and it's great and fresh. They have a few hot subs, for which they cook the ingredients right in front of you. The cheese steaks are great also, if that's your thing. Beware, if you go during a lunch rush, you will be waiting about 10 minutes. That's what you get when something is this good! Be sure to sign up with a frequency account, you will get free subs. read more

Called and placed an order was put on hold for almost 5 minutes when she came back to phone she asked what I wanted to order and they said it would be in 10 minutes. We went there early no customers were in the place. I walked in 3 employees were standing talking to each other doing nothing, they asked if they could help me I said I placed an order over the phone. One guy said we are making it now and started cutting the bread. Now why do you call and place an order hopefully it's ready when you get there. Not impressed. This is one of my go to places for lunch as its down the street from my job. It can get a bit busy in there during lunch so pick your time wisely. I usually go before 12 or after 1 to avoid the crowd. I love everything about this place. The bread is awesome. I usually do wheat but I finally tried the rosemary and was surprised that it tasted so good (Rosemary can be kind of a strong flavor). Anyhow, I love that the meat is sliced when u order so it's not like it's just sitting around. I usually get the Italian or turkey breast. One of these days I'll have to try a hot sub. I get mine mike's way minus the vinegar. My only complaint is depending on who's building the sandwich you gotta watch them with the olive oil. The last sandwich I had was drenched in oil I didn't even finish it. Other than that I love this place. read more

So today, the boss says "order some sammiches for the crew!" I immediately go to Jersey Mike's website and begin my order (we've ordered with you all before) but one of the crew chimes in and says we should get Jimmy John's instead. Boss agrees, so reluctantly, I order from them. I have never had JJs until today. Never again. Jersey Mike's is FAR superior and the crew at the Trinity location have been fun and friendly every single time I ordered. Jersey Mike's for the win!!! Lesson learned today lol :-P read more
