I have noted, and informed this location about a remarkable reduction in service since a new…read moremanagement staff took over. Over the last 3 visits they have managed to get 2 of the orders wrong. I have informed them of the errors, and I get no promises of improvement, I just get free food. I would like to let the management of this restaurant know that free food is great, but frankly I would rather have an improvement in service. Your employees regularly trap people in the drive through, because they do not use the 1-2-3 spaces beyond the pick up window for large or difficult orders. They frequently deliver food to cars that cannot get out of line because the front car has not been served yet, and they don't use the 1-2-3 spaces for that. I thought it was just for large or difficult orders, but last night they left a car at the window who had ordered 2 dishes of Ice Cream with cookie crumbles, and 1 strawberry milk shake, sitting at the window while they delivered food to cars behind them. BTW, they screwed up the ice cream order. One of the dishes of Ice Cream had some kind of Syrup added, and so it was summarily thrown away because it was wrong. I have let the owner know. I have told him many times, and NOTHING is improving. Over the last 2 weeks they have gotten 67% of the orders my family put in wrong. They only give free food, they never do anything to improve. I have let Corporate Chick Fil A know about this also, and they don't seem to want to do anything either. Very disappointing!!
