The employees were extremely disrespectful and rude including the manager. I asked them for a cheeseburger 20 minutes before they were supposed to start serving cheeseburgers and they told me that I would have to wait or I could come back and that I was not right and that they can do what they want and they choose to serve breakfast when they choose not when I choose I told them I was willing to pay extra fee for it. Whatever doesn't even matter and then they ignored me on the drive-thru speaker I had to go up to the window and speak to the manager who was extremely disrespectful, rude, Rose. Her voice to me told me I didn't know what I was talking about. This is an unprofessional disrespectful way to treat a customer. This was the most unprofessional visit I have ever had at a Wendy's. I managed a Wendy's for 4 years. I've managed Taco Bell. I've managed McDonald's. I've managed Subway. I've managed Burger King. I've managed Dave's BBQ. I've managed BJ's restaurant and brewhouse. I have plenty of customer service skills and the way that they spoke to me is not how you speak to customers ever under any circumstances. The young man that answered and tried to take my order was the most disrespectful person I've ever seen in my life. He yelled at me. He even cussed at me and called me stupid to my face. This is not how you should train people. This is not how your customer should be treated and I think that this Wendy's needs to undergo some major intervention with another manager that has a better understanding of how a restaurant is supposed to work and how you're supposed to treat your customers. This Wanda's has served me well! I swing by every so often and it's been overwhelming positive experiences. The food has been good, staff is nice, and it's fast. I haven't been inside so I can't speak to the atmosphere. The restaurant is new and has a nice new parking lot. I usually use the app, the free fries are awesome! Any size too. Then grab a cheap chicken sandwich and you can load it with free pickles, onions and sauce. Makes a pretty good meal of $2.50. It's usually not crowded so I'll keep going! read more

Sunday afternoon at 2:42 PM I was inside waiting for my food to be prepared. A young lady combing her hair with the end of a spoon in the food preparation area. That's very unsanitary. Management needs to have a talk with employees about food, safety, and personal hygiene and not doing things like that in the food preparation area kind of grossed me out. read more

Excellent service very friendly. The staff seemed to have a great work ethic. The modern style of the store I liked. Comfortable seating and an overall relaxing feel with a lot of sunlight in the morning. I love deals and I got the 2 for three sausage biscuit and an egg and cheese biscuit. For a fast food biscuit they're some of the best in my opinion. I like stopping at this location when I'm out this way. Always a good experience read more

Ordered vanilla frosty but was told the machine was shut down because they were closing in 20 minutes. This is the second time was told the vanilla frosty machine was shut down prior to closing. I should be able to order everything on the menu as long as the restaurant is open. Ordered a combo meal but was missing the fries and drink. Will just continue the drive to the other Wendy's location off of I-25 & 144th Ave where I can get a frosty right up to closing and where they never screw up my orders. read more
