I selected curbside pickup for my order. my phone lagged and I accidentally typed in spot 44 instead of 4. so I waited for 20 minutes thinking it was pretty obvious seeing as I was the only one at the store and the drive thru employees were staring at me. This was, without a doubt, the worst McDonald's experience I've ever had. The drive-thru is an absolute disaster--poorly managed, and apparently skipping cars is just part of their "service." They skipped not just my car, but another one as well! How does that even happen? Are they just guessing who to serve next? When I finally got to the window (after waiting forever), I explained the issue, and instead of any form of apology, the employee was rude and completely flippant. She didn't care one bit. No empathy, no ownership of the mistake, just excuses as to why we were skipped, as if that made it okay. Unbelievable. To top it all off, after this entire mess, they FORGOT my chicken nuggets! You'd think after skipping my car, making me wait for no reason, and giving me attitude, they'd at least get my order right, but nope. It was just failure after failure. If you want terrible service, rude employees, and to leave without half your food, then by all means, visit this McDonald's. Otherwise, steer clear. This place is a complete embarrassment. Open late and serving food when nowhere else will. Came here en route to Fort Collins. I ordered the chicken tenders (not nuggets) .. a 4 piece is 4$. Relatively quiet at 1030pm.. Horrible McDonald's. I write this review in hope that McDonald's HR sees the horrible management and how they treat their employees. I walked in to order some food and the managers were refusing to help me because they simply didn't want to put work on the employees that were working. The management team walked out to the dining area and started bad mouthing all of their employees and complaining about how horrible their lives are. The employees here do not receive breaks and are overworked. Please give them patience until the management here is under corrective action and can learn to care about their employees and actually want to work instead of sitting on their ass. Alright this was just straight up stupid. We went to this McDonald's 5 min ago through the drive thru. It took 25 minutes!!! We ordered 5 meals and had to repeat each one at least 3 times and they got it wrong each time when we were clearly speaking. When we got up to the window the lady gave us the wrong price by giving us the person in front of us order. she had made the people infront of us pay 30 dollars for our order when they had two items!!! Our flight in to Denver was really late due to weather and we were starving. While driving to Longmont to our hotel, we exited to this McDonalds to get a quick burger. Quick, my ass. This is the slowest fast food restaurant I've ever been to. We went through the drive thru between 10:30 and 11:00 PM. It was about 6 cars deep and slow moving. As we waited in line, I checked Yelp and saw their 1 1/2 Star rating. Our burgers were fresh and our bottled water was ice cold, but I need to repeat I've never seen a McD's so slow. read more

It was very late at night and my band came here after a show. The sign boasts they are open 24 hours but all their machines shut off at midnight. Can't pay with credit card after midnight. Can't get mcflurries after midnight. The whole nine yards. Absolutely ridiculous. If you're going to advertise being open 24 hours, all your products and services should be available for 24 hours. Came here a couple of days ago for a quick lunch. Not one table was cleaned and the floor was littered with food and wrappings. We went to the counter and nicely asked if someone could clean the table we had to sit at. Finally a girl came over with the filthiest rag dripping wet and proceeded to slop it on the table!
