This place is a solid choice for a quick and easy lunch. The staff took care of the lunch crowd in no time flat. The line of 10 customers was handled in under 5 minutes. They have the sandwich building system down to a science with consistent quality every time I come here. I would give them five stars but I believe their sandwiches are fast food quality not Gourmet quality. With that being said, they are the best sub sandwiches in town. I love Jersey Mikes and I was so excited to try it when it first opened and I was satisfied. Recently I've started to dislike the location and staff very much. They are so rude, for example I ordered 3 giants for my family one time since I was set to get it and I got the most judgmental/disgusted look from the guy taking my order because of how much I was ordering!! and when you order a sub with bacon on it, you would expect bacon but they forget it every single time!! So before I get into the review, please note I'm only reviewing for one particular Sandwich, not that whole menu. With that being said, let's talk about about the Jersey Mike's Pastrami Ruben. So went there today to get just a regular Pastrami and Provolone, instead received the Ruben. So instead of sending it back i said, what the heck. Not what I wanted but I love a good Pastrami Ruben. This is by far the WORST Pastrami Ruben I have ever had!. I can not tell which component of this sandwich it was, but somthing is SO salty. My mouth is still tingling as I write this from so much salt. The Russian dressing has a strange pink-ish color to it with an odd smell. The Sour Krout was so overly vinegary it just but the whole sandwich into a tail spin. Combine that with the utterly high price for it, I won't be ordering this again. I'm a pretty big eater, I usually eat a whole large Sub, I ate Less then half, of the half of the Sub and Chucked it. Guy's, save yourself. Do not order this Sandwich here at JM's. Tuna with jalepenos, pickles and peppericini is delicious. No oil, 1/2 vinegar. Highly recommend. Bread is so good. Buffalo chicken sandwich. .. disgusting. Processed chicken deli meat fried on the grill drenched in a white sauce. Could not eat it. Threw it away. read more

Only 3 stars because the turkey I had on my sandwich was so salty. The rest was excellent just like a salt block.

I came yesterday with my mom for very first time. The whole place only had two customers in line but they took a really long time to make two regular Italian subs. For the price which was 8.99 it was quite small and only had one piece of ham and one of salami. Besides the meat they only offer chips and drink as meal like subway. I thought they were going to offer French fries or something different. I thought that for the price it was overcharge and I didn't found a difference with subway. Their meats are not different that subway and they were pretty stingy with the slices of meat. I may give it another chance; maybe I have to try a different thing out of their menu. read more

I've been here twice in the past two days. Once with my wife and then last night with my 2 sons and their girlfriends. The sandwiches are very good, the bread is very fresh. Probably what we liked the best. The Big Kahuna is my favorite and the Philly Cheese steak was the other sandwich we ordered. Jersey mikes is without a doubt my favorite sub place. Nowhere else really comes close. I have eaten at jersey mikes at least once per week for the past ten years, from coast to coast. Customer service at this particular location is top notch. That's impressive considering excellent customer service certainly isn't what Jersey Mikes is known for. I only have one complaint about this location: not enough 'juice.' I've been to this location about fives times now and each time my sub taste very dry because the workers aren't putting enough olive oil and red wine vinaigrette. Like I said earlier I have been to many different Jersey Mikes locations, I would estimate between 30-40, and this is the only one I have found that seems to be varying from the normal Jersey Mikes standards. I write this as a favor to this business in hopes that they can align themselves closer to the rest of the chain. read more

I came here with my boyfriend for the first time since it is now the closest location to our house.We were expecting great service as always since it is not the first time we have been to jersey mikes. I was instantly shocked to see how dirty the deli slicer was. It was so dirty the slicer was jamming and it couldn't even slice our cheese. The employee who was serving us attempted to fix the problem by picking up a rag that was even dirtier to wipe down the slicer. She then proceeded cutting our cheese while wearing the same dirty sweaty gloves she had on from the time we walked in. I asked her to switch her gloves and she responded nicely but the rest of the staff looked shocked I could hear them over the counter poking fun at my request which made which made me uncomfortable. It was the worst experience I have had with jersey mikes and top it off the cashier was charging me for two giants when I got two regulars how does he not know the sizes. This experience ended with the cashier charging us for two combos and walking away without even giving us our drinks. After service like this I'm not surprised the woman on the last review got food poisoning here. If the sandwiches are fresh they should be clean as well. read more
