We LOVE jersey mikes. We went into this location at 8:20 p.m , 40 minutes before close. The 2 workers didn't greet us. The female worker proceeded to announce "we're out of bacon, tomatoes and steak!" The associattes were clearly annoyed that we walked in. So we left. Made a stop here to eat with my family. The service was great. The staff were friendly and in good spirits. It made the ambiance welcoming. Our subs were on point. I believe it was the manager didn't get his name. But he had a charting board with a distinct question. That was a pleasant surprise. He said he has one weekly or daily. First things first, this is a bit of a complicated review. I want to review 3 things separately: Food: these are my favorite sandwiches for a chain sub shop, no question. I love that they slice the meat and cheese by the order. I think this comes through when you enjoy your meal. The bread is good too - always a factor. Service/Speed: I've had a mixed bag here but GENERALLY this location is good. I'd probably order ahead via their app if you were tight on time. I can see what others have complained about but it's nowhere near as bad as some have said Price: for sure these are expensive subs. I'm honestly not sure if it's worth it or not, but I haven't stopped coming here so maybe there is your answer. I do wish they'd run some more specials or have some coupons through the app - but I haven't seen anything yet other than the normal free sub once you've spent "x" amount and accrued points. I'd love to give Jersey Mike 5 stars but the price holds it back. Great sandwich though :) read more

Bottom line up front...a decent sub - but NOT worth the money. The food was okay, the service was prompt but not speedy or attentive, the restaurant was clean.....BUT....not worth the price. Not my favorite sub/sandwich place and for the price....there are better options. read more

We've enjoyed Jersey Mike subs (Italian & Roast Beef) for years, mostly via pick-up. Recently ( 3 times) the subs given to us are crumbly and dry, low on contents, and poorly constructed. We're very sad to have to find another Sub place. read more

Service was really bad. Employees were rude. My wife and I walked in the door and they were sitting on the counter and stared at us. They did not begin to serve us until we had been standing there for 3 minutes. One employee was wearing head phones while taking my order. She had said "Huh" 3 times while I was giving my order. Another employee cross contaminated the mayonnaise spatula with the red pepper relish. The staff has terrible attitude toward work they should be fired and replaced, otherwise that establishment should be shut down. The dining area did not look kept, the floor was dirty as though it had not been cleaned for days with leaves and puddles of water (not to mention the bathroom). Three young men working this morning. One of them had to be called from the back to help. He was wearing a mask (incorrectly). He decided to readjust it midway through helping to make our sandwiches, so his gloved hands that were for our protection were dirtied by having them all over his mask -- GROSS! Behind the counter was a mess both on the counter and the floor. Tried to purchase a fountain drink but there was no "fizz" in the soda, just water and concentrate. The guy with the mask said he would fix it but left and never came back. Finally one of the other fellows asked what we still needed and allowed us to get a bottle of soda instead. Location appears to be quite understaffed. The working areas weren't kept up with because the two employees were so busy trying to keep up with customers. They were clearly struggling, moving too quickly and making mistakes. They were shaking their heads and talking under their breath about something going on, and I realized they wouldn't be there long. Job satisfaction / morale seemed low, and perhaps they aren't getting the support they need from management, which will ultimately lead to an impact on their product and on customers. It made me question quality because care and attention couldn't be maintained. I hope the employees get some help soon. read more

Jersey Mike's is great for a fresh, well made sub. I've had subs from there dozens of times. Never had a bad sub.

I've never had a Philly cheesesteak before (don't ask why) and one of the workers here convinced me to order one. I'm so glad that I listened because it was delicious!! I will definitely be coming here again. The line was so long, they're going to have to work on their efficiency a bit. Had lunch here today. I ordered the chicken philly. I have to say it was very tasty. Fresh veggies and chicken were used. They use the shaved chicken and not cut up breasts. I was worried at first but it was still good. I had the regular roll and it was a bit mushy for me but good. Menu is a bit limited but that's OK. I would try again. Let me start by saying the food was good; no issue there. But here we are supposed to be taking precautions due to COVID and they have the restrooms closed... yes even to paying, dine in customers. We're traveling, with children, and can't use the facilities. We were instructed to go to the restaurant next door to use theirs. Since didn't just spend $32 for lunch at the restaurant next door, I'm not comfortable doing that. Another customer asked if he could use the restroom just to wash his hands, he was told no. I've eaten there twice. On the first occasion, I was impressed with the quality of the ingredients and the ease of online ordering and pickup. My second experience was a major letdown. I received a totally different product from what I ordered. My receipt verified what I ordered, but the the meat and toppings on the sub I received were completely wrong. To me, the sub I received was inedible and I had to work my entire shift without lunch. I contacted Jersey Mike's customer service and simply requested a refund. I would have returned again had they granted that as I understand that this is a new location still working out the kinks. Unfortunately, they wrote back saying that refunds were at the discretion of the franchisee. They promised to forward my issue to the owner for follow-up. It's been 5 days now and I haven't heard anything. Go to Jersey Mike's for the quality ingredients and wide variety of subs, but understand that if they screw up your order they will not make any attempt to make it right. Stopped this morning at 10 am and was first customer of the day when employee unlocked the door. Dining room was filthy the food counter where they make subs was covered in crumbs and old lettuce shreds, the slicer for the meat and cheese was disgusting, it had old meat and cheese shreds all over from night before. the condimeby area had old lettuce shreds dried up all around the condiment pans i had to ask the employee to please wash the slicer before making my sandwich as he explained it's like that everyday he comes to work!! When you place a delivery order for 4 sandwiches and only receive 3, there is a problem. At least 2 people should be checking orders before they leave the store, and it is clear that no one is checking at this location. 75% accuracy is not good enough for a restaurant. There sandwiches were very pricey I got 5 subs for 60$ and they weren't very good. The lettuce was brown. The mayonnaise was probably old. Very limited topping choice. I asked for lettuce on my sub they put what seemed like 10 pounds of lettuce on my sub. The place was very dirty. There was no greeting from the workers.
