This Jersey Mike's has always impressed me. The service is always spot on and as nice as could be. I ordered curbside pickup frequently during the pandemic with the thought that it was the safest option for both customers and staff. Some places were really kind of rude about it even though they offered the option, but here they were always, every single time, as polite as could be. But even if the service is great, the food also needs to be, and it definitely is here. You can taste the fresh difference in every single bite of these subs versus their competition. I swear shaving the meat fresh to order must make a huge difference, or at least it does in their Italian. Orders are always exact to any specifications too. Kinda in love with this sub shop. I love cold subs but understand some people are on the hot sub train. Jersey Mike's will do both. My favorite feature of their menu is they offer a mini size, which is perfect for me and Jacob. If I order a regular size, it's enough for two meals. I love their fresh-sliced meats and cheeses. The flavors are more bold than the stuff at JJ's. The oil and vinegar ("The Juice") is a great touch. They have Miss Vicky's and Lay's chips, fresh cookies and a self-serve pop machine. I normally go to this location but unfortunately I won't be anymore. I ordered 2 giant famous phillys and they don't look very giant to me. They're sizes definitely changed. I also ordered bacon on one of them and paid extra for it and it's not on there as you can see in the photo. I called to see if they would credit my account and the gentleman who answered the phone argued and insisted the bacon was on there. Welcome to Dearborn!! My son absolutely loves Jersey Mike's so we were thrilled that they've opened a spot downtown. We stopped in last weekend and they certainly seem to be off to a great start! The manager and crew were fantastic providing excellent friendly service. The store is bright and clean. The subs were great as usual. You honestly can't go wrong with this place. The sandwiches are always delicious at this location and the service is always great. Ordering in store or online are both very convenient and quick. I was picking up my sub during lunch time today and it was very busy but they made it look so easy. The staff were all working as a team and moving orders very quickly. The owner/boss named Waell was very nice and recommended we try their freshly baked chocolate chip cookies . Now these are a MUST !!!!! Another thing that caught my attention while I was waiting for my sub is when the customer behind me requested that some of the condiments for his subs be put " on the side". The server then put the requested items in separate containers and even wrapped the containers of dressing in plastic so they wouldn't leak in the bag and onto the subs. Went to this location on Friday December 28th 2018 . It's small in there compared to some of the ones in Dallas,Texas where I first ate at this place but it's clean and the guys taking your order are awesome in helping get your order done. Im partially deaf they didn't know that but they spoke up so I could hear them. I ordered the Big Khuana Steak Sub I'm sure I spelled that wrong, it was Steak Sub with lots of cheese mushrooms and green peppers and onions all in Rosemary Cheese bread. Love this place and my order took like only 5 or 6 minutes I got the regular size which was way too much for me but because I haven't had food from Jersey Mike's since I left Texas 3 years ago which was my first time ever eating their subs I ate the whole thing. They have this cherry peppers relish OMG so good, I love that stuff on my sub it's Tangy and Spicy but not overly spicy. Alright, so this place right here is my new favorite Jersey Mike's spot. I've been a regular Jersey Miker since 2013 back when I lived in Chicago. Anyhow, since 2014, every city I've moved to in Michigan, from West Bloomfield to Birmingham has managed to squeeze a Jersey Mike's shop right around the time I've settled in. This establishment seems to follow me everywhere I go. It's a good and bad thing. It's good bc I love my secret menu item. it's bad bc I'm sure that this place has contributed to 40% of my progressive weight gain since 2013. I'm pretty sure I'm pre-diabetic with a triglyceride level above 500. Which reminds me, I'm due for my annual blood tests. Anyhow, of course, just when I moved to west Dearborn(2 months ago), a Jersey Mike's opens, 5 mins walking distance away from me. Just when I thought I'm ready to make lifestyle modifications in regards to my diet, this place opens. Alright, so back to this location. This location is the real deal. Great staff, super friendly and accommodating. Very clean! Always fresh. And although, I'm a very picky and annoying customer when it comes to "my secret menu item", they still manage to serve me with a big smile on the face.
