One thing I've noticed both times dining in is that tables around me were being cleaned with strong products while I was still eating, sometimes very close by. The fumes can be a bit overwhelming and take away from the experience. I completely understand the importance of keeping everything clean, and I appreciate that -- just hoping there might be a way to time it or adjust it so it's a bit more comfortable for guests who are still eating. Either way, I'll definitely continue coming back because the food is that good. Just wanted to share this in case it helps improve the dine-in experience.

The staffer reassured me that it would be more than enough. And she was right. The sizable chicken fingers were juicy and tender with a tasty, crunchy coating. The crinkle-cut fries were a-okay, as was the coleslaw. However, I did not care for the sauce, expecting it to be a bit sweeter, like J. Alexander's, nor did I care for the toast. The team staffing the restaurant was top-notch. They stayed on top of cleaning up the restaurant and replacing the garbage cans while remaining friendly and pleasant to customers.

Instead of fresh fountain I was given a can of diet soda even though their refills used to be free, didn't mind, sat down and started waiting for my food, the person who brought my food literally placed the tray on my table, mumbled few words in the mouth and left, no "enjoy the food" or "let me know if you need anything elsel". Mind you I paid 35 bucks for 2 burgers with 1 side of fries. I was not at the drive through of Mcdonalds. Anyways all of these things can be ignored if the food was upto the standard. The chicken piece inside the burger was over cooked, fries in the burger, pale and no flavor, bacon, smaller then a french fry, store bought cheese like it was slapped on top with zero love. I asked for mayo and it felt like they ran out of mayo and just took the last scoop and smacked it on my burger, kept looking for mayo, couldn't find it. The side of french fries was good. No sauces on the burger either. I am highly disappointed and I hope the management reads this and fixes these issues, as I would love to stay a regular customer and change my review back to 5 star. The cheeseburgers here come with grilled onions, pickles on the side, meat and cheese. You can add your own ketchup/mustard. The burgers were incredible! Super soft bun, lots of onions, good beefy flavor! They didn't need any doctoring, honestly. I did add ketchup/mustard to my 2nd cheeseburger. If I didn't eat pizza before, I could have easily ate 5 of these burgers. The lady behind the counter was very friendly and I can see why they have been serving up awesome burgers since 1959! The burgers were bomb!
