Gotta new guy this time and he didn't understand what I meant when I said the Veggie. He asked what kind of meat and I was like, "no meat, like I just want the veggies..." After we got on the same page I think he felt bad because he completely loaded it down with every veggie except for sliced green peppers. I mean, like double what they usually give you. I could only eat half of a regular and polished the other half off later at home because I didn't want 'the juice' to make it soggy. To end out this awesome experience the guy asked the other guy how to ring up a vegetable sub. Number 14, I whispered...One of the best subs I've had from there. Spicy mustard with a smear of C.P.R. Incredibly helpful and communicative! I don't understand the poor reviews at all, have never had a bad experience here (before and during covid). I placed an order online and completely forgot to modify it to my liking so I called the store and their phone line actually went down in the middle of the call. When I did get in contact with them, they modified my order happily and the GM (Laura) had even went as far as leaving me a voicemail as soon as the line came back on to ensure I would get what I wanted. During COVID season especially with a shortage of workers it's very tough for businesses to do well with so many things going against them so it's really nice to see how hard everyone is trying. I'm not sure why the low reviews... This place has been trying so hard to deliver good service during a tough time. When in today and they were great. Tuna salad with bacon and the works. Generous portion (enough for two meals) for a fair price. The quality is so much better than the big Sub chain down the Way. I'll be back. read more

I ordered online as usual, picked up and went home (about 15-20min drive out of town). I ordered 2 Big Kahuna cheesesteaks - one with no jalapeno or mushrooms (bag marked no mush- sandwich had BOTH jalapeno and mushrooms) and one on wheat with no jalapeno or onions ( bag marked no onions- sandwich on white with a plethora of onions). I have only once had them mess up an order- where it was on white instead of wheat, but the rest was good and so I just went with it. However, I felt that thus had way too many mistakes, so I called the store. The girl on the phone identified as a manager- I explained the problem. She put me on hold to confer with the general manager. When she came back to the phone, she said she had made the subs, and she could assure me that, while she did admit to using white for both, she could assure me that there were no onions. I told her I was looking at a pile- not just 1 or 2- but a pile of them that I had picked off, and I didn't even get them all. She then said that my " number and general description was posted as someone who frequently calls to complain about their order." I drove all the way back to town to SHOW the sandwiches to her and prove I wasn't lying. She refused to look at them. I was upset, but not yelling or loud and obnoxious. I told her I didnt appreciate being called a liar and that I just wanted what I had ordered. The best she could do was give me a refund and insist that her "night shift" had my number and general description posted. I have NEVER in my life called that store prior to today, and I have never been to that store except during the day. You can be assured that I will never return there after being called a liar and thief by the manager. I am the manager of a coffee shop chain in this town, and I will be telling everyone I can and posting as many reviews as I can about the atrocious customer service at this location. I really love the sandwich that I get there, and have never had a problem with them before. But, to be accused of being a liar and a thief by that manager when I had the audacity to verbalize a complaint about THEIR mistakes??? read more

This is probably my favorite sub places.... don't go to subway the sandwiches are shit compared to here the meat is cut in front of you and the have a grill to make philly cheese stakes instead of that heated up in the microwave bullshit at subway. read more

Terrible. My husband picked up subs for dinner tonight. Ordered me a chicken philly. Everything but jalapeños and onions. What does my sandwich have on it? Only jalapeños and onions. The 30 minute trip back to the restaurant isn't feasible. $10 sun just thrown into the trash. Zero stars. read more
