We were in a hurry to get to a baseball game and live in Birmingham, our normal Jersey Mikes is on Woodward but would have taken us out of the way. So we order to the Bloomfield Telegraph location. We called ahead and as you would think, you walk in and pick up and go. However they didn't even start any of the two giant subs. I asked what's the point of calling ahead and then there was a discussion between the employees who was going to start the grill. It was as if I was a ln inconvenience. I eventually just asked for a refund since it was clear they didn't want to make a sandwich. This location is in route to where I go throughout the week and yesterday was the last time I'll ever attempt to order from there because you simply can't get food from this location . if you call in the employees refuse to take phone orders but I assure you they are always open. I went in and ordered 3 subs and the guy promptly made only 2 of them, so I had to wait an extra 10 minutes for the one he forgot. Then when he took my cash, he then went to make other people's subs using the same gloves that touched my money. I think I'll go to a different sub shop next time. read more

This was my first time trying Jersey Mike's. It was not a bad sandwhich but i am not a fan of the white bread they use. For what they charge for their sandwhiches i really do expect better. Ordered the meatball sub, got back to work and found out that the tomato sauce and meatballs were burned (probably from being a few days old or never getting stirred ever). Mistakes happen so I didn't get too upset about it, until I called to have it fixed. The woman who answered the phone said she was sorry and that she would remake it but it was going to take an hour. Big fan of their chicken cheese steak, and I'm super picky about chicken so that's saying a lot. I got to the point I was having this twice a week. Unfortunately after eating it so much I did get sick of it. Flavor is gunna hit you in the face with its awesomeness, but after awhile that can literally make your stomach hurt like it did mine. I'll still be going back but no more than like once a month. Definitely recommend! Decided to give this location a second chance since I am a Jersey Mike's fan. I placed a delivery order. Ordered and paid for extra meat... it didn't happen. I ordered and paid for 6 cookies... they sent 3. I ordered and paid for chips... no chips. The list of everything was printed on the receipt but not in the bag. I tried calling over and over but they would not answer the phone. (Probably had caller id) By not completing the order correctly... THEY STOLE FROM ME!!! Worst service ever by a manager. She was apologizing to the customers in line about how bad the service was and was blaming the new workers who just started. The attitude and tone in her voice made me feel bad for the young employees working. You do not as a manager throw your employees under the bus in front of customers. If they are not performing as you would like you need to find out the cause and not just complain. You are the leader and teacher to these kids. It's called managing not dictatorship. There were multiple customers and only was one employee working the front and about 3 others standing around in the back. The girl working the front made sandwiches and then cashed out a customer and came back to make my sandwich without changing her gloves.
