I used the Chipotle app to order lunch during a work break, and while the food was seasoned well--just like I expect from Chipotle--the portion was a letdown. I got a burrito bowl with chipotle honey chicken, brown rice, lettuce, chips, and a bottled Tractor lemonade. The lettuce was crisp, rice cooked fine, and everything tasted as it should... but the bowl was light. Like, noticeably light. When I opened it, it was barely half full. I've noticed this before when ordering online--there seems to be a consistent difference in portion size compared to when I order in person. I ended up scooting the food to one side of the bowl and had to laugh a little (even though I paid $15). If you're in a pinch, it works, but if you're hungry, order in-store so you can at least see what you're getting. Would I recommend this location? Sure, but only if you're walking in. Online orders are a toss-up. read more

I wish they did negative ratings so l could accurately express how terrible my service was. We went in getting 2 bowls since we had a BOGO reward however they wouldn't accept it. At the checkout they also wouldn't accept the free queso reward, which clearly states "get a free side or topping" on the app, but both the workers were clearly uneducated or just wanted to mess with us because they said it needs to be a "side" even though the sides cost a dollar more and the statement was wrong by them. Then we got charged for queso we didn't have. The guy told us "we shouldn't have come" because we were causing him too much work and stressing him out. When we asked to see what he put in his machine he said no, cuz we can't go back there. And to top it off the guac was clearly expired. Second worst fast food experience ever behind the telegraph McDonald's. Last thing, the guy who took are order who already messed everything up, came back and tried to wipe another guys table down who was actively eating. He asked the guy to move his food, when he said no, since he was eating, the worker tried to kick them out. Since me and my friend were laughing, he tried to kick us out too. read more

This location has a problem with mobile orders. They are picking way too many. In order to "keep up", they mark their orders ready for pickup when they aren't even made. Your order is 20 minutes late but it's not affecting their stats by a second. It's called cheating and treating your customers like idiots. The food was ok at the most. The barbacoa was not properly shredded and contained connecting tissues fat and ligaments. At least the restaurant was reasonably clean but the ambiance was inexistant. With 20 people all waiting their delayed orders occupying the front of the restaurant. EDIT: I received the following response after using the form suggested by the chipotle agent in his response. I have no idea what this will mean as to "make things right". Nothing as of yet --- begin quote Philippe , Thank you for reaching out to Chipotle Customer Care. My name is Colyn, and I'm here to make things right for you! I am sorry to hear that your online order was not ready when you arrived at the store. I want to assure you that I will make your feedback available for our restaurant team to view. Rest assured that this will be thoroughly addressed and improvements will be made. Service is consistently horrible! S-L-O-W!!!! This location sucks! Their counter staff just stands there when the line is out the door. I cannot figure out why they can't get organized. Never friendly. Never fast. read more

Nasty. Food tastes like a bandaid. Discriminated against a disabled retired veteran on Veterans Day. Dirty restaurant. Dirty restrooms. Dirty all over. Did not get what I ordered. Ordered a large queso n chips. Got a small queso..Cold. No chips anywhere. Veterans in front of us received larger portions, tho they were a different ethnicity then us.....Strange... NASTY PEOPLE. NASTY FOOD. DO NOT RESPECT MILITARY MEMBERS. read more

DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS TERRIBLE LOCATION! I placed an order for pickup with double steak guac and many other toppings and when I got home it had white rice and a few black beans.... This is after a 12 hr shift now I have no dinner and they said "we were probably out of the protein" so why the hell would you charge me double and still pack the order with only rice and beans for 25$+ read more

I have completely stoped going to Chipotle because of this store. Food is not ready even if i online order an hour ahead and still not ready after being marked as "ready" in the app and then you'll wait in the store for 20min for it to still not be ready. The people are also rude. I now go to qdoba where I am greeted when I walk in handed my food with a smile and my food is always ready when I order ahead online and when I leave there is always some that says have a Good day. read more

My mom and I went there the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and they got her order completely wrong. She can't have tomatoes but they put Pico all over her bowl when she asked for corn salsa. They also forgot the cheese and lettuce and sour cream. They also forgot my vinaigrette. Went back tonight and the worker said rice would be 5 mins. 2.5 or so later another worker takes the lid off a pan in the back of the line and it was RICE.... She also told me that there wasn't any steak, but as I'm waiting for her to fix my mom's bowl she goes to the online order section and gets STEAK. I also wanted a fork but the area didn't look clean and I didn't trust it. read more

I have been at this Chipotle FIVE times since the beginning of the year and all FIVE times, they have no fajita veggies - one excuse after another (will be ready in 20 minutes, will be ready in 30 minutes, do not have any veggies available in this location, etc), all bull****. The managers of this place make young workers take the complaints. It's a pretty bad location if they cannot have food available or ready when they open or an hour after they open. read more

Tonight was my 1st time trying Chipotle, it exceeded my expectations. I ordered online at the Bloomfield location and the store was busy, however the employees were rockin'. Everyone was working so hard and fast. The food was so delicious. We ordered 6 items and each 1 was made perfect. We appreciate our experience and definitely will be order, again. read more

This is an absolutely incredible Chipotle, if you like playing Russian Roulette with your delivery order. I've ordered 4 times, and 3 of those times the order was wrong. Not just missing a couple ingredients, but incredibly wrong. Order a bowl? How about some tacos instead? Order 1: bowl with everything Received: bowl with everything Order 2: bowl with everything Received: burrito with totally different ingredients Order 3: bowl with everything Received: tacos Order 4: bowl with everything Received: vegetarian bowl Order 5: you've fooled me 75% of the time, there is no order 5... If you love gambling, go ahead and place that online delivery order. read more

Do not go here. Always out of ingredients especially chicken during the lunch rush. Staff never seems to care about orders. The only reason people come here is proximity to work. Again, do not go here. read more

Consistently missing ingredients (fajita veggies, steak, even lettuce and cheese). Ordered a bowl online one time and received a bowl of white rice (I ordered brown) and beans. I gave them the benefit of a doubt and kept going back, but they have been missing multiple ingredients the past 10 times I've been there. Lost a customer. read more

Ive had some good and bad experiences with this location and it always seems to be a staffing issue. Just like many fast food establishments, they need more workers but this isn't unique to chipotle as this is a nationwide issue. The specific problem with this location is they allow you to order food for pick up, and when you get there you find out they aren't actually open due to low staffing or so the sign says on the door. Customer service refunded my money while I was still in the parking lot so I thought no worries it happens. It wasn't the end of the world that they were closed but their website needs to figure out a way to not let you place an order if a store isn't even actually open. However from the few times I have ordered food and actually picked it up, it was always good. No complaints there. I think if that flaw is fixed on their website this wouldn't be a bad location. read more

Don't get me wrong Chipotle is good... when they have the ingredients. Doesn't matter what time of day I come, being lunch, dinner, or late night, this location specifically is always out of one or more ingredients. How do you run out of rice is my question. Service is meh, workers are just there to get the job done. Ambience is fine as well, I would just like a white rice bowl every once in a while. read more

I had a craving for a ginormous burrito so I decided to try this location. This was actually only my third time ever having Chipotle. I tried the WB location, which was good at the time, and a location in Florida, where the chips were stale due to the humidity. Today we had a good experience. We got four burritos. I had the chicken and added guacamole. I also got a large chips and queso. The burritos was so big it lasted two days. All of the ingredients tasted pretty fresh. I like their black beans and rice. Even though I ordered the chicken, one kid had the barbacoa, which is also delish here. The chips were nice, crisp and salty the the queso was the right consistency. I don't love it when a restaurant gives you super liquidy queso that drips off a chip like water and does not stick well, this was not like that. I did not eat here but their fresco drinks looked pretty good and I would consider trying one in the future. I do not have any comments about eating here in the dining room, but for people who are interested, the dining was open to eat in-person. The only complaint is that they were not generous with the chips in their large chip bag, it was mostly air, only about half full. But I like the location (I am here often since but I am usually at Starbucks) so I am sure I'll be back. read more

Place was disgusting, drinks tastes like diluted water, Prepared drink machine looks dirty. The food is good if they have not run out of rice, chicken ect... The service is terrible, daytime management is rude, and a disgrace to the chain. The rest of the staff follows suite. I went there several times and they are always out they run out of regular ingredients for lunch and don't bother to replace them. Owner should be embarrassed! Daytime manager was as rude as can be I only have 15 minutes to pick up food and return to the office before my next patient comes, and they want to wait 15 minutes for chicken and or rice there is no time. This is at 12:30. The night manager offered me chicken bowl on the house I told the day manager and she would not comply. She actually called me a liar, even though I told her his name. I am only in the area 2x week and will not go back to this location. read more

This review is about the customer service, not the food itself. On Thursday, 12/29/22, we arrived around 2:30 PM. The line extended all the way to the door and was very slow moving (not that big of a deal). There was one employee making the meals, several making the food in the back, and a few just standing around. Every few minutes the person making the meals would yell out a new item that was unavailable: Steak White Rice (30 minute wait, what manager didn't know it was busy and didn't direct someone to make the rice earlier?) Vinaigrette Fajita Vegetables Change (there was a sign that they don't have money so you had to pay with a card unless you had the exact amount in cash) All four of the lemonade dispensers were empty yet dirty During the wait, a male person (appeared to be the manager) would essentially yell to employees that they were probably going to run out of food by 7pm. He did this about 4 times during our 30 minute wait. The person behind me in line expressed his dissatisfaction when yet another item was announced as now not available. The person who appeared to be the manager told the customer to get out of the restaurant and that they could "have words outside" but if you heard the tone it was more like "we can go outside and fight if you want." I am not kidding, my child got nervous from the manager's behavior. After returning from outside from arguing with the customer, the manager returns and blames the lack of items on "supply chain issues and the holidays" Ok, people can understand that BUT at a minimum place a note on the FRONT DOOR informing people of which items are unavailable so they can choose whether they want to stick around for leftovers while waiting 30 minutes. At best, close the store until you restock the food and clean the restaurant. I've been to Chipotle's with 10x the volume of customers and have never experienced anything like this. P.S. The cashier for some reason did not give me my receipt and actually threw it away while I was standing there. Odd! read more

So yeah I ordered carry out, I got brisket x2 x2 guac queso corn pico cheese and sour cream, with a tortilla on the side. As you can tell in the picture I payed 25$ for a bowl of cheese and beans that didn't even fill up 1/4 of the bowl. So yeah basically just screwed me out of everything I ordered and when I got home and opened this I was so mad I drove back up there and they acted so incredibly rude and acted like I was the reasoning behind how fu**ed up this bowl was. Honestly I don't know how you are even open. I've gone here a couple times and it's always a mess and terrible service. DO NOT DOORDASH OR GET CARRY OUT!!! You will get cheese and beans for 25$. To be frank even going in it's a joke, they are all just laughing and taking with themselves having a good old time while me and like 10 other people are just tryna get our food and get out. You guys should be shut down. Worst chipotle I have ever been to, might be the worst restaurant I have ever been too EVER. Get your portions and prices right, fire half your staff. Chipotle's food is the same nationwide so franchises need stand out with customer service and this place lags behind the standard severely. The employees are very rude and you can tell there is internal issues at this store. The owner doesn't seem to care - he is just as bad as the employees and it looks like his attitude bleeds into these young kids. Half of employees aren't working.
