This location has a problem with mobile orders. They are picking way too many. In order to "keep up", they mark their orders ready for pickup when they aren't even made. Your order is 20 minutes late but it's not affecting their stats by a second. It's called cheating and treating your customers like idiots. The food was ok at the most. The barbacoa was not properly shredded and contained connecting tissues fat and ligaments. At least the restaurant was reasonably clean but the ambiance was inexistant. With 20 people all waiting their delayed orders occupying the front of the restaurant. EDIT: I received the following response after using the form suggested by the chipotle agent in his response. I used the Chipotle app to order lunch during a work break, and while the food was seasoned well--just like I expect from Chipotle--the portion was a letdown. I got a burrito bowl with chipotle honey chicken, brown rice, lettuce, chips, and a bottled Tractor lemonade. The lettuce was crisp, rice cooked fine, and everything tasted as it should... but the bowl was light. Like, noticeably light. When I opened it, it was barely half full. I've noticed this before when ordering online--there seems to be a consistent difference in portion size compared to when I order in person. I ended up scooting the food to one side of the bowl and had to laugh a little (even though I paid $15). If you're in a pinch, it works, but if you're hungry, order in-store so you can at least see what you're getting. Would I recommend this location? Sure, but only if you're walking in. I have been at this Chipotle FIVE times since the beginning of the year and all FIVE times, they have no fajita veggies - one excuse after another (will be ready in 20 minutes, will be ready in 30 minutes, do not have any veggies available in this location, etc), all bull****. The managers of this place make young workers take the complaints. It's a pretty bad location if they cannot have food available or ready when they open or an hour after they open. read more

My mom and I went there the Wednesday before Thanksgiving and they got her order completely wrong. She can't have tomatoes but they put Pico all over her bowl when she asked for corn salsa. They also forgot the cheese and lettuce and sour cream. They also forgot my vinaigrette. Ive had some good and bad experiences with this location and it always seems to be a staffing issue. Just like many fast food establishments, they need more workers but this isn't unique to chipotle as this is a nationwide issue. The specific problem with this location is they allow you to order food for pick up, and when you get there you find out they aren't actually open due to low staffing or so the sign says on the door. Customer service refunded my money while I was still in the parking lot so I thought no worries it happens. It wasn't the end of the world that they were closed but their website needs to figure out a way to not let you place an order if a store isn't even actually open. However from the few times I have ordered food and actually picked it up, it was always good. No complaints there. I think if that flaw is fixed on their website this wouldn't be a bad location. read more

I had a craving for a ginormous burrito so I decided to try this location. This was actually only my third time ever having Chipotle. I tried the WB location, which was good at the time, and a location in Florida, where the chips were stale due to the humidity. Today we had a good experience. We got four burritos. I had the chicken and added guacamole. I also got a large chips and queso. The burritos was so big it lasted two days. All of the ingredients tasted pretty fresh. I like their black beans and rice. Even though I ordered the chicken, one kid had the barbacoa, which is also delish here. The chips were nice, crisp and salty the the queso was the right consistency. I don't love it when a restaurant gives you super liquidy queso that drips off a chip like water and does not stick well, this was not like that. I did not eat here but their fresco drinks looked pretty good and I would consider trying one in the future. I do not have any comments about eating here in the dining room, but for people who are interested, the dining was open to eat in-person. The only complaint is that they were not generous with the chips in their large chip bag, it was mostly air, only about half full. But I like the location (I am here often since but I am usually at Starbucks) so I am sure I'll be back. read more

The food is good if they have not run out of rice, chicken ect... The service is terrible, daytime management is rude, and a disgrace to the chain. The rest of the staff follows suite. I went there several times and they are always out they run out of regular ingredients for lunch and don't bother to replace them. Owner should be embarrassed! Daytime manager was as rude as can be I only have 15 minutes to pick up food and return to the office before my next patient comes, and they want to wait 15 minutes for chicken and or rice there is no time. So yeah I ordered carry out, I got brisket x2 x2 guac queso corn pico cheese and sour cream, with a tortilla on the side. As you can tell in the picture I payed 25$ for a bowl of cheese and beans that didn't even fill up 1/4 of the bowl. This review is about the customer service, not the food itself. On Thursday, 12/29/22, we arrived around 2:30 PM. The line extended all the way to the door and was very slow moving (not that big of a deal). There was one employee making the meals, several making the food in the back, and a few just standing around. Every few minutes the person making the meals would yell out a new item that was unavailable: Steak White Rice (30 minute wait, what manager didn't know it was busy and didn't direct someone to make the rice earlier?) Vinaigrette Fajita Vegetables Change (there was a sign that they don't have money so you had to pay with a card unless you had the exact amount in cash) All four of the lemonade dispensers were empty yet dirty During the wait, a male person (appeared to be the manager) would essentially yell to employees that they were probably going to run out of food by 7pm. He did this about 4 times during our 30 minute wait. The person behind me in line expressed his dissatisfaction when yet another item was announced as now not available. The person who appeared to be the manager told the customer to get out of the restaurant and that they could "have words outside" but if you heard the tone it was more like "we can go outside and fight if you want." I am not kidding, my child got nervous from the manager's behavior. After returning from outside from arguing with the customer, the manager returns and blames the lack of items on "supply chain issues and the holidays" Ok, people can understand that BUT at a minimum place a note on the FRONT DOOR informing people of which items are unavailable so they can choose whether they want to stick around for leftovers while waiting 30 minutes. At best, close the store until you restock the food and clean the restaurant. I've been to Chipotle's with 10x the volume of customers and have never experienced anything like this. P.S. The cashier for some reason did not give me my receipt and actually threw it away while I was standing there. Odd! read more
